背景技术
现有的二冲程汽油机,进气方式通常采用活塞阀进气,其进气口、扫气口和排气口都置于汽缸壁上,依靠活塞的往复运动控制各气口的开启和关闭,化油器通过普通法兰与缸体连接,汽油机在部分负荷状态时合适,则处于大功率状态时,混合气过浓,耗油高,尾气排放污染严重,不经济,当汽油机在大功率状态合适,则处于部分负荷状态时,混合气过稀,动力性差,因而不能满足汽油机相应工况的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有所存在的技术问题提供一种汽油机节油法兰,它能满足汽油机相应工况的要求,油耗低,动力性好。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题,是通过以下技术方案来实现的,一种汽油机节油法兰,包括法兰前壳体、法兰后壳体、进气口、出气口、内腔,不同点是,在上述内腔中置有与法兰体固接的夹板,夹板上置有节油缩孔,上述夹板间置有磁性体。
上述磁性体为稀土磁性材料。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
由于该汽油机节油法兰中置有稀土磁性体,能够对从化油器进入的可燃混合气进行磁化,使可燃混合气从节油法兰进入汽缸后能充分燃烧,减少汽缸内积碳,有效地减少了尾气排放,提高了发动机的输出功率和启动、加速性能,动力性好;同时夹板上置有节油缩孔,减少了法兰的有效面积,避免了多余混合气进入汽缸造成浪费。
