Abstract
1.- Un proceso de reformado al vapor, en el cual una materia prima hidrocarburo es expuesta a un reformado al vapor mediante su reacción bajo condiciones de reformado al vapor, con vapor en la presencia de un catalizador para el reformado al vapor, de manera de producir una mezcla de gases reformada que comprenda óxidos de carbono e hidrógeno, el cual proceso comprende los siguientes pasos a) proveer un horno reformador al vapor, (F), que contiene una pluralidad de tubos reformadores sustancialmente verticales, (T) teniendo cada uno de unos tubos reformadores, (T), una entrada para la materia prima, (P), en su extremidad inferior en comunicación con un múltiple de admisión de mezcla reactiva, (M), una salida en su extremidad superior en comunicación con un colector de salida de gas reformado, (R), y una zona para la contención del catalizador dispuesta en una posición intermedia entre sus extremidades superior e inferior y que contiene una carga de un catalizador, (C), para el reformado al vapor, en forma de partículas, que es insuficiente para llenar por completo la zona para la contención del catalizador; b) proveer un medio de retención, superior, (3), montado en a extremidad superior de la zona de contención del catalizador, siendo el medio de retención superior, (3) permeable al gas, pero adaptado para retener las partículas del catalizador, (C), para el reformado al vapor, en forma de partículas, en la zona de contención del catalizador, y un medio seguidor (4; 24), montado de manera móvil en la zona de contención del catalizador por debajo de la carga del catalizador (C) para el reformado al vapor, en forma de partículas, ...
