Abstract

本发明涉及一种含非还原糖的环糊精及其制造方法,它由环糊精与化学稳定的非还原糖结合而制得。用这种含非还原糖的环糊精制成的笼形化合物在加入其它物质时其性质几乎不改变,并显示了较大的分散性。可由该法得到的含非还原糖环糊精的一个典型实施例为含环糊精的还原过的麦芽浆。

Description

本发明涉及一种由环糊精与一种化学稳定的非还原糖相结合而得到的含非还原糖的环糊精,以及它的一种制备方法。
已有的方法是通过使各种化学或物理不稳定的物质与环糊精形成一种笼形化合物从而将这些物质保护起来或使其稳定化,将生成的笼形物加入到其它物质(产品)中作为液体或粉末使用。
环糊精一般由淀粉制得,该淀粉是微生物或由其衍生的酶所作用的糖之一。迄今为止,使用环糊精已经发现有下列缺点:
(1)如果使用从不仅含环糊精而且含有其它糊精或类似物的水溶液中分离和提纯的纯糊精,成本就会增高,而且由这样一种高纯环糊精得到的笼形物趋于相互结晶,从而导致该笼形物的分散性过低,而不能使该笼形物均匀地分散到其它物质中去。
(2)如果使用一种由淀粉溶液制备的所谓含有环糊精的麦芽浆,环糊精之外的其它糊精就会起分散剂的作用。然而,由于它们含有诸如葡萄糖、麦芽糖、麦芽三糖等等之类的还原糖,所以,使用上述麦芽糖,不仅包括了加入环糊精笼形物,而且也包括了加入含有一个羰基官能团(一个醛或酮基)的还原糖,这个羰基会引起一种氨基羰基或类似反应来降低最终产品的质量。
本发明涉及一种含非还原糖的环糊精以及它的一种制备方法。该环糊精通过用常规方法将一含有环糊精和还原糖的水溶液还原、由此使还原糖转化成为相应的非还原糖(如糖醇或其它)、因而仅含非还原糖为糖份而制成。
本发明中,术语“环糊精”系指α-、β-和γ-环糊精及其混合物。
本发明中,术语“非还原糖”系指不含诸如醛基或酮基这种羰基的糖。通常,用与己糖、戊糖或低聚糖相应的醇作加入环糊精的非还原糖。
本发明所用的含环糊精和还原糖的水溶液通常为一所谓的含环糊精麦芽浆,它由环糊精发生菌或酶对淀粉溶液起反应而制得,含有环糊精、还原糖(葡萄糖、麦芽糖、麦芽三糖等等)、非还原糖和其它类似物,但不限于此,也就是说,不仅能用由淀粉得到的糖,而且也能用含有环糊精和还原糖(例如己糖、戊糖等等)的任何溶液,该溶液也可含有非还原糖。
一种含环糊精和还原糖的水溶液(即含环糊精的麦芽浆)可以因还原糖还原成相应的糖醇而被还原成一种含环糊精的还原的麦芽浆。例如,用下属方法使一固体含量为50%的含环糊精麦芽浆(含15%的环糊精和25%的还原糖(DE)在镍催化剂存在下加氢还原,还原温度为120℃,氢气压力为200kg/Cm2,以便将DE降低到0(或最多10)。
如上所述,按照本发明的含非还原糖的环糊精及其制备方法有如下优点:
(1)不必对环糊精进行提纯即可很容易地得到形式适用的含环糊精的还原麦芽浆,因而降低了成本,扩大了其应用范围。
(2)由本发明的含非还原糖的环糊精制备的笼形物加入其它物质时性能不改变,并能阻止付反应的发生。
(3)由本发明的含非还原糖的环糊精制备的笼形物在加入其它物质时能够容易地均匀分散。
(4)由本发明的含非还原糖的环糊精制备的笼形物中包含的物质可受到长期的稳定保护。

Claims (3)

1、含非还原糖环糊精的一种制备方法,其特征在于用常规方法还原含有环糊精和还原糖的水溶液。
2、按照权利要求1的含非还原糖环糊精的制备方法,其特征在于该非还原糖由淀粉取得。
3、含非还原糖环糊精的一种制备方法,其特征在于将环糊精与非还原糖相混合。
