背景技术
通常,轮胎、特别是诸如卡车和公共汽车等的重载车辆使用的重载用轮胎具有如下结构:为了抑制因内压而引起的直径增长并保护胎面部,配置多层带束层。
例如,作为胎面部的增强结构的传统技术,已知如下技术(参照专利文献1):两层交叉带束层被配置成帘线相对于轮胎赤道面以10°至30°的倾斜角度彼此反向地交叉,高角度带束层还被配置成帘线角度比交叉带束层的帘线角度高5°以上。在这种层叠带束结构中,当沿轮胎周向对交叉带束层施加拉伸时,通过高角度带束层的帘线抑制交叉带束层的帘线移动,由此抑制交叉带束层的轮胎宽度方向上的收缩,能够获得改善带束的周向刚性和抑制直径增长的效果。

近些年,降低环境负荷已经被越来越高地要求,从减轻轮胎重量的观点出发,减少轮胎的构成材料的使用量也已经成为重要课题。因而,重要的是,能够实现改善带束结构和减轻轮胎重量两者。然而,专利文献1中记载的上述技术不能充分满足近些年对减轻重量的要求。
此外,能够想到,通过使高角度带束层中使用的钢量少于交叉带束层中使用的钢量来减轻轮胎重量;然而,轮胎的直径增长会因钢量的减少而更容易发生。因此,必须在减轻轮胎重量的同时防止直径增长以改善轮胎耐久性。
因而,本发明的目的是提供一种轮胎,使得通过确立即使当带束层中使用的钢量减少的情况下也能够充分地确保防止直径增长的效果的技术,实现减轻轮胎重量和高耐久性两者。
用于解决问题的方案
通过防止交叉带束层沿轮胎宽度方向收缩(泊松变形(Poissondeformation))的高角度带束层来增强轮胎周向刚性。作为对这一点的锐意检验的结果,本发明人发现,即使在高角度带束层的钢量减少的情况下,也能够通过增强高角度带束层中的钢帘线的压缩刚性来获得抑制交叉带束层收缩的效果,因而完成了本发明。

图1是示出了本发明的轮胎的一构造例的宽度方向截面图。图示的轮胎10包括一对胎圈部11、与胎圈部11相连的一对胎侧部12以及跨设在两胎侧部12之间胎面部13,并且轮胎10包括作为骨架的胎体帘布层2,胎体帘布层2在分别埋设于一对胎圈部11内的一对胎圈芯1之间环状地延伸。
在本发明中,在胎体帘布层2的冠部的轮胎径向外侧配置有高角度带束层3和交叉带束层4。在高角度带束层3和交叉带束层4中,交叉带束层4包括相对于轮胎赤道面以10°至30°的角度倾斜延伸的两层以上的钢帘线的橡胶包覆层(rubberized layer),例如可以布置两层至四层的橡胶包覆层,在图示的示例中布置了三层橡胶包覆层。交叉带束层4被配置成使得层中的至少一些层间的帘线方向彼此交叉。相比之下,高角度带束层3包括以比交叉带束层4的角度大5°以上的角度、例如相对于轮胎赤道面以40°至80°的角度倾斜延伸的钢帘线的橡胶包覆层。

在本发明中,高角度带束层3中包括的每单位面积的钢帘线的质量必要地为交叉带束层4中包括的每单位面积的钢帘线的质量的85%以下,优选为40%至80%,更优选为50%至80%。高角度带束层3中包括的钢量减少至上述范围能够有效地减轻轮胎重量。此外,在本发明中,即使在高角度带束层3中包括的钢量减少至大约上述范围的情况下,通过与钢帘线的压缩刚性的上述条件组合,也能够充分确保防止直径增长的效果,从而使轮胎具有高的耐久性。

实施例

用以下方式评价各带束层的钢帘线的与该钢帘线的长度方向正交的截面中的每单位面积的压缩刚性。如图3所示,30mm的宽度植入了形成各带束层的十根钢帘线21的两层处理层(treat)22以帘线的中心之间的间隔为3mm的方式平行地层叠,由此制备帘线的长度方向上的长度为200mm的试样20。如图4所示,试样20载置在被配置成距试样20的长度方向上的中心等距的两个支点31上,按照JIS K7074进行三点弯曲试验,支点31之间的距离为60mm,将通过压头32沿垂直方向向下压入距水平位置0mm至5mm的距离时的反作用力作为压缩刚性进行评价。支点的半径为2.0mm,压头的半径为5.0mm。
<行驶之后的直径增长的评价>
对所获得的各供试轮胎充填900kPa的内压,并且利用转鼓试验机测量在轮胎以60km/h的速度行驶50000km之后该轮胎的周长。算出各轮胎的周长与进行转鼓行驶之前具有100kPa内压时的周长相比的伸长率,并且作为相对于被表达为100的传统例的指数来示出。数值越小表示行驶之后的直径增长越小,并且较小的数值是更期望的。
结果示出在下表中。

如能够从如上述表所示的结果中看出地,已经确认:即使当为了减轻轮胎重量而减少带束层中使用的钢量时,高角度带束层的钢帘线的压缩刚性比交叉带束层的钢帘线的压缩性高也会抑制直径增长,从而确保了轮胎耐久性。

Claims (4)

1.一种轮胎,其包括:两层以上的交叉带束层,该交叉带束层包括相对于轮胎赤道面以10°至30°的角度倾斜延伸的钢帘线的橡胶包覆层,该橡胶包覆层被配置成使得层中的至少一些层间的帘线方向彼此交叉;和高角度带束层,该高角度带束层包括以比该交叉带束层的角度大5°以上的角度倾斜延伸的钢帘线的橡胶包覆层,其中
所述高角度带束层中包括的每单位面积的钢帘线的质量为所述交叉带束层中包括的每单位面积的钢帘线的质量的85%以下,并且
所述高角度带束层的钢帘线的与该钢帘线的长度方向正交的截面中的每单位面积的压缩刚性比所述交叉带束层的钢帘线的与该钢帘线的长度方向正交的截面中的每单位面积的压缩刚性大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于,所述高角度带束层的钢帘线包括层加捻结构,该层加捻结构包括:芯部,该芯部包括并列配置的两根以上的芯丝;和鞘部,该鞘部包括围绕该芯部捻合的多根鞘丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轮胎,其特征在于,所述高角度带束层的钢帘线包括单丝或者单丝的束。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轮胎,其特征在于,所述单丝的与其长度方向正交的截面形状是扁平的。
