一种快动油压千斤顶,下端套装在活塞上的键槽 式齿形活塞杆安装在千斤顶的油缸内,键槽式齿形调 整杆套装在键槽式齿形活塞杆内,活塞杆与调整杆上 的齿与齿、槽与槽、齿与槽的间距、大小均相等,相互 凹凸配用。具有设计先进、结构合理、制作简单、安装 容易、使用安全可靠,维修方便、调整空挡距离速度 快,顶力与抗压性能优于现有千斤顶等优点。

Description

本实用新型属于一种千斤顶。
现有的油压千斤顶,使用时顶端与被支承物接触处的空档距离,只能一圈圈旋转螺杆来调整高度,使之启动的速度太慢,工作效率低,特别不利于汽车驾驶员在行车途中修理汽车。更为烦恼的是螺纹中含杂物后,不好及时清洗,造成千斤顶使用时不能正常运转,给生产、工作带来许多不利。生产人员,尤其是汽车驾驶员,急切希望能在几秒钟内就能发挥支承作用,迅速将物件顶起的快速千斤顶。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种在一秒钟内就能调整空档距离,达到所需的支承高度,实现支承作用的快动油压千斤顶。
本实用新型完成的方法是把现有千斤顶中的调整螺杆改为键槽式齿形调整杆,把原来与调整螺杆配用的活塞杆上的内螺纹改为键槽式齿形,即为键槽式齿形活塞杆。键槽式齿形调整杆与键槽式齿形活塞杆相互配用,只要把键槽式齿形调整杆在键槽式齿形活塞杆内旋转一定角度,一般反时针转60度,键槽式齿形活塞杆上的凹键槽和凸齿与键槽式齿形调整杆上的凸齿和凹键槽处于相互凹凸位置,键槽式齿形调整杆即可在键槽式齿形活塞杆内上下往复运动;再把键槽式齿形调整杆旋转一个角度,一般顺时针转60度,就能把键槽式齿形调整杆定位在键槽式齿形活塞杆内某一所需要的位置,这时的调整杆与活塞杆上大小相同的键槽在同一直线上,大小相同的齿完全交错重合在一起,共同支承重物。
本实用新型的优点:设计先进、结构合理、制作简单、安装容易、使用安全可靠、维修方便;调整空档距离速度快,是现有千斤顶速度的五十分之一以下,大大缩短了时间,提高了工作效率,且顶力和抗压性能优于现有千斤顶,是人们理想的千斤顶,是广大汽车驾驶员随车携带的修理汽车的好工具。

本实用新型的最佳实施例:键槽式齿形活塞杆(6)下端套在活塞(3)上,一同安装在千斤顶的油缸(5)内,缓冲弹簧(4)定位在键槽式齿形活塞杆底部的活塞上,键槽式齿形活塞杆上部的矩形齿(7)纵向间距相等,横向均匀排列的同一圆周上的横向齿之间的纵向键槽(8)大小相等。键槽式齿形调整杆(2)上,做有间距相等的矩形齿(9),同一圆周上的矩形齿均匀排列,之间的纵向键槽(10)大小相等,而且活塞杆与调整杆上的齿与齿,槽与槽、齿与槽的间距、大小均相等,相互凹凸配用,方便键槽式齿形调整杆套装在键槽式齿形活塞杆内。键槽式齿形调整杆下部的定位球(11)在弹簧(12)的作用下,与键槽式齿形活塞杆上的定位槽(13)配用,键槽式齿形活塞杆上的矩形齿端做有旋转限位钉(14),使套用的键槽式齿形调整杆只能旋转一定的角度,定位时的齿齿完全交错重合,上下运动时齿槽凹凸配合。顶盖(1)用螺钉紧定在键槽式齿形调整杆上端,顶盖是被顶物与千斤顶的接触处,又是防止键槽式齿形调整杆落进键槽式齿形活塞杆内的托板。

1、一种快动油压千斤顶,包括油缸、活塞、其特征在于键槽式齿形活塞杆(6)下端套装在活塞(3)上,一同安装在千斤顶的油缸(5)内,缓冲弹簧(4)安装在键槽式齿形活塞杆底部,键槽式齿形调整杆(2)套装在键槽式齿形活塞杆内,安装在键槽式齿形调整杆下部的弹簧(12)顶住的钢球(11),与键槽式齿形活塞杆内的定位槽(13)配用,旋转限动钉(14)固定在键槽式齿形活塞杆上部的齿端,顶盖(1)用螺钉紧固在键槽式齿形调整杆上端。
2、根据权利要求1所述的千斤顶,其特征在于键槽式齿形活塞杆与键槽式齿形调整杆上的相互凹凸配用的齿(7)与齿(9)、槽(8)与槽(10)、齿与槽的间距、大小均相等。
