Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种汽车传动轴滑动叉总成,它包括滑动叉和堵盖,其堵盖由堵盖本体和密封垫复合而成,堵盖本体呈圆盘形,其盘边向外翻出形成一翻边,密封垫复合在该圆盘形堵盖本体的外侧面,滑动叉轴孔底部设有与堵盖适配的连接面,堵盖与该连接面过盈配合相连。本实用新型的汽车传动轴滑动叉总成由于采用了具有特殊结构和密封性能良好的堵盖,使其不但具有一般情况下的密封作用,而且具有一定的抗冲击性能,在空腔内的油压正负变化时,仍能具有可靠的防泄漏功能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车传动部件,尤其涉及一种汽车传动轴滑动叉总成。
背景技术
汽车传动轴的滑动叉总成,通常由滑动叉11和堵盖12等零部件经铆接或焊接而成,如图1所示。车辆行驶时,通过传动系统的输出轴2与滑动叉11的滑动配合,以扭转形式传递动力。因润滑需要,在滑动叉11、堵盖12和输出轴2之间形成的空腔3中充满了润滑油。传递动力过程中,由于扭矩、输出轴油箱高温环境及输出轴的往复滑动,会引起空腔3内的油压发生正负变化,易导致滑动叉11与堵盖12的接触面之间产生泄漏或动态泄漏。见图2所示。在图2中,堵盖12在压力下发生变形,导致与滑动叉11之间产生缝隙而产生泄漏或动态泄漏。
发明内容
本实用新型是为了解决现有汽车传动轴滑动叉总成所存在的滑动叉与堵盖密封不严导致润滑油泄漏的问题而提供一种新型的汽车传动轴滑动叉总成。
本实用新型所采取的技术措施是:一种汽车传动轴滑动叉总成,通过滑动叉轴孔与汽车传动轴滑动相连,所述的滑动叉总成包括滑动叉和堵盖,堵盖嵌装在滑动叉的轴孔底部,其特点是,所述的堵盖由堵盖本体和密封垫复合而成,堵盖本体呈圆盘形,其盘边向外翻出形成一翻边,密封垫覆盖在该圆盘形堵盖本体的外侧面,所述的滑动叉轴孔底部设有与堵盖适配的连接面,堵盖与该连接面过盈配合相连。

上述汽车传动轴滑动叉总成,其中,所述的软质材料为橡胶、软金属、塑料、纸板和软木中的一种。
本实用新型的汽车传动轴滑动叉总成由于采用了具有特殊结构和密封性能良好的堵盖,使其不但具有一般情况下的密封作用,而且具有一定的抗冲击性能,在空腔内的油压正负变化时,仍能具有可靠的防泄漏功能。

具体实施方式
参见图3,配合参见图4,本实用新型的汽车传动轴滑动叉总成,通过滑动叉轴孔与汽车传动轴2滑动相连,包括滑动叉41和堵盖42,在滑动叉41、堵盖42和输出轴2之间形成空腔3。堵盖42嵌装在滑动叉41的轴孔底部,由堵盖本体421和密封垫422复合而成,堵盖本体呈圆盘形,其盘边向外翻出形成一翻边4211,密封垫复合在该圆盘形堵盖本体的外侧面,并延伸到整个翻边,滑动叉轴孔底部设有与堵盖适配的连接面,堵盖与该连接面过盈配合相连。堵盖本体421由金属或其它抗冲击的硬质材料制成。密封垫422由软质材料制成,软质材料可以为橡胶、或软金属、或塑料、或纸板、或软木。当密封垫为橡胶垫时,堵盖由金属板和橡胶垫粘合而成。当密封垫为软金属垫时,堵盖由金属板和软金属垫复合而成。当密封垫为塑料垫时,堵盖由金属板和塑料垫复合而成。当密封垫为纸板垫时,堵盖由金属板和纸板垫粘合而成。当密封垫为软木垫时,堵盖由金属板和软木垫粘合而成。
Claims (3)
1、一种汽车传动轴滑动叉总成,通过滑动叉轴孔与汽车传动轴滑动相连,所述的滑动叉总成包括滑动叉和堵盖,堵盖嵌装在滑动叉的轴孔底部,其特征在于:所述的堵盖由堵盖本体和密封垫复合而成,堵盖本体呈圆盘形,其盘边向外翻出形成一翻边,密封垫复合在该圆盘形堵盖本体的外侧面,所述的滑动叉轴孔底部设有与堵盖适配的连接面,堵盖与该连接面过盈配合相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的汽车传动轴滑动叉总成,其特征在于:所述的密封垫为软质材料结构件。
3、根据权利要求2所述的汽车传动轴滑动叉总成,其特征在于:所述的软质材料为橡胶、软金属、塑料、纸板和软木中的一种。
