背景技术
现有钢帘线的钢丝之间几乎没有间隙，使得胶料不能充分渗透到钢帘线内部，从而引起与橡胶的粘合力下降。而且，由于胶料不能充分渗透到钢帘线中，在钢帘线的单丝中就可能存在空隙，这些空隙起到了导流潮气或盐渗透进钢帘线的作用。当使用钢帘线的轮胎被反复挠曲时，钢帘线可能加速腐蚀，这会降低轮胎的耐用性。
发明内容
为了克服现有的钢帘线耐冲击、抗腐蚀性能差的问题，本实用新型提供一种耐冲击、抗腐蚀性能强，渗胶性好的保护层用钢帘线。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种五股耐腐蚀钢帘线，由钢丝编捻而成，钢丝的截面为圆形，它是由五根钢丝作同向捻而成，其截面为正五边形；所述钢丝呈“波浪”状。
本实用新型所述钢帘线的捻向为S向，捻距为12.5mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：钢帘线具有卓越的橡胶渗透性能，抗腐蚀性好，由于钢丝呈“波浪”状，帘线合股后钢丝与钢丝之间就存在微小的缝隙，有利于胶料充分渗透到钢帘线内部，从而避免因湿气(水份)等进入到钢帘线内部而引起腐蚀。它具有较高的伸长率和伸长保持率，耐冲击、耐穿刺性好，有利于保护轮胎，提高轮胎的行驶里程。它是一步成型，因此这种钢帘线的生产成本可以显著降低，提高经济效益。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示，本实用新型一种五股耐腐蚀钢帘线，是由五根直径为0.38mm的钢丝作同向捻而成，其截面为正五边形。每根钢丝经过特殊的预变形处理后呈“波浪”状，即通过变形器将钢丝加工成“波浪”形状。钢帘线一次成型，它的捻向为S向，捻距为12.5mm。
