本实用新型涉及一种作为充气轮胎中用的钢帘线，特别适用于载重子午线轮胎的带束层和胎体层。
背景技术
目前载重子午线轮胎的带束层主要采用3×0.20+6×0.35、3+9+15×0.22(0175)W普通强度的钢帘线，此类钢帘线属于密集型帘线，帘线表面缝隙小，帘线用量多，制成的轮胎重。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种3+8高强度钢帘线，由钢丝编捻而成，钢丝的截面为园形，关键在于它由11根钢丝作同向捻，捻向为S/S捻，形成近似正六方形截面。
所述钢帘线的捻距为10/18mm。
外层8根钢丝，对芯股不完全包裹，留有更多间隙，便于橡胶的渗透，有利于提高橡胶与钢帘线之间的粘合力，同时，高强度钢帘线随着钢帘线钢丝强度的提高，其力学性能如屈服强度、弯曲性能也相应提高，所捻制钢帘线的弯曲负荷、冲击力、疲劳强度也相应提高。这样，在保证轮胎安全系数达到要求的前提下，可以减少轮胎中钢帘线的用量，实现轮胎的轻量化，同时降低轮胎的制造成本。

具体实施方式
参照附图，本实用新型一种钢帘线，是由3根Φ0.22mm钢丝作为芯线和外层8根Φ0.22mm作同向捻制而成，其截面为近似的正六方形，钢帘线捻向为S/S捻，捻距为10/18mm。
