Abstract
本发明公开一种SMS复合无纺布,所述SMS复合无纺布包括最外层的合成纤维层、中间层的熔喷纤维层和内层的无纺布基体。本发明提供一种SMS复合无纺布,具有强度高、过滤性能好、透气性好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种SMS复合无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定 向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分 解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料 为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因具有布的外观和某些性 能而称其为布。
无纺布俗称非织造布,它是将短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机排列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热轧或化学等方法加固,最后形成的无编织的布料。吸水无纺布是无纺布的一种,其在服装材料、过滤材料、废水处理、卫生用品、医疗用品、化工用品等领域皆应用广泛。传统的吸水无纺布大多由多层无纺布直接组合而成。由于无纺布多由短纤维和长丝无定向排列而成,因此其形成的吸水无纺布在吸水膨胀之后,其中的短纤维和长丝之间的相互作用力急剧减弱,导致丧失拉力延展性,出现拉伸易折断的缺点。同时,传统的吸水无纺布还存在吸水能力差、保水时间短、以及对环境不友好等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种SMS复合无纺布,具有强度高、过滤性能好、透气性好的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种SMS复合无纺布,所述SMS复合无纺布包括最外层的合成纤维层、中间层的熔喷纤维层和内层的无纺布基体,所述熔喷纤维层的厚度为0.5-1.5mm,所述熔喷纤维层的纤维直径为1-4μm,所述无纺布基体是由混纺纤维和纳米银抗菌棉纤维复合而成,所述混纺纤维由涤纶纤维与粘胶纤维交织而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述合成纤维层的厚度为1-2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述涤纶纤维与粘胶纤维重量的比例为2:1。
本发明的一种SMS复合无纺布,具有强度高、过滤性能好、透气性好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明一种SMS复合无纺布,所述SMS复合无纺布包括最外层1的合成纤维层、中间层2的熔喷纤维层和内层3的无纺布基体,所述熔喷纤维层的厚度为0.5-1.5mm,所述熔喷纤维层的纤维直径为1-4μm,所述无纺布基体是由混纺纤维和纳米银抗菌棉纤维复合而成,所述混纺纤维由涤纶纤维与粘胶纤维交织而成,所述合成纤维层的厚度为1-2mm,所述涤纶纤维与粘胶纤维重量的比例为2:1。
熔喷纤维应用在(1)医疗卫生用布:手术衣、防护服、消毒包布、口罩、尿片、妇女卫生巾等;(2)家庭装饰用布:贴墙布、台布、床单、床罩等;(3)跟装用布:衬里、粘合衬、絮片、定型棉、各种合成革底布等;(4)工业用布:过滤材料、绝缘材料、水泥包装袋、土工布、包覆布等;(5)农业用布:作物保护布、育秧布、灌溉布、保温幕帘等;(6)其它:太空棉、保温隔音材料、吸油毡、烟过滤嘴、袋包茶叶袋等。熔喷纤维是由聚丙烯超细纤维随机分布沾结在一起,外观洁白、平整、柔软,材料纤维细度为0.5-1.0μm,纤维的随机分布提供了纤维间更多的热粘合机会,因而使熔喷气体过滤材料具有更大的比表面积,更高的孔隙率(≥75%)。经过高压驻极过滤效率,使产品具有低阻、高效、高容尘等特点。
在进一步说明,粘胶纤维具有良好的吸湿性,在一般大气条件下,回潮率在13%左右。吸湿后显著膨胀,直径增加可达50%,所以织物下水后手感发硬,收缩率大。普通粘胶纤维的断裂强度比棉小,约为1.6-2.7cN/dtex;断裂伸长率大于棉,为16%~22%;湿强下降多,约为干强的50%,湿态伸长增加约50%。其模量比棉低,在小负荷下容易变形,而弹性回复性能差,因此织物容易伸长,尺寸稳定性差。富纤的强度特别是湿强比普通粘胶高,断裂伸长率较小,尺寸稳定性良好。普通粘胶的耐磨性较差,而富纤则有所改善。本发明提供一种SMS复合无纺布,具有强度高、过滤性能好、透气性好的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种SMS复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述SMS复合无纺布包括最外层的合成纤维层、中间层的熔喷纤维层和内层的无纺布基体,所述熔喷纤维层的厚度为0.5-1.5mm,所述熔喷纤维层的纤维直径为1-4μm,所述无纺布基体是由混纺纤维和纳米银抗菌棉纤维复合而成,所述混纺纤维由涤纶纤维与粘胶纤维交织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的SMS复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述合成纤维层的厚度为1-2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的SMS复合无纺布,其特征在于:所述涤纶纤维与粘胶纤维重量的比例为2:1。
