Abstract
1.- Equipo de reactivos para analizar una muestra para medir basofilos y/o eritrocitos nucleados en la muestra, que comprende: un primer reactivo que contiene un agente tensioactivo cationico, un agente tensioactivo no ionico y un acido carboxilico aromatico, que puede lisar eritrocitos y puede da±ar la membrana celular de los leucocitos de modo que se pueda permear a través de la misma un tinte fluorescente, y un segundo reactivo que contiene el tinte fluorescente capaz de te±ir acido nucleico. 2.- Equipo de reactivo seg·n la reivindicacion 1, en donde el tinte fluorescente es al menos un tinte seleccionado del grupo que consiste de un tinte fluorescente que tiene la formula general (I): en donde: R1 y R2 son, los mismos o diferentes entre si, un grupo alquilo;R3, R4, R5 y R6 son, los mismos o diferentes entre si, un atomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo; y X » es un anion; y un tinte fluorescente que tiene la formula general (II):en donde: R7 y R8 son, los mismos o diferentes entre si, un grupo alquilo que contiene opcionalmente un grupo acido;y R9, R10, R11 y R12 son, los mismos o diferentes entre si, un atomo de hidrogeno o un grupo acido, con la condicion que cualquiera de R7 a R12 sea / tenga un grupo acido; y el grupo acido que puede presentarse en R7 a R12 puede formar una sal, con la condicion que cualquiera de los grupos acidos que pueda presentarse en R7 a R12 es un grupo del cual se ha liberado un proton.
