Abstract

一种密封封闭容器壳孔的密封机构包括带有螺纹和法兰部分的螺栓。在孔的一端开口处有座部分。在座部分的表面有防转部分。而垫圈置于座部分。垫圈用较壳软的金属制造。垫圈借固定螺栓变形并与防转部分啮合,当其接触法兰部分时防止旋转。因此垫圈的内端面在座部分面上不摩擦。两表面之间的密封因此得以保持。

Description

本发明涉及密封机构,尤其是在诸如压缩机壳的封闭容器上固定螺栓时的密封机构。
具有功能零件的封闭容器,诸如压缩机壳要有高的密封性能。然而,一般的压缩机壳有一些孔,用来固定封入冷冻剂的阀门,通过螺栓的轴心部分以从外部固定内部零件,或者固定盲塞。因此,尽管孔为阀门或柱塞所封,压缩机壳内的流体和油仍可能通过孔泄漏出来。
由于这个原因,先有技术中可靠地密封孔的密封机构是众所周知的,它包括用诸如铝合金或铜等较软金属制的垫圈和用诸如铁等较硬金属制的螺栓。当螺栓在压缩机壳的外表面拧紧或松开时,这种密封机构的垫圈与螺栓的头部一起旋转,垫圈表面和孔的开口表面互相摩擦。因此,两个表面变得粗糙,它们之间的密封性能可能降低。
例如,软铝合金制压缩机壳孔的开口在螺栓旋转时如果和铜制垫圈的表面互相摩擦,由于铜比铝合金软,铝合金首先被垫圈从孔的开口处刮落。从开口刮落的铝合金附于垫圈的表面。附着的铝合金又从孔的开口刮落铝合金。因此,压缩机壳的密封性能降低,冷冻流体或油漏出。其结果是可能损坏压缩机。而且,由于上述原因,也难以将旧螺栓更新,维护变得困难。
本发明的基本目的是提供一种密封封闭容器孔的改进的密封机构。
根据本发明的一个实施例,密封封闭容器壳孔的密封机构包括具有螺纹的螺栓以及螺纹孔的开口。在开口的表面有防转部分,而垫圈置于开口,它用比壳软的金属制造。藉固定螺栓,垫圈变形并与防转部分互相啮合以防止旋转。
通过对本发明最佳实施例的下列详述并参考附图,可以理解本发明的另外目的,特点和其他情况。

参考图1和2,它表示根据本发明的一个实施例密封封闭容器孔的密封机构的结构。封闭容器1包括其上有孔11的壳10。壳10用软材料例如铝合金制造。在孔11的内表面是螺纹部份111。在孔11的一端开口是用来放垫圈2的座部份112。在座部份112的内边部份部份构成沿孔11的凹槽部份113。该凹槽部份113可用图3所示的凸块部份114代替。
垫圈2用软金属材料例如铜制造,其内径基本上等于孔11的外径。螺栓3包括头部份与法兰部份31以及自头部份一端侧面伸展的螺丝32。
在本实施例中,当螺栓3拧入壳10的孔11时,法兰部份31贴于垫圈2的侧面,而垫圈2可与螺栓3的法兰部份31一起旋转。拧紧螺栓3时,垫圈2的内部份因螺栓3的轴向力而逐渐变形并啮入凹槽部份113。因为铜制垫圈2比铝合金制壳10软,因此,垫圈2不旋转。结果是垫圈2的内端面在壳10的面上不摩擦,保持了壳10的平面度。由于垫圈2的变形只是在内表面上产生,所以垫圈2和壳10之间的密封得以保持。当松开螺栓3时,垫圈2也不旋转,因此当螺栓3拧紧时可达同样效果。
通过最佳实施例对本发明进行了详述,但这些仅仅是举例,而本发明并不局限于这些例子。熟悉本技术者在本发明的范围内较易作其他变化和改进是容易理解的。

Claims (5)

1、一种密封封闭容器壳孔的密封机构,它包括带螺纹的螺栓,在上述孔一端开口上用来放垫圈的座部份,在上述座部份表面上的防转装置,以及用较上述壳软的金属制造的垫圈,上述垫圈藉固定上述螺栓变形并与上述防转装置啮合,在其接触上述法兰部份时防止旋转。
2、如权利要求1所述的密封封闭容器壳孔的密封机构,其特征是上述防转装置至少包括一个凹槽部份。
3、如权利要求2所述的密封封闭容器壳孔的密封机构,其特征是上述凹槽部份置于上述座部份的内表面或外表面。
4、如权利要求1所述的密封封闭容器壳孔的密封机构,其特征是上述防转装置至少包括一个凸块部份。
5、如权利要求4所述的密封封闭容器壳孔的密封机构,其特征是上述凸块部份置于上述座部份的内表面或外表面。
