背景技术
虽然金属精炼和拉拔技术有了长足的发展，但含碳量较高的碳钢仍未用于轮胎钢帘线中，随着含碳量的增加，生产线材时，很难控制碳偏析及非金属夹杂的分布和尺寸，易产生缺陷，生产钢帘线时线材无法承受很大的拉伸变形，为提高钢帘线的强度，钢丝的直径较粗，难以满足轮胎轻量化要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高强度，占轮胎重量比重小的钢帘线。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种钢帘线，由芯线和钢丝线编捻而成，钢丝的截面为圆形，芯线是由3根钢丝编捻而成的一股截面为三角形的芯线，芯线与外层9根钢丝编捻成截面为圆形的钢帘线。芯线与钢帘线的捻向相同。
本实用新型具有紧密的结构，在保持相同的增强作用下，钢帘线直径可以减小，从而减轻轮胎中钢帘线的重量，降低轮胎生产成本。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示，本实用新型一种钢帘线，由芯线和钢丝编捻而成，钢丝线的截面为圆形，芯线是由3根钢丝编捻成的一股截面为正三角形的芯线，芯线与外层9根钢丝编捻成截面为圆形的钢帘线，钢丝直径为0.20mm，芯线和钢帘线的捻向均为S向，芯线的捻距为6.3mm，钢帘线的捻距为12.5mm。

1、一种钢帘线，由芯线和钢丝编捻而成，钢丝的截面为圆形，其特征在于所述芯线是由3根钢丝编捻而成的一股截面为三角形的芯线，芯线与外层9根钢丝编捻成截面为圆形的钢帘线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的钢帘线，其特征在于芯线和钢帘线的捻向相同。
