背景技术
现有技术中，作为充气轮胎中带束层用钢帘线主要采用开放型结构，钢丝之间存在缝隙，便于橡胶的渗透。虽然金属精炼和拉拔技术有了长足的发展，但含碳量较高的碳钢仍未用于轮胎钢帘线中，随着含碳量的增加，生产线材时，很难控制碳偏析及非金属夹杂的分布和尺寸，易产生缺陷，生产钢帘线时线材无法承受很大的拉伸变形，为提高钢帘线的强度，故开放型结构的钢帘线，钢丝的直径较粗，难以满足轮胎轻量化要求。
发明内容
基于上述问题本实用新型的目的是提供一种能保持或提高钢帘线的性能，轮胎在相同安全系数下，可以减少所需钢帘线的用量，从而能够减少轮胎的重量，并能够降低生产成本的轮胎用钢帘线。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型一种钢帘线，由钢丝编捻而成，钢丝的截面为圆形，它由5根钢丝作同向编捻而成，形成五边形截面，钢丝之间为线接触。
本实用新型一种钢帘线，由于钢帘线的钢丝之间是线接触、接触面积大，因此其耐疲劳性随之提高。它具有紧密的结构，帘线直径可以减少，而同时又能保持相同的增强作用，可以减轻轮胎中钢帘线的重量，降低轮胎生产成本，符合轮胎轻量化要求。
