背景技术
中国专利号CN212617111U揭示了一种内沉式双转机构及包含该机构的屏幕,将旋转和前倾后仰功能融为一体,且装设于一支架本体(图未绘示),并包括一屏幕、一固定组件、一枢转组件及一塑胶盖,固定组件一侧设有圆型腔,并与屏幕连接,枢转组件包括活动盘和枢转块,枢转块与活动盘枢接,活动盘沉浸圆型腔内,枢转块向外凸出外露于圆型腔外,塑胶盖用于遮盖该圆型腔,并具有一本体、一弹性卡勾与一弹性件,弹性卡勾设置于本体,且弹性件穿设于该弹性卡勾,支架本体则包含一立柱及供立柱设置的一底盘。
这样的设计虽然达到了有效缩小了枢转组件的体积,然而由于在出货时,仅有底盘与立柱分离(由使用者自行组装),固定组件及枢转组件是已经组装在支架本体的立柱上,需要的包材体积还是很大,使得包材成本无法有效降低。
有鉴于此,本申请提供另一种具有快拆功能的支撑装置,使固定组件及枢转组件能快拆装,出货时便可是相互分离的状态,借此降低包材体积与成本。
实用新型内容
本申请提供一种支撑装置,可实现快速拆装功能并降低包材体积与成本。
本申请的支撑装置,用以承载一显示器于一工作面,该支撑装置包括:一支撑架,设置于该工作面,并包含一立柱及一开口,该立柱实质沿一重力方向延伸,该开口形成于该立柱;一凸颈,设置于该立柱且部分由该开口沿一第一轴线延伸;以及一承载板单元,能拆组地设置于该凸颈,并用以承载该显示器,且包含能固定于该凸颈的一快拆固定件。
如前述的支撑装置中,还包括一第一预组件及一第二预组件,该第一预组件设置于该凸颈及该承载板单元其中之一,该第二预组件设置于该凸颈及该承载板单元其中另一,并能移除地与该第一预组件匹配连接。
如前述的支撑装置中,该第一预组件与该第二预组件是经由重力地相互挂设。
如前述的支撑装置中,该第一预组件包含一挂耳,该第二预组件包含一挂勾,该挂耳能挂设于该挂勾。
如前述的支撑装置中,该挂耳具有一耳槽及一耳廓,该耳廓围绕界定该耳槽。
如前述的支撑装置中,该挂耳还具有形成于该耳廓且连通该耳槽的一定位槽,该挂勾具有一延伸部及一勾部,当该第一预组件与该第二预组件相匹配连接时,该延伸部容设于该耳槽,该勾部容设于该定位槽。

请参阅图1及图2,本申请支撑装置1000用以承载一显示器2000于一工作面3000,支撑装置1000包括一支撑架1、一凸颈2、一承载板单元3、一第一预组件4及一第二预组件5,其中,支撑架1设置于工作面3000(例如一桌面)上,凸颈2穿设于支撑架1,承载板单元3能拆组地设置于凸颈2,并用以承载显示器2000,第一预组件4固设于承载板单元3,第二预组件5固设于凸颈2,并能移除地与第一预组件4匹配连接。以下将详述各元件的结构以及彼此之间的连接关系,其中,部分图式绘示有一重力方向G。
支撑架1包括一底盘11、一立柱12及一开口13,底盘11概略为一梯形板体,置于工作面3000,但并不以此为限,也可以是夹持桌板或锁固在一墙面的形式。立柱12实质沿重力方向G延伸且其一端设置于底盘11上,开口13形成于立柱12。于本实施例中,立柱12以略微倾斜工作面3000的方式延伸,于其他实施例中,立柱12也可以是以垂直工作面3000的方式延伸,在此不作限制。
凸颈2设置于立柱12,且部分由开口13沿一第一轴线X1延伸,而外露于立柱12,并具有沿第一轴线X1形成的一螺孔21,其中第一轴线X1相对重力方向G非平行。另外,本申请的凸颈2是以固定式为例,但亦可为滑动式(例如具有一实质能平行该重力方向G往复滑动的滑车)。
请配合参阅图3及图4,承载板单元3包含一快拆固定件31、一承载板32、一倾转模块33及一杆件34。快拆固定件31具有相互连接的一螺头311及一螺杆312,用以能拆地螺锁于螺孔21,于本实施例中,快拆固定件31为一快拆螺丝,但不以此为限。承载板32用以与显示器2000连接并具有一容置空间321,倾转模块33设置于容置空间321,且可与承载板32一同倾转。定义垂直重力方向G及第一轴线X1的一第二轴线X2,杆件34沿第二轴线X2设置于容置空间321且穿设于倾转模块33,并具有沿第一轴线X1贯通的一贯通孔341,于本实施例中,杆件34为一字轴。
请配合参阅图5A至图5B。第一预组件4包含一本体41、一挂耳42、一卡槽43、一贯孔44及一固定孔45。本体41与挂耳42一体成形,但并不以此为限。本体41具有一抵接面411及一卡扣块412,抵接面411实质为一平面,卡扣块412具有二凸部4121及一止挡内表面4122,且卡扣块412具有一倒U型截面。挂耳42具有一耳槽421、一耳廓422及一定位槽423,耳廓422围绕界定耳槽421,定位槽423形成于耳廓422且连通耳槽421,其中,耳槽421与定位槽423的贯通方向不同且约略为垂直。耳廓422连接本体41的一端,卡槽43形成于本体41的另一端并与耳槽421相间隔地设置。卡槽43具有连通的一主槽体431及一延伸槽体432。主槽体431形成于本体41,延伸槽体432位于二凸部4121之间,止挡内表面4122实际面向主槽体431,其中,主槽体431可大于延伸槽体432。贯孔44贯穿本体41并供螺杆312贯穿。固定孔45贯穿本体41并与贯孔44连通,以供杆件34穿设,使第一预组件4设置于承载板单元3。
