背景技术
一般钢帘线由于捻距较大，伸长率较小，当它作为轮胎带束顶层时，抗冲击力不强，影响轮胎的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种伸长率高、抗冲击性能强的钢帘线。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种钢帘线，由钢丝股编捻而成，钢丝股由钢丝编捻而成，它由四根截面为四边形的钢丝股捻成，每根钢丝股由四根钢丝捻成，钢丝股编捻成的钢帘线的截面为四个四边形均匀排列的形状。
在本实用新型中所述钢帘线的捻距小于6.5mm，钢丝股的捻距小于4mm；所述钢丝股与钢帘线的捻向相同。
采用上述技术方案后，钢帘线和钢丝股的捻距较小，它的伸长率超过4％，钢丝股的钢丝之间为线接触，强度高，钢丝股之间易渗胶，耐腐蚀性强。将这种结构的钢帘线用于子午线轮胎的带束顶层，作为轮胎的保护层，可以提高轮胎的抗冲击负荷能力，防止轮胎胎体受损，同时又能防止带束层钢帘线因穿刺和割口造成湿气的渗入，引起钢帘线腐蚀损坏，极大地提高轮胎的安全性和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示，本实用新型由16根钢丝编捻而成，钢丝的直径为0.22mm。先将4根钢丝编捻成截面为四边形的钢丝股，钢丝与钢丝之间为线接触；再将四根钢丝股编捻成钢帘线，钢丝股和钢帘线的捻向均为S向，钢丝股的捻距小于4mm，钢帘线的捻距小于6.5mm，在本实施方式中钢丝股的捻距为3.5mm，钢帘线的捻距为5mm。

1、一种钢帘线，由钢丝股编捻而成，钢丝股由钢丝编捻而成，其特征在于它由四根截面为四边形的钢丝股捻成，每根钢丝股由四根钢丝捻成，钢丝股编捻成的钢帘线的截面为四个四边形均匀排列的形状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的钢帘线，其特征在于所述钢帘线的捻距小于6.5mm，钢丝股的捻距小于4mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的钢帘线，其特征在于所述钢丝股与钢帘线的捻向相同。
