三元净化器自动补气调整装置
本实用新型涉及一种汽车净化器的自动补气调整装置。
目前,汽车净化器在催化剂和氧气的作用下,使汽车排放的一氧化碳、碳氢化物、氮氧化物等有害气体转换为无害气体。当汽车发动机转速低时,废气混合比浓,燃烧不好,所以需要补氧气;当发动机转速高时,燃烧充分,一氧化碳、碳氢化物排放低,所以不需要补氧气。
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种三元净化器自动补气调整装置,利用发动机转速升高或降低,逐步打开或关闭进气口,使净化器的净化率达到标准。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种三元净化器自动补气调整装置,包括进气口、活塞、回位弹簧、行程调整螺栓,所述的回位弹簧位于活塞和行程调整螺栓之间。
所述的行程调整螺栓与回位弹簧连接的一端设有胶垫。
本实用新型由于利用发动机工作时产生的真空带动活塞运行,使汽车净化器实现自动补气。
附图为本实用新型的结构示意图。
如图所示,当发动机低速运转时,真空压力小,活塞3在回位弹簧5的作用下运动,使进气口2打开,补充所需空气;当发动机转速升高,真空压力大,活塞向行程调整螺栓6方向运动,关闭或半关闭进气口。图中1为进气调整螺栓,可以调节进气量。胶垫4位于回位弹簧的一端。

1.一种三元净化器自动补气调整装置,包括进气口、活塞、回位弹簧、行程调整螺栓,其特征在于:所述的回位弹簧位于活塞和行程调整螺栓之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三元净化器自动补气调整装置,其特征在于:所述的行程调整螺栓与回位弹簧连接的一端设有胶垫。
