Abstract
本实用新型属于一种弹性保暖填料，其特点是在弹性织物层的上、下至少一侧设有纤维层，纤维层的纤维自身相互交叉缠绕同时与弹性织物层的纱线或单丝及纱线的纤维之间相互交叉缠绕或粘结在一起。该填料结构稳定，整体性好，延伸弹性高，可与弹性里、面料结合制成弹性保暖服装；可直接裁剪，制品耐水洗，纤维不滚动，不变形，蓬松、保暖性能好，是棉衣、被褥的理想用保暖填料。

本实用新型涉及保暖材料，是一种具有延伸弹性的保暖填料。
背景技术
目前，人们穿的棉衣，盖的棉被，都是由里、面料和填料构成，填料一般分为两类：一类是絮类填料，是未经纺织加工的天然或化学纤维，这类填料没有固定形状，处于松散状态；另一类是材类填料，是由天然纤维或化学纤维经过非织造工艺加工而成，这类填料是均匀固定的片状。上述两类填料有个共同缺点：即纵、横及各个方向均没有延伸弹性，在受到外拉力时，填料尺寸、形态会改变、甚至断裂，失去保暖作用，因此，该填料无法直接与弹性里、面料制成弹性保暖服装。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种弹性保暖填料，以解决现有保暖填料没有延伸弹性，在受到外拉力时尺寸、形态会改变，甚至断裂，失去保暖作用，不能直接与弹性里、面料结合制做弹性保暖服装问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该填料是由弹性织物层和纤维层构成，在弹性织物层上、下至少一侧设有纤维层，纤维层的纤维自身相互交叉缠绕，同时与弹性织物层的单丝、纱线或纱线的纤维之间相互交叉缠绕在一起。
纤维层的纤维自身相互交叉缠绕点和纤维与弹性织物的纱线、单丝或纱线的纤维之间相互交叉缠绕点由胶粘剂粘结在一起。
弹性织物层采用纬编或经编的针织物。
纤维层采用天然纤维或化学纤维及其混合物。
天然纤维采用棉、羊毛绒、兔毛绒、骆驼毛绒、牦牛毛绒、羽绒、蚕丝或麻及其混合物。
羽绒是指经水洗的成天然结构的鸭、鹅绒子、绒毛、毛片及其混合物或者将绒子、绒毛、毛片经加工获得的单根羽枝。
化学纤维采用涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、丙纶、氨纶、粘胶、铜氨、醋酯纤维、牛乳、大豆、花生、玉米化学纤维或上述纤维的混合物。
该实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：(1)纤维与弹性织物的纱线、单丝、或纱线的纤维相互交叉缠绕或粘结在一起，该填料整体性强，结构稳定，延伸弹性好，可与弹性里、面料结合制做弹性保暖服装；(2)尺寸稳定，可直接裁剪，制成的产品耐水洗，纤维不滚动，不变形，薄厚均匀，蓬松、保暖性能好，制品档次高。

具体实施方式
图中：弹性织物层1采用纬编或经编的针织物制成，在其上、下至少一个侧面设有纤维层2，靠现有非织造加工工艺使纤维层2的纤维4自身相互交叉缠绕，同时与弹性织物层1的纱线或单丝5及纱线的纤维之间相互交叉缠绕在一起，或者将纤维自身相互交叉缠绕点3和纤维与弹性织物层的纱线或单丝5及纱线的纤维之间相互交叉缠绕点6、7靠胶粘剂粘结在一起。纤维层2采用天然纤维或化学纤维及其混合物，天然纤维是指棉、羊毛绒、兔毛绒、骆驼毛绒、牦牛毛绒、羽绒、蚕丝或麻及其混合物，其中羽绒是指经水洗的成天然结构的鸭、鹅绒子、绒毛、毛片及其混合物或者将绒子、绒毛、毛片经加工获得的单根羽枝。化学纤维是指：涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、丙纶、氨纶、粘胶、铜氨、醋酯纤维、牛乳、大豆、花生、玉米化学纤维或上述纤维的混合物；胶粘剂采用喷胶棉使用的聚丙烯酸酯类、聚醋酸乙酯类、丁二烯共聚物、氯丁乳胶或聚氯乙烯类胶粘剂。
Claims (7)
1、一种弹性保暖填料是由弹性织物层(1)和纤维层(2)构成，其特征在于：在弹性织物层(1)的上、下至少一侧设有纤维层(2)，纤维层(2)的纤维(4)自身相互交叉缠绕，同时与弹性织物层的纱线或单丝(5)及纱线的纤维之间相互交叉缠绕在一起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的弹性保暖填料，其特征在于：纤维层(2)的纤维自身相互交叉缠绕点(3)和纤维与弹性织物层(1)的纱线或单丝(5)及纱线的纤维之间相互交叉缠绕点(6)、(7)由胶粘剂粘结在一起。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性保暖填料，其特征在于：弹性织物层(1)采用纬编或经编的针织物。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性保暖填料，其特征在于：纤维层(2)采用天然纤维或化学纤维及其混合物。
5、根据权利要求4所述的弹性保暖填料，其特征在于：天然纤维采用棉、羊毛绒、兔毛绒、骆驼毛绒、牦牛毛绒、羽绒、蚕绒或麻及其混合物。
6、根据权利要求5所述的弹性保暖填料，其特征在于：羽绒是指经水洗的成天然结构的鸭、鹅绒子、绒毛、毛片及其混合物或者将绒子、绒毛、毛片经加工获得的单根羽枝。
7、根据权利要求4所述的弹性保暖填料，其特征在于：化学纤维采用涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、丙纶、氨纶、粘胶、铜氨、醋酯纤维、牛乳、大豆、花生、玉米化学纤维或上述纤维的混合物。
