Abstract

1.- Un polinucleótido aislado caracterizado porque codifica un polipéptido de mutante doble de la subunidad grande de la acetohidroxiácido-sintasa (AHASL), seleccionado de entre el grupo compuesto de: un polipéptido que tiene una valina, treonina, glutamina, cisteína o metionina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 122 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 90 de SEQ ID NO:2 y una fenilalanina, asparagina, treonina, glicina, valina o un triptofano en una posición correspondiente a la posición 653 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 621 de SEQ ID NO:2; un polipéptido que tiene una valina, treonina, glutamina, cisteína o metionina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 122 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 90 de SEQ ID NO:2 y una alanina, un ácido glutámico, una serina, fenilalanina, treonina, un ácido aspártico, una cisteína o asparagina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 199 de SEQ ID NO:1 o la posición 167 de SEQ ID NO:2; un polipéptido que tiene una valina, treonina, glutamina, cisteína o metionina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 122 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 90 de SEQ ID NO:2 y una serina alanina, un acido glutámico, una leucina, glutamina, arginina, valina, un triptofano, una tirosina o isoleucina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 197 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 165 de SEQ ID NO: 2; un polipéptido que tiene una valina, treonina, glutamina, cisteína o metionina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 122 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 90 de SEQ ID NO:2 y un ácido glutámico, una isoleucina, leucina o esparagina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 124 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 92 de SEQ ID NO:2;un polipéptido que tiene una valina, treonina, glutamina, cisteína o metionina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 122 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 90 de SEQ ID NO:2 y una isoleucina, en una posición correspondiente a la posición 139 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 107 de SEQ ID NO:2; un polipéptido que tiene una valina, treonina, glutamina, cisteína o metionina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 122 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 90 de SEQ ID NO:2 y una histidina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 269 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 237 de SEQ ID NO:2; un polipéptido que tiene una valina, treonina, glutamina, cisteína o metionina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 122 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 90 de SEQ ID NO:2 y una metionina en una posición correspondiente a la posición 416 de SEQ ID NO:1 o a la posición 384 de SEQ ID NO:2; ...
