低温起动预热过滤装置，由筒状电热器集滤网，进油
绝缘支架、固定挡板组成，本实用新型可杜绝熄火，明
火烤车等不规范的起动方式、减轻机器磨损避免火
灾，对机油既能加热又能过滤，使机油中所含杂质下
沉，从而提高机油的纯度，在冬季里，只需通电几分
钟，发动机即可起动，平时不通电即是一个正常的集
滤器，给广大拖拉机用户带来极大的方便。
Description
本实用新型公开了一种新型电热式集滤器，属于拖拉机低温起动予热过滤装置。
中小型拖拉机是主要的农业机械动力，当环境温度低于5℃时起动困难，目前常用水箱加热水或火烤油底壳的方法，该办法虽然有利于起动，但损伤机器，污染环境，且明火烤车易引起火灾，是机务规章和安全防火条例所不允许的。
本实用新型的任务是：为中小型拖拉机低温起动提供一种予热过滤装置一电热式集滤器。这种装置不但在柴油机整个运行过程中始终起着过滤油底壳机油杂质，供给发动机清洁的润滑油，而且在寒冷季节可接通外电源，通过予热于拖拉机起动。
本实用新型的原理及实现目的：将原油底壳集滤器改为电热式集滤器，按装位置于原来位置相同，它包括园筒状电热式集滤器、按装板、防护罩和电源插头组成，筒状电热式集滤器于进油管连为一体，用缧栓装于油底壳上，电热插头置于防护罩内，电热式集滤器工作在油介质中，当环境温度低难以起动时，通过带插头的绝缘防水线接通电源，机油迅速加热升温，该加热器的极限温度和平衡温度，均符合机油和过滤机油中杂质等方面的有关规定。
实现这种中小型拖拉机低温起动予热过滤装置的最好方式：以12马力195型柴油机为例，结合附图说明如下，1筒状电热器是金属筒，2集滤网，3进油绝缘支架，4固定档板组成，5为电热材料，6、7为绝缘填料，1、5、6、7组成电热筒，8为金属筒集滤网支架与2将入电热筒外，9、10为进油孔，11、12为电源铜插头，13为绝缘支架与4固定板连结，再与1筒状加热器接为一体，15、16为紧固孔与油底壳紧固孔连为一体，17为防护罩。电热式集滤器取代于原机油过滤器常年都可正常使用。
此装置可杜绝吸火、明火烤车等不规范的起动方式，减轻机器磨损，避免火灾，本装置集过滤性能和予热于一体结构紧凑，使用方便，经济安全可靠。

2、根据权利要求1所述的电热集滤器，其特征在于所述电热式集滤器与固定板（4）连接，再与油底壳用紧螺丝边为一体，
