本实用新型是有关于一种汽车轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管接头相结合后具有止逆效果的防喷构造的技术设计。
背景技术
汽车轮胎的气嘴已是相当广泛且普通的技术构造,其作用不外是让轮胎充气、泄气的应用技术,且目前市面上也发展出一种可随时让破损轮胎进行补充化学胶液来修补轮胎并同时予以充气的汽车轮胎急救装置,该装置可结合于有一空气压缩机,补轮胎用途的胶罐,该胶罐可结合于空气压缩机的出气阀门处,压缩空气可由阀门控制让补胶液伴随压缩空气由软管外末端接头输出,若软管接头与汽车轮胎的气芯相结合稳当,输出的补胎液和压缩空气能顺利地进入破损轮胎内,且予以充气至正常胎压的使用状态,相当便捷,唯一让设计者所应考虑的是如何不让补胶罐内的化学胶液从软管的外末端接头爆冲溢出,此种会爆冲溢出的接头设计定然容易波及使用者或是其它物品,有鉴于一般阀门的理念在学理上已是一种公开的技艺知识,设计人依学理及其多年工艺上设计的经验累积,乃创作出一种汽车轮胎的气嘴可和软管接头相结合且可防止补胶罐中的化学胶液在使用时不会有爆冲射出的现象,一种可让消费者、使用者放心使用的实用物品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种汽车轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管接头相结合的防喷构造,尤其是指一种可对破损轮胎进行补胶及充气的空气压缩机上的串接软管具有止逆效果的防喷接头,该防喷接头可与同样具备止逆效果的汽车轮胎的气嘴相串接,以防止使用者在不正确操作下而导致化学胶液发生暴冲射出的现象。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的方案为,一种汽车轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管接头相结合的防喷构造,整组空气压缩机装置包含有:一盒体,于盒体上设有一按压式的开关及凹陷状的嵌接口,其内部装设有一空气压缩机;一补胶罐,其为具有开口端的罐体,该罐体可容置做为修补汽车轮胎的化学胶液,该开口端包含有一出胶端管,补胶罐以开口端向下且底壁朝上的型态被置设于盒体的嵌接口上;一串接软管,其一端具有一第一端头,另一端则为第二端头,该第一端头连结于前述补胶罐的出胶端管,第二端头则可被接至汽车轮胎的气嘴,其特征在于:第二端头连结有一防喷接头,该防喷接头具有一套盖,该套盖一端为具有阴螺纹的螺合孔,而套盖另端则有一透孔,于邻近透孔的内部形成有一口径略大于透孔口径的凸环垣,该螺合孔与透孔为相连通;一圆筒形基座,该基座具有一圆筒室,而相背于圆筒室的基座的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,于连结端内亦形成有一与圆筒室相连通的通道,该圆筒室的内口径大于通道的内口径,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的平台;一弹簧一端可置入于基座的圆筒室并抵于平台上;一阀栓,该阀栓为一柱体,于一端设有一外扩端头,而柱体上形成有多个相间隔的流通凹槽;一阻塞环套设于前述阀栓上;前述结合有阻塞环的阀栓由外扩端头端置入基座的圆筒室并抵触于前述弹簧的另一端;一顶柱锁头,该顶柱锁头内具有一中空室,而顶柱锁头的外周壁上设有一六角形凸垣,于顶柱锁头一端具有一斜锥壁;借由前述弹簧的弹性张力,可使前述阀栓结合的阻塞环抵触于顶柱锁头的斜锥壁;前述阀栓的流通凹槽可穿伸于顶柱锁头的中空室并位于螺合孔中,为一具有止逆效果而可防止使用者在不正确操作下而导致化学胶液发生暴冲射出的现象。
其中,该套盖内具有一内室,前述螺合孔、内室、透孔为相连通;于基座的圆筒室靠近外侧段具有阴螺纹,而相邻于连结端的基座外侧面上设有一凹陷状的凹环段,使基座的外径大于凹环段的外径,二者之间形成有一抵触阶;前述基座的连结端由套盖的螺合孔置于内室并穿过凸环垣的透孔,该凸环垣可抵触于基座的抵触阶。
