背景技术
目前,汽车普遍使用踩踏式的油门控制系统,在开车过程中如遇到紧急情况,驾驶员心里紧张时容易导致把油门当成刹车,造成交通安全事故;再者,踩踏式这种控制方式由于驾驶员右脚总处于工作状态,会使驾驶员右腿疲劳,引起全身不适,造成车速控制不稳定,另一方面用脚踩踏油门会产生给油不稳定,在匀速行驶时造成燃料的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种联动式手控油门。
本实用新型为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:一种联动式手控油门,包括:油门主体,所述油门主体包括限位机构,所述限位机构包括:连接座;连接轴杆,所述连接轴杆活动连接在所述连接座的外表面;第一螺母,活动连接在所述连接轴杆的底端;第二螺母,活动连接在所述连接轴杆的顶端;承接座,插接在所述连接座的顶端;限位块,活动连接在所述承接座的外侧,所述限位块的一端与所述承接座连接,另一端与所述调节板连接。
驾驶者脚踩油门踏板,油门踏板外侧连接的第一连接支架同步带动,以转动轴心为基点进行偏转,带动第二连接支架以及承接轴心运动,拉动油门拉索进行移动,油门拉索继而被拉动,控制发动机的转速;在油门踏板踩到最深处时,汽车保持高速行驶,在驾驶者松开油门踏板之后,使用者随即踩下调节板,调节板带动与之连接的限位块同步移动,限位块带动承接座发生偏转,承接座在连接座的槽内轻微偏转并卡住,调节板从而卡住固定,将油门踏板的复位位置限定在一个范围,使汽车保持在一个限定范围内进行匀速形式;同时,调节板覆盖在油门踏板上,避免使用者在踩刹车时误踩油门,造成安全隐患。
进一步地,所述油门主体包括油门踏板,所述油门踏板的内侧固定连接有第一连接支架,所述第一连接支架的外侧固定连接有第二连接支架,所述第一连接支架与所述第二连接支架整体呈L状。
进一步地,所述第一连接支架与所述第二连接支架的连接端设置有转动轴心,所述第二连接支架远离转动轴心的一端连接有承接轴心,所述承接轴心的上方连接有固定支架,所述固定支架的上方固定连接有安装座。
进一步地,所述转动轴心卡接有所述第一连接支架以及安装架,所述安装架之间连接有调节板,所述安装架之间连接有安装柱,所述安装柱之间穿接有油门拉索。

连接座131;
连接轴杆132,所述连接轴杆132活动连接在所述连接座131的外表面;
第一螺母133,活动连接在所述连接轴杆132的底端;
第二螺母134,活动连接在所述连接轴杆132的顶端;
承接座135,插接在所述连接座131的顶端;
限位块136,活动连接在所述承接座135的外侧,所述限位块136的一端与所述承接座135连接,另一端与所述调节板9连接。
驾驶者脚踩油门踏板2,油门踏板2外侧连接的第一连接支架3同步带动,以转动轴心4为基点进行偏转,带动第二连接支架5以及承接轴心6运动,拉动油门拉索12进行移动,油门拉索12继而被拉动,控制发动机的转速;在油门踏板2踩到最深处时,汽车保持高速行驶,在驾驶者松开油门踏板2之后,使用者随即踩下调节板9,调节板9带动与之连接的限位块136同步移动,限位块136带动承接座135发生偏转,承接座135在连接座131的槽内轻微偏转并卡住,调节板9从而卡住固定,将油门踏板2的复位位置限定在一个范围,使汽车保持在一个限定范围内进行匀速形式;同时,调节板9覆盖在油门踏板2上,避免使用者在踩刹车时误踩油门,造成安全隐患。
所述油门主体1包括油门踏板2,所述油门踏板2的内侧固定连接有第一连接支架3,所述第一连接支架3的外侧固定连接有第二连接支架5,所述第一连接支架3与所述第二连接支架5整体呈L状。
所述第一连接支架3与所述第二连接支架5的连接端设置有转动轴心4,所述第二连接支架5远离转动轴心4的一端连接有承接轴心6,所述承接轴心6的上方连接有固定支架7,所述固定支架7的上方固定连接有安装座8。所述转动轴心4卡接有所述第一连接支架3以及安装架10,所述安装架10之间连接有调节板9,所述安装架10之间连接有安装柱11,所述安装柱11之间穿接有油门拉索12。

第一螺母(133),活动连接在所述连接轴杆(132)的底端;
第二螺母(134),活动连接在所述连接轴杆(132)的顶端;
承接座(135),插接在所述连接座(131)的顶端;
限位块(136),活动连接在所述承接座(135)的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种联动式手控油门,其特征在于,所述油门主体(1)包括油门踏板(2),所述油门踏板(2)的内侧固定连接有第一连接支架(3),所述第一连接支架(3)的外侧固定连接有第二连接支架(5),所述第一连接支架(3)与所述第二连接支架(5)整体呈L状。
