Abstract
Células modificadas genéticamente que son compatibles con múltiples sujetos, p. ej., células donantes universales, y métodos de generación de dichas células modificadas genéticamente. Las células donantes universales comprenden al menos una modificación genética dentro o cerca de al menos un gen que codifica uno o más antígenos leucocitarios humanos MHC-I o MHC-II, o componente o regulador de la transcripción del complejo de MHC-I o MHC-II, al menos una modificación genética que aumenta la expresión de al menos un polinucleótido que codifica un factor tolerogénico, y, opcionalmente, al menos una modificación genética que aumenta o disminuye la expresión de al menos un gen que codifica un factor de supervivencia.
