Definitions

  • the invention relates to a feather down warm filler, which is a kind of feather down warm filler. Background technique
  • Down and feather are very good natural warm fillers, and are widely used in down form in down jackets, quilts, mattresses and other bedding. Because the feather is in a flower-like shape, the feather branch radiates around with the feather root as its core. Its natural physical structure determines its instability in the product, easy to pilling, tedious manufacturing process, labor and materials, low work efficiency, and uneven surface. Unsightly, bloated and strange, low grade; feathers are flat with feathers in the center, and feathers are distributed outwards at intervals of 50 microns on the feathers, so only a small amount of soft feathers can be used as floc fillers, most of them Larger hair pieces were discarded because the feathers were too thick and unusable, causing waste of resources. Summary of the Invention
  • the purpose of the present invention is to provide a tailorable material and feather stick warm filler, so as to solve the problem that the existing down and / or feather floc filler is unstable in the product, easily pilling, the manufacturing process is complicated, and the labor and materials are expensive.
