一种钢帘线，由2 4根钢丝线分级编捻而成，钢丝线的截面为圆形，中芯为3根钢丝线编捻形成的截面为三角形的钢丝子绳，中芯钢丝子绳与外加8根钢丝线编捻形成“3+8”钢丝子绳，“3+8”钢丝子绳与外加13根钢丝线编捻成“3+8+13”钢帘线。绳和线的捻向为S/S/Z/S。由于钢丝线之间存在较大的缝隙，有利于橡胶的渗透，延长了轮胎的使用寿命，且降低了钢丝线的用量，减轻了轮胎的重量，降低了成本。

本实用新型涉及一种作为充气轮胎中用的钢帘线，特别适用于载重子午线轮胎的带束层和胎体层。
背景技术
目前载重子午线轮胎的带束层和胎体层普遍采用“3+9+15”钢帘线，此类钢帘线属于密集型帘线，帘线表面缝隙小，帘线用量多，制成的轮胎重。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种“3+8+13”钢帘线，由钢丝线编捻而成，钢丝线截面为园形，它是由24根钢丝线分级编捻而成，中芯为3根钢丝线编捻形成的一截面为三角形的钢丝子绳，中芯钢丝子绳与外加的8根单丝编捻形成“3+8”钢丝子绳，再由“3+8”钢丝子绳与外加13根单丝编捻形成“3+8+13”钢帘线。单丝之间存在较大的缝隙和较高的强度，不但有利于橡胶的渗透，延长了轮胎的使用寿命，且降低了钢丝线的用量，减轻了轮胎的重量，降低了成本，满足了轮胎轻量化的要求。

参照附图，本实用新型一种钢帘线，是由3根钢丝线编捻为截面为三角形的钢丝子绳，其次由截面为三角形的钢丝子绳与8根钢丝线编捻形成“3+8”钢丝子绳，最后由“3+8”钢丝子绳与13根钢丝线编捻形成“3+8+13”钢帘线，编制过程中绳与线的捻向为S/S/Z/S，钢丝线的直径为0.25mm，捻距为6/12/18/3.5mm，钢丝线与钢丝线之间形成不太规范的线接触。

1、一种钢帘线，由钢丝线编捻而成，钢丝线的截面为圆形，其特征在于它由24根钢丝线分级编捻而成，中芯为3根钢丝线编捻形成的截面为三角形的钢丝子绳，中芯钢丝子绳与外加8根钢丝线编捻形成“3+8”钢丝子绳，“3+8”钢丝子绳与外加13根钢丝线编捻成“3+8+13”钢帘线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种钢帘线，其特征在于绳和线的捻向为S/S/Z/S。