其中,该阀栓的外扩端头外周边设有多个凹陷状的流通槽,而柱体及外扩端头之间设有一颈段;一阻塞环套设于前述阀栓的颈段处,于斜锥壁端的顶柱锁头外周边具有阳螺纹;一密封环可由顶柱锁头的阳螺纹端套设于顶柱锁头并抵于前述六角形凸垣上;将结合有密封环的顶柱锁头锁固于该设置有阻塞环的阀栓、弹簧的基座上,即顶柱锁头的阳螺纹与基座的阴螺纹相螺合固定,一顶触垫,其具有一完全穿透的流通口,该顶触垫可由套盖的螺合孔端置入,且顶触垫套置于顶柱锁头并抵触于六角形凸垣上。
其中,前述基座在外露出套盖的连结端上可套结串接软管的第二端头,并可借由一固定环将串接软管与防喷接头完全固定结合。
其中,该轮胎的气嘴内设有一气芯组件,该气芯组件包含有一前接座,其一端设有因具有圆形开口所形成一弧形的卡制垣,且前接座内存有一流通孔;一中空套筒,其一端设有一外卡垣,而另一端则设有一气门座;一气芯中心针,该气芯中心针为一柱体,于柱体上形成有多个相间隔的凸翼;一气芯弹簧可套进气芯中心针柱体,其一端抵于气芯中心针的凸翼上;该套有气芯弹簧的气芯中心针可由外卡垣端置入中空套筒内,使气芯弹簧的另一端抵触于气门座,且气芯弹簧外围可被中空套筒所框围住;一气门阻塞环,其套设固定于前述气芯中心针柱体的一端上;将结合有气芯弹簧、气芯中心针、气门阻塞环的中空套筒与前接座相结合,即前接座利用卡制垣卡扣于中空套筒的外卡垣,而气芯中心针另一端穿伸出前接座的流通孔,在无施予其他外力之下,其可利用气芯弹簧的弹性张力使套设于气芯中心针的气门阻塞环紧密地关闭中空套筒的气门座。
采用上述技术方案后,汽车轮胎的气嘴可和软管接头相结合且可防止补胶罐中的化学胶液在使用时不会有爆冲射出的现象。

具体实施方式
请参考图1至图3所示,本实用新型中的空气压缩机装置,其整组装置包含有一盒体1、一补胶罐2、一串接软管4,于盒体1上设有一按压式的开关11及凹陷状的嵌接口12,该盒体1内部则设有一空气压缩机(图中未示出)。串接软管4的一端连结有一第一端头41,另一端的第二端头42则连结有一防喷接头5。补胶罐2以开口端21向下且底壁22朝上的型态被置设于盒体1的嵌接口12上,串接软管4的第一端头41卡扣于补胶罐2的出胶端管23,当进行补胎及充气等作业的阶段,串接软管4的第二端头42的防喷接头5可螺合于轮胎99的气嘴9,该盒体1接受汽车或其它DC电源启动后,即可让空气压缩机产生压缩空气并迫挤补胶罐2内的化学胶液由串接软管4处进入破损轮胎99内,即可达到修补轮胎99及充气等目的。
请参考图2至图8,本实用新型的主要特征即是具有可防止化学胶液产生暴冲射出的动作,亦即本实用新型在串接软管4的第二端头42上设有一止逆效用的防喷接头5,该防喷接头5的防喷构造具有一筒柱形套盖6(可同时参考图4),该套盖6内具有一内室60,该套盖6一端设一个具有阴螺纹的螺合孔61,而套盖6另端则有一透孔620,于邻近透孔620的内部形成有一口径略大于透孔620口径的凸环垣62,前述螺合孔61、内室60、透孔620为相连通。一圆筒形基座7(可参考图5),该基座7具有一圆筒室70,于圆筒室70靠近外侧段具有阴螺纹71,而相背于圆筒室70的基座7的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端72,于连结端72内亦形成有一与圆筒室70相连通的通道73,该圆筒室70的内口径大于通道73的内口径,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的平台74,而相邻于连结端72的基座7外侧面上设有一凹陷状的凹环段75,使基座7的外径大于凹环段75的外径,二者之间形成有一抵触阶76。
前述基座7的连结端72由套盖6的螺合孔61置于内室60并穿过凸环垣62的透孔620,该凸环垣62可抵触于基座7的抵触阶76,该外露于套盖6的基座7的连结端72可套结串接软管4的第二端头42,并可借由一固定环40将串接软管4与防喷接头5完全固定结合,如图3所示。
