油是常温下为液体的憎水性物质的总称,由一种或多种液态的碳氢化合物组成(硅油有很大部分由硅氧化合物组成),与醇、酮和醚等碳氢化合物的区别在于油的组成部分不极化,与脂肪的区别在于组成油的化合物的分子长度和分子之间的连接比较小,复合油是指两种或两种以上的油液进行混合产生的材料。
复合油在加工过程中,需要对复合油进行混合搅拌,现有的搅拌设备多数采用立式加工,不便于倒入原材料,同时混合采用单搅拌设备进行搅拌,搅拌不够均匀彻底,因此需要设计相应的技术方案解决存在的技术问题。

Claims (5)
1.一种复合油生产加工用卧式搅拌罐,其特征在于:包括加工罐体,所述加工罐体呈柱状且两端呈半球体状凸起,位于所述加工罐体的中轴线位置顶端垂直连接有主通管口,且所述主通管口的左右两侧对称设置有动力结构,所述动力结构包括有电机、用于支撑电机的机架体,设置于电机的输出轴上的减速机,所述电机的输出轴底部连接有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆延伸至加工罐体的内部且底端与固定于加工罐体内壁上的轴承铸块相连接,所述搅拌杆的底部设置有框架板,所述框架板呈凹形且两个凹形的框架板拼凑整体组成长方形体状,所述框架板的顶部设置有两个搅拌盘结构,所述搅拌盘结构包括轴盘,所述轴盘套于搅拌杆外侧,位于所述轴盘的外壁等距设置若干个柱条杆,所述柱条杆的外端设置有向一侧凸起的凸条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合油生产加工用卧式搅拌罐,其特征在于:所述搅拌杆的底部设置有扣块,所述框架板与扣块通过插接的方式相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合油生产加工用卧式搅拌罐,其特征在于:两个所述搅拌盘结构上的凸条的凸起方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合油生产加工用卧式搅拌罐,其特征在于:所述动力结构的水平位置外侧均设置有两个辅助进料口,所述加工罐体的底部两侧对称设置有排料端口,且加工罐体的中轴线位置底端垂直连接有辅助排料口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合油生产加工用卧式搅拌罐,其特征在于:所述加工罐体的左端上下两侧对称设置有通气柱管。
