背景技术
钢帘线产品的突出问题是它的抗腐蚀性能和粘合性能。在现有的子午线轮胎中使用的钢帘线,相邻单丝间几乎没有空隙,橡胶只能包埋整绳的外表面,而很难渗透到整绳内部和单丝之间,钢帘线与橡胶的粘合界面小,且两者之间的粘合力弱,从而影响轮胎的使用寿命。其次,当轮胎使用过程中出现橡胶微小缝隙等损伤现象时,水和热空气等腐蚀介质很容易通过这些缝隙扩散到钢帘线表面而使镀层腐蚀,导致粘合保持率下降,加速缩短轮胎的使用寿命,增加行驶的不安全因素。再次,轮胎行进时,钢帘线经受较高的挤压应力,特别是反复的弯曲或曲率的变化,若驾驶时轮胎遇到尖锐或钝的突出物体时,易发生钢丝刺出的问题。
为了提高钢帘线的渗胶性能,日本实用新型专利申请昭61-108397U公开了一种开放型帘线,单丝被捻制成界面为椭圆形的钢帘线。但这种帘线在2kg的载荷下伸长率很高,伸长率高导致钢帘线单丝之间的间隙变小,使橡胶渗入困难。进一步,日本发明专利申请昭62-170594A公开了一种钢帘线,同样具有开放型的结构,钢丝至少分为两组,每组具有不同变形量的,最大的变形量为1.65,最小的变形量为1.05,变化的范围为0.2-0.4。此种情况下,钢丝的螺 旋状并没有优化,因此,帘线的工艺性能及橡胶的渗透性以及单丝之间的协调和帘线强度的保持性就不可避免的恶化了。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种开放型编织钢帘线及其应用,该钢帘线和橡胶间具有较高的粘合力;采用此钢帘线生产出的轮胎重量轻,并且降低滚动阻力,轮胎在行驶过程中,受到车身由上而下的力,编织钢帘线主要受力面正好可以接受更多的纵向压力,抗疲劳性能好,使驾驶具有良好的操控性、舒适性和稳定性。

钢帘线的单丝由以下方法制备:

编织钢帘线的制造过程,是通过机械编织设备,将所述21、31、41三组钢丝以编距T为15±0.5mm编织,编织步骤为:第一组钢丝21跨过第三组钢丝41之上,置于第三组钢丝41和第二组钢丝31之间;第二组钢丝31跨过第一组钢丝21之上,置于第三组钢丝41和第一组钢丝21之间;第三组钢丝41跨过第二组钢丝31之上,置于第二组钢丝31和第一组钢丝21之间;第一组钢丝21跨过第三组钢丝41之上,置于第二组钢丝31和第三组钢丝41之间,如此循环往复。图3为图2中A-A的截面示意图,第一组钢丝21和第二组钢丝31之间的间距L1、第二组钢丝31和第三组钢丝41之间的间距L2均为2.0mm,第一组钢丝21和第三组钢丝41之间的间距L3为0.5mm。
选择同种规格、同等强度和同等数量单丝组成的现有技术捻制钢帘线0330HT与编织钢帘线进行对比。图1作为对比的现有技术示例的捻制帘线0330横截面示意图。编织帘线钢丝间有孔隙,而现有技术钢丝紧密排列呈线接触。对编织钢帘线和现有技术捻制钢帘线0330HT进行对比试验,实验结果见表1。硫化选择的胶料型号为DB,由三角轮胎股份有限公司提供。

实施例5与实施例4基本相同,不同的是采用的单丝直径为0.40mm,n为2,编距为20±0.5mm。编织帘线3240HT与现有技术捻制帘线1540HT对比数据如表2。硫化胶料型号为B176,由德国大陆轮胎公司提供。

实施例6
实施例6与实施例4基本相同,不同的是采用的单丝直径为0.32mm,n为3,编距为20±0.5mm,并且组内单丝采用捻制的帘线0332HT,而不是单独的三根单丝。编织帘线3332HT与现有技术捻制帘线3632HT帘线对比数据如表3。硫化胶料型号为G271,由泰丰轮胎股份有限公司提供。

从表1、表2和表3中的数据可以看出,在使用同等规格、同等强度和同等数量单丝的条件下,编织帘线与捻制帘线相比,线密度更 低,但破断力、疲劳值都要高,粘合力改善,间接显示了渗胶率高。以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种开放型编织钢帘线,钢帘线呈扁平状,其特征在于:所述钢帘线包括以一定的编距循环往复进行交错编织的三组钢丝,三组钢丝分别为第一组钢丝(21)、第二组钢丝(31)和第三组钢丝(41);
    其中:第一组钢丝(21)跨过第三组钢丝(41)之上,置于第三组钢丝(41)和第二组钢丝(31)之间;第二组钢丝(31)跨过第一组钢丝(21)之上,置于第三组钢丝(41)和第一组钢丝(21)之间;第三组钢丝(41)跨过第二组钢丝(31)之上,置于第二组钢丝(31)和第一组钢丝(21)之间;第一组钢丝(21)跨过第三组钢丝(41)之上,置于第二组钢丝(31)和第三组钢丝(41)之间,如此循环往复。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的开放型编织钢帘线,其特征在于:每组钢丝包括n根单丝,当n=1时,第一组钢丝(21)、第二组钢丝(31)和第三组钢丝(41)均为1根单丝。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的开放型编织钢帘线,其特征在于:每组钢丝包括n根单丝,当n≥2时,第一组钢丝(21)、第二组钢丝(31)和第三组钢丝(41)为若干根单丝,每组钢丝组内钢丝没有扭绞或为经过捻制的帘线。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的开放型编织钢帘线,其特征在于:所述第一组钢丝(21)、第二组钢丝(31)和第三组钢丝(41)中每组的单丝规格均相同,且单丝直径为0.20-0.40mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的开放型编织钢帘线,其特征在于:所述钢帘线的编距为10-25mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的开放型编织钢帘线,其特征在于:交错编织时,两个方向的力和编距均保持一致。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的开放型编织钢帘线,其特征在于:所述第一组钢丝(21)、第二组钢丝(31)和第三组钢丝(41)的组间钢丝间距为0.20-2.5mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的开放型编织钢帘线用于制造轮胎。
