背景技术
现有技术中，作为充气轮胎中带束层用钢帘线主要采用开放型结构，钢丝之间存在缝隙，便于橡胶的渗透。虽然金属精炼和拉拔技术有了长足的发展，但含碳量较高的碳钢仍未用于轮胎钢帘线中，随着含碳量的增加，生产线材时，很难控制碳偏析及非金属夹杂的分布和尺寸，易产生缺陷，生产钢帘线时线材无法承受很大的拉伸变形，为提高钢帘线的强度，故开放型结构的钢帘线，钢丝的直径较粗，难以满足轮胎轻量化要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能保持或提高钢帘线的性能，轮胎在相同安全系数下，可以减少所需钢帘线的用量，从而能够减少轮胎的重量，并能够降低生产成本的轮胎用钢帘线。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型一种钢帘线，由钢丝编捻而成，钢丝的截面为圆形，它是由两根钢丝作同向捻制而成，钢丝之间为线接触。
本实用新型一种钢帘线，与开放型钢帘线相比，由于钢丝之间为线接触，提高了钢帘线的强度，轮胎在相同的安全系数下，可以减少钢帘线的用量，既降低了轮胎的制造成本，又适应轮胎轻量化的要求。
