背景技术
目前轻卡子午线轮胎的带束层主要采用2+7×0.22NT、3+9×0.22NT等普通强度的钢帘线，此类钢帘线表面缝隙小，橡胶的渗透不佳，帘线用量多，制造成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种结构简单、耐腐蚀性能好、制造成本低的三股高强度钢帘线，由钢丝编捻而成，钢丝的截面为圆形，关键在于它由三根钢丝一次捻合而成，形成近似直角三角形截面，捻向为S向。
所述钢帘线的捻距为16mm。
三股高强度钢帘线是半开放型的，钢丝之间存在间隙，便于橡胶的渗透，有利于提高橡胶与钢帘线之间的粘合力和耐腐蚀性能，这种钢帘线结构简单、帘线直径小，可以减小轮胎帘线的密度和用胶量，降低轮胎滚动阻力，同时可以减少轮胎生产中帘线的使用量，降低生产成本、减轻轮胎重量。

参照附图，本实用新型为一种三股高强度钢帘线，是由3根Φ0.25mm钢丝一次捻合而成，其截面为近似直角三角形，钢帘线捻向为S向，捻距为16mm，中心无捻距。
