本实用新型涉及一种轨道减振垫板,特别是一种轨道非线性高扭抗减振垫板。
背景技术
目前城市公共交通广泛利用轨道交通,由于现有的轨道设备的滞后,轨道交通车速不断提高,又靠近居民居住密集区,车辆在行驶中轮轨及扣件发生振动而产生较大的噪音,严重影响人们的生活。用较软的材料垫在钢轨与轨枕间虽可降低振动、噪音,但是会影响轨道的横向刚度及扭转刚度,使轨条横向变形过大带来行车安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中轨道车辆在行驶中轮轨道及轨扣件产生振动而产生较大的噪音,严重影响人们生活的问题。本实用新型技术方案设计轨道非线性高扭抗减振垫板,包括橡胶垫,其特征在于:橡胶垫的一面或两面分布有若干个柱钉,柱钉的横截面为圆形或椭圆形或多边形。本实用新型的优点是能降低轨道车辆在行驶中轮轨及轨道扣件产生大的振动及噪音,又具有高扭抗,使钢轨横向变形小以确保行车安全。

具体实施方式图中包括橡胶垫1,其特征在于:橡胶垫1的正反两面分布有若干个柱钉2,柱钉2的横截面为圆形或椭圆形或多边形。将橡胶垫1垫在钢轨与轨枕间或铁垫板与轨枕间,当受垂直方向载荷时,柱钉2受压后变形,其截面积增加而增加刚度。在横向载荷下,橡胶垫1一侧变形增加,另一侧变形减少,变形增加的一侧因刚度提高而提高扭转刚度。这种结构具有低载荷时低刚度,以获得良好的减振降噪性能,高载荷时高刚度高扭抗,以保证钢轨横向变形小,确保行车安全。
