现有技术中，作为充气轮胎中带束层用钢帘线主要采用开放型结构，钢丝之间存在缝隙，便于橡胶的渗透。为提高钢帘线的强度，开放型结构的钢帘线，钢丝的直径较粗，难以满足轮胎轻量化要求。
发明内容
本实用新型是提供一种既能保持钢帘线的强度，同时帘线的直径较小，又可以减少所需钢帘线的用量，从而能够减少轮胎的重量，符合轮胎轻量化要求，并能够降低生产成本的轮胎用七股钢帘线。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种七股钢帘线，由钢丝编捻而成，钢丝的截面为圆形，它由7根钢丝作同向编捻而成，形成箭头形截面，钢丝之间的接触面为线接触。
所述的一种七股钢帘线的捻距为18mm，捻向为S向。