请配合参阅图6,第二预组件5设置于凸颈2,且第二预组件5包含一挂勾51、一卡勾52及一抵贴面53,挂勾51及卡勾52相间隔地设置于抵贴面53。挂勾51具有一延伸部511及一勾部512,延伸部511及勾部512互相角度地连接,卡勾52具有相互连接的一延伸段521及一勾段522。延伸段521有一倒T型截面并具有一凸肋体5211及二翼板5212,二翼板5212分别自凸肋体5211概略沿第二轴线X2往外延伸。抵贴面53实质为一平面。
第二预组件5能移除地与第一预组件4匹配连接,且第一预组件4与第二预组件5是经由重力地相互挂设。请同时配合参阅图7,当第一预组件4与第二预组件5相匹配连接时,定位槽423实质沿重力方向G延伸,耳槽421及延伸部511实质沿第一轴线X1延伸,主槽体431沿重力方向G延伸,贯孔44则沿第一轴线X1延伸,而固定孔45沿第二轴线X2延伸并与贯孔44连通,勾部512连接延伸部511并实质沿重力方向G延伸,挂勾51及卡勾52沿重力方向G排列,耳槽421及卡槽43沿重力方向G排列。此时延伸部511容设于耳槽421,勾部512容设于定位槽423,卡勾52容置于卡槽43并卡合于本体41。具体而言,延伸段521的凸肋体5211容置于卡槽43的延伸槽体432中并位于二凸部4121之间,二翼板5212分别对应地抵贴二凸部4121,勾段522则延伸进主槽体431中并抵靠卡扣块412的止挡内表面4122,而抵接面411与抵贴面53互相贴合,其中,凸肋体5211的体积可相当于延伸槽体432的容积,勾段522的体积可相当于主槽体431的容积,因此卡槽43与卡勾52能紧密匹配。在第一预组件4与第二预组件5相互挂设之后,可经由螺杆312穿设杆件34的贯通孔341及第一预组件4的贯孔44而螺锁于凸颈2的螺孔21中,螺头311抵接第一预组件4的本体41,因此,承载板单元3固定于凸颈2。反之,只要将螺杆312从螺孔21、贯孔44及贯通孔341中退出,承载板单元3就仅以重力地挂设于凸颈2,此时使用者只需沿相反于重力方向G的方向即可轻易将承载板单元3从凸颈2拆卸。
承上,当第一预组件4与第二预组件5相匹配连接,且快拆固定件31固定于凸颈2时,承载板32能以一第三轴线X3相对立柱12旋转,使得显示器2000可于一直摆位置及一横摆位置之间转换,承载板32也能经由倾转模块33以第二轴线X2相对立柱12倾转,以改变显示器2000的一倾角。于本实施例中,当承载板32与重力方向G平行时(如图7),第一轴线X1与第三轴线X3重合。
由于支撑装置1000及显示器2000是搭配一起出货,所以是放在同一个包材4000(例如一包装盒)中,一般显示器2000放在包材4000上层,而其他元件则相互拆离地放在包材4000下层,举例来说,请参阅图8及图9所绘示的不同角度中各元件相互拆离地放在包材4000下层的示意图,本申请的承载板单元3因为可以与凸颈2拆离,承载板单元3便可以置放于底盘11旁边,也就是充分利用了底盘11与立柱12间的包材4000剩余空间,有效降低包材4000体积。然而现有的支撑装置,因为承载板单元无法由凸颈拆卸(如图9中的虚线6所示承载板单元固定于凸颈所占用包材的空间范围),在高度方向上明显无法有效缩减,且使包材产生很多的剩余空间,占去的包材体积可能是两倍以上,使得包材内部空间利用率不佳,而造成包材成本变高。
上述实施例是以第一预组件4设置于承载板单元3及第二预组件5设置于凸颈2的方式进行说明,但亦可以第一预组件4设置于凸颈2,且第二预组件5设置于承载板单元3的方式实现,本申请并不以此为限。另外,第一预组件4的卡槽43及第二预组件5的卡勾52可额外再提供防呆与定位的功能,利于使用者的安装作业。然于其他实施例中,第一预组件4也可只具有本体41及挂耳42,而第二预组件5也可只具有挂勾51,即省略相互匹配的第一预组件4的卡槽43及第二预组件5的卡勾52,本申请支撑装置1000仍能保有第一预组件4及第二预组件5重力地相互挂设的功能。
综上所述,本申请支撑装置中承载板单元可快拆组地设置于凸颈,在出货时可以是相互分离的状态,且能有效降低包材体积与成本。另外,本申请支撑装置中第一预组件及第二预组件之间相互匹配且经由重力地相互挂设的结构设计,除了具备防呆效果,更有利于使用者进行安装。

Claims (14)

1.一种支撑装置,用以承载一显示器于一工作面,其特征在于,该支撑装置包括:
一支撑架,设置于该工作面,并包含一立柱及一开口,该立柱实质沿一重力方向延伸,该开口形成于该立柱;
