本实用新型涉及一种作为充气轮胎中用的高伸长型钢帘线。
高伸长型钢帘线的结构有3×7型的，该钢帘线由21根钢丝线分成三股，每股七根编捻而成钢丝子绳，每根钢丝子绳的截面为圆形，此结构的钢帘线的抗腐蚀性能不是很强。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种抗腐蚀性能强的编织钢帘线。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型一种钢帘线，由钢丝子绳编捻而成，钢丝线的截面为圆形，9根钢丝线分成三股，每股中三根钢丝线编捻形成一股截面为三角形的钢丝子绳，三股钢丝子绳编捻成截面为不规则形状的钢帘线。
本实用新型一种钢帘线，绳和线的捻向均为S向。
钢丝子绳的截面为三角形，便于胶料渗透到钢帘线内部，从而避免因进入钢帘线内部的湿气而引起的腐蚀，有利于提高轮胎的行驶里程、安全性和翻新率。

根据图1所示，本实用新型由9根钢丝线编捻而成，钢丝线的直径为0.25mm，9根钢丝线分成三股，每股中三根钢丝线编捻，形成截面为正三角形的钢丝子绳，三股钢丝子绳编捻，形成截面为三个正三角形错开排列的形状的钢帘线，钢丝子绳和钢帘线的捻向均为S向，钢丝子绳的捻距为3.15mm，钢帘线的捻距为6.3mm。

1、一种钢帘线，由钢丝子绳编捻而成，钢丝线的截面为圆形，其特征在于9根钢丝线分成三股，每股中三根钢丝线编捻形成一股截面为三角形的钢丝子绳，三股钢丝子绳编捻成截面为不规则形状的钢帘线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种钢帘线，绳和线的捻向均为S向。
