摇架式前叉减震总成
本实用新型涉及一种适用于各型两轮、三轮摩托车的前叉减震装置。
众所周知,伸缩式前叉减震器主要由弹簧液压阻尼机构和车叉立管构成,弹簧液压阻尼机构一端与前轮轴相联接,另一端与车叉立管固定联接,车叉立管与车头管联接部装有单列向心球轴承。由于该减震器中各部件联接关系为刚性联接,使车辆在行驶过程中缓冲力小,震动大;由于单列向心球轴承抗轴向载荷能力差,故易损坏;由于活塞杆朝下,端部与车轮轴联接,在减震过程中,活塞杆的往复运动易造成液压油的渗漏,此外还存在造价高、维修不便等不足。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种减震性能好、可靠性强的摇架式前叉减震总成。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术措施来达到,即:这种摇架式前叉减震总成,包括车叉立管和弹簧液压阻尼机构,其关键在于:弹簧液压阻尼机构两端分别通过减震上吊耳座和减震下吊耳座与摇架和车叉立管相铰接,并与摇架中心相偏离,车叉立管通过摇架座与摇架相铰接,在车叉立管与车头管联接部位,装有大锥角单列园锥滚子轴承。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,由于弹簧液压阻尼机构与摇架和车叉立管采用活铰联接,使减震柔和、平稳、效果明显,特别是手把不直接受力,定会受到驾驶人员的欢迎;由于将单列向心球轴承改为大锥角单列园锥滚子轴承,大大增强了抗轴向载荷的能力,不仅提高了车头管的使用寿命,减少维修次数和费用,而且可提高整车的减震性能和稳定性;由于活塞杆朝上,与车叉立管相铰接,避免了工作过程中液压油渗漏的可能,此外还具有制造方便、维修容易的特点。