一凸颈,设置于该立柱且部分由该开口沿一第一轴线延伸;以及
一承载板单元,能拆组地设置于该凸颈,并用以承载该显示器,且包含能固定于该凸颈的一快拆固定件。
2.如权利要求1所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该支撑装置还包括一第一预组件及一第二预组件,该第一预组件设置于该凸颈及该承载板单元其中之一,该第二预组件设置于该凸颈及该承载板单元其中另一,并能移除地与该第一预组件匹配连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该第一预组件与该第二预组件是经由重力地相互挂设。
4.如权利要求3所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该第一预组件包含一挂耳,该第二预组件包含一挂勾,该挂耳能挂设于该挂勾。
5.如权利要求4所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该挂耳具有一耳槽及一耳廓,该耳廓围绕界定该耳槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该挂耳还具有形成于该耳廓且连通该耳槽的一定位槽,该挂勾具有一延伸部及一勾部,当该第一预组件与该第二预组件相匹配连接时,该延伸部容设于该耳槽,该勾部容设于该定位槽。
7.如权利要求6所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该第一预组件还包含一卡槽及一本体,该本体的一端连接该耳廓,该卡槽形成于该本体的另一端,该第二预组件还包含一卡勾,该卡勾能容置于该卡槽并卡合于该本体。
8.如权利要求7所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,当该第一预组件与该第二预组件相匹配连接时,该定位槽实质沿该重力方向延伸,该耳槽及该延伸部实质沿该第一轴线延伸,该勾部连接该延伸部并实质沿该重力方向延伸。
9.如权利要求8所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该本体具有一抵接面,该第二预组件还包含一抵贴面,该挂勾及该卡勾相间隔地设置于该抵贴面,该耳槽及该卡槽相间隔地设置,当该第一预组件与该第二预组件相匹配连接时,该抵接面及该抵贴面贴合,该挂勾及该卡勾沿该重力方向排列,且该耳槽及该卡槽沿该重力方向排列。
10.如权利要求9所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该本体还具有一卡扣块,该卡勾具有相互连接的一延伸段及一勾段,该延伸段能容置于该卡槽中,且该勾段能扣合于该卡扣块,该卡槽具有连通的一主槽体及一延伸槽体,该主槽体沿该重力方向形成于该本体,该延伸段能容设于该延伸槽体,且该勾段能延伸进该主槽体并抵靠该卡扣块。
11.如权利要求10所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该卡扣块具有二凸部及一止挡内表面,该延伸段具有一凸肋体及二翼板,所述翼板分别自该凸肋体往外延伸,该卡扣块具有一倒U型截面,该延伸段具有一倒T型截面,当该第一预组件与该第二预组件相匹配连接时,该勾段抵靠该止挡内表面,该凸肋体容设于该延伸槽体并位于所述凸部之间,所述翼板分别对应地抵贴所述凸部。
12.如权利要求2至11中任一项所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该快拆固定件包含相互连接的一螺头及一螺杆,该凸颈具有一螺孔,该第一预组件还包含沿该第一轴线延伸的一贯孔,当该第一预组件与该第二预组件相匹配连接时,能经由该螺杆穿设于该承载板单元及该贯孔而锁固于该螺孔中,且该螺头抵接该第一预组件,使承载板单元能快拆组地设置于该凸颈。
13.如权利要求12所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该承载板单元包含沿垂直该重力方向及该第一轴线的一第二轴线设置的一杆件,该杆件具有沿该第一轴线贯通的一贯通孔,与该贯孔连通,并供该螺杆贯穿,该第一预组件还包含沿该第二轴线延伸的一固定孔,与该贯孔连通,并供该杆件穿设。
14.如权利要求13所述的支撑装置,其特征在于,该承载板单元还包含一承载板及一倾转模块,该承载板用以与该显示器连接,并具有一容置空间,该杆件及该倾转模块设置于该容置空间,当该第一预组件与该第二预组件相匹配连接,且该快拆固定件固定于该凸颈时,该承载板能以一第三轴线相对该立柱旋转并使该显示器于一直摆位置及一横摆位置转换,该承载板也能以该第二轴线相对该立柱倾转并改变该显示器的一倾角。
