Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un procedimiento para elaboración de dihidrocloruro de 1-[[[5-(4-Clorofenilo)-2-furanilo]metileno]amino]-3-[4(4-metil-1-piperazinilo )butilo]-2,4-imidazolidinadiona que comprende los pasos de: (Ia) reaccionar1-[[[5-(4-clorofenilo)-2-furanilo]metileno ]amino]-3-[4(4-metil-1-piperazinilo)butilo]-2,4-imidazolidinadiona con un reagente de cadena de carbonos que tienen dos grupos salientes en presencia de una base suave y N-metilpirrolidona para formar un aducto que contiene un grupo saliente; y (lb) condensar el aducto con N-metilpiperazina para formar una urea 1,3-disustituida-4-oxocíclica; y (II) recuperar dicha urea 1,3-disustituida-4-oxocíclica por medio de los siguientes pasos: (lla) adición de un cosolvente tal como metanol, etanol, acetona y mezcla de ellos; (Ilb) filtración de las sales precipitadas, adición de agua; (Ilc) ajuste de pH con ácido hidroclórico primero ajustando el pH a 4.5 a 5, seguido por ajuste a pH O a 3; y (lld) filtración del producto.
