背景技术
羽绒和羽毛都是很好得天然保暖填料,以絮类形式广泛应用于羽绒服、被、褥及其它床上用品。由于羽绒呈朵状,羽枝以羽根为核心向四外放射,其天然物理结构决定了其在制品中不稳定,易滚毛,制作工艺繁琐,费工费料,工作效率低,表面不平整,不美观,显得臃肿蠢笨,档次低;羽毛呈扁平,中心有羽杆,羽杆上每间隔50微米向外分布有羽枝,所以,只有少量小的软羽毛可作絮类填料使用,大部分较大的毛片由于羽杆过于粗硬不能使用,被废弃,造成资源浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可剪裁的材类,羽枝保暖填料,以解决现有羽绒和/或羽毛絮类填料在制品中不稳定、易滚毛,制作工艺繁琐,费工费料,工作效率低,表面不平整,不美观,显得臃肿蠢笨,档次低;只有少量小的软羽毛可作絮类填料使用,大部分较大的毛片被废弃,造成资源浪费的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该填料是由羽枝构成,羽枝之间相互交叉、连接,交叉和连接点由胶粘剂粘结在一起,形成网式片状结构。
羽枝之间靠纺织纤维相互交叉和缠绕在一起。
羽枝与纺织纤维相互交叉、缠绕点由低熔点热熔纺织纤维粘结在一起。
羽枝采用水洗鸭、鹅羽绒、羽毛加工成的单根羽枝、在现有工艺羽绒加工过程中产生的飞丝羽枝,其中的至少一种。
胶粘剂采用天然树脂类、聚氨酯类,聚丙烯酸酯类、聚醋酸乙酯类、聚氯乙烯类或丙烯酸系乳液。
纺织纤维采用棉、麻、毛、丝天然纤维、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、氨纶、粘胶化学纤维、PE/PET双组份纤维、ES复合纤维、丙纶低熔点纤维,其中的至少一种。
该实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:(1)该材类填料结构均匀、平整,可剪裁、不滚毛,其制品制作工艺简单,省工省料,工作效率高;(2)羽枝主杆上每间隔50微米向外分布有超细羽小枝,羽小枝上分布有结节和/或刺,可形成更多细小的空间,可包含更多的静止空气,防风保暖性能好,其制品不臃肿蠢笨,美观大方,档次高;(3)羽枝与纺织纤维结合可发挥纤维的强力、吸湿性和抱和性好的优点,从而生产出多种品质的羽枝材类填料;(4)可利用大毛片羽枝和飞丝羽枝,能充分利用资源,变废为宝。

图中:羽枝1采用水洗鸭、鹅羽绒、羽毛经加工去掉羽根或羽杆后的单根羽枝,在现有工艺羽绒加工过程中产生的飞丝羽枝,其中的至少一种,经过非织造工艺加工,使羽枝1主杆上每间隔50微米向外分布的羽小枝2和羽小枝上分布的结节3和/或刺4相互交叉、连接,再通过喷施胶粘剂5将交叉点和连接点粘结在一起,形成网式片状结构;或者在羽枝1内加入纺织纤维6,通过非织造工艺加工,使羽枝1上的羽小枝2结节3和/或刺4与纺织纤维相互交叉、缠绕在一起,形成网式片状结构;或者在羽枝1内至少加入一种低熔点热熔纺织纤维6,通过非织造工艺加工,使羽枝1上的羽小枝2、结节3和/或刺4与纺织纤维相互交叉、缠绕,其交叉、缠绕点由低熔点热熔纺织纤维粘结在一起,形成网式片状结构。胶粘剂5采用天然树脂类、聚氨酯类、聚丙烯酸酯类、聚醋酸乙酯类、聚氯乙烯类或丙烯酸系乳液。纺织纤维6采用棉、麻、毛、丝天然纤维、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、氨纶、粘胶化学纤维、PE/PET双组份纤维、ES复合纤维、丙纶低熔点热熔纤维,其中的至少一种。

2、根据权利要求1所述的材类羽枝保暖填料,其特征在于:胶粘剂5采用天然树脂类、聚氨酯类、聚丙烯酸酯类、聚醋酸乙酯类、聚氯乙烯类或丙烯酸系乳液。
3、根据权利要求1所述的材类羽枝保暖填料,其特征在于:羽枝(1)之间靠纺织纤维(6)相互交叉、缠绕在一起。
4、根据权利要求3所述的材类羽枝保暖填料,其特征在于:羽枝(1)与纺织纤维(6)相互交叉和缠绕点,由低熔点热熔纺织纤维粘结在一起。
5、根据权利要求1、3或4所述的材类羽枝保暖填料,其特征在于:羽枝(1)采用水洗鸭、鹅羽绒、羽毛加工成的单根羽枝、在现有工艺羽绒加工过程中产生的飞丝羽枝,其中的至少一种。
6、根据权利要求3或4所述的材类羽枝保暖填料,其特征在于:纺织纤维(6)采用锦、麻、毛、丝天然纤维、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、氨纶、粘胶化学纤维、PE/PET双组份纤维、ES复合纤维、丙纶低熔点热熔纤维,其中的至少一种。