一弹簧51一端可置入于基座7的圆筒室70并抵于平台74上;一阀栓8(可同时参考图6),该阀栓8为一柱体81,于一端设有一外扩端头82,该外扩端头82外周边设有多个凹陷状的流通槽83,而柱体81及外扩端头82之间设有一颈段84,于柱体81上形成有多个相间隔的流通凹槽85;一阻塞环86套设于前述阀栓8的颈段84处;前述结合有阻塞环86的阀栓8由外扩端头82端置入基座7的圆筒室70并抵触于前述弹簧51的另一端,如图3所示;一顶柱锁头52(可同时参考图7),该顶柱锁头52内具有一中空室520,而顶柱锁头52的外周壁上设有一六角形凸垣521,于顶柱锁头52一端具有一斜锥壁522,且于斜锥壁522端顶柱锁头52外周边具有阳螺纹523;一密封环53可由顶柱锁头52的阳螺纹523端套设于顶柱锁头52并抵于六角形凸垣521上;将结合有密封环53的顶柱锁头52锁固于该设置有阻塞环86的阀栓8、弹簧51的基座7上,即顶柱锁头52的阳螺纹523与基座7的阴螺纹71相螺合固定,此时借由前述弹簧51的弹性张力,可使前述阀栓8结合的阻塞环86抵触于顶柱锁头52的斜锥壁522;一顶触垫54,其具有一完全穿透的流通口540,如图2所示,该顶触垫54可由套盖6的螺合孔61端置入,且顶触垫54套置于顶柱锁头52并抵触于六角形凸垣521上,如图3所示。前述阀栓8的流通凹槽85可穿伸于顶柱锁头52的中空室520、顶触垫54的流通口540并位于螺合孔61中。防喷接头5在无施予其他外力之下,其可利用弹簧51的弹性张力使套设于阀栓8的阻塞环86紧密地抵触于顶柱锁头52的斜锥壁522。
请参考图8所示的防喷接头5,不论是盒体1的开关11处于On(可同时参考图1)且化学胶液已被空气压力迫挤流动的状态下,由于阀栓8所结合的阻塞环86完全紧密接触于顶柱锁头52的斜锥壁522,使流通的化学胶液无法通过顶柱锁头52的中空室520,形成一个可防止化学胶液暴冲的保护机构。
请参阅图9及图10所示,该轮胎99的气嘴9内有一气芯组件91,该气芯组件91包含有一前接座92,其一端设有因具有圆形开口所形成一弧形的卡制垣921,且前接座92内存有一流通孔922;一中空套筒93,其一端设有一外卡垣931,而另一端则设有一气门座932;一气芯中心针94,该气芯中心针94为一柱体,于柱体上形成有多个相间隔的凸翼941;一气芯弹簧95可套进气芯中心针94柱体,其一端抵于气芯中心针94的凸翼941上;该套有气芯弹簧95的气芯中心针94可由外卡垣931端置入中空套筒93内,使气芯弹簧95的另一端抵触于气门座932,且气芯弹簧95外围可被中空套筒93所框围住;一气门阻塞环96,其套设固定于前述气芯中心针94柱体的一端上;将结合有气芯弹簧95、气芯中心针94、气门阻塞环96的中空套筒93与前接座92相结合,即前接座92利用卡制垣921卡扣于中空套筒93的外卡垣931,而气芯中心针94另一端穿伸出前接座92的流通孔922,在无施予其他外力之下,其可利用气芯弹簧95的弹性张力使套设于气芯中心针94的气门阻塞环96紧密地关闭中空套筒93的气门座932。
请参考图1及图9,当使用者将防喷接头5的螺合孔61与汽车轮胎99的气嘴9进行螺合时,该防喷接头5的阀栓8会先顶触并移动轮胎99气嘴9内的气芯中心针94,使气芯中心针94的气门阻塞环96离开原本所阻塞接触的中空套筒93的气门座932(可同时参考图10),而当使用者将防喷接头5的螺合孔61完全螺合于汽车轮胎99的气嘴9上,由于阀栓8受到气嘴9的气芯中心针94的碰触作用,该阀栓8右移压缩弹簧51导致阻塞环86离开原本所阻塞接触的顶柱锁头52的斜锥壁522,顶柱锁头52的中空室520形成可流通的通路状态,此时被空气所推动的化学胶液可经由基座7的通道73进入圆筒室70内,再行经阀栓8的外扩端头82的流通槽83并持续经由位于顶柱锁头52的中空室520内的阀栓8的流通凹槽85、顶触垫54的流通口540及螺合孔61,最后再经由气嘴9内的前接座92的流通孔922、中空套筒93及中空套筒93的气门座932而进入破损轮胎99内,如此即可达到灌胶进入轮胎99内进行补胎的动作,当然,压缩空气仍然可持续进入扁平轮胎99内进行充气至正常的胎压为止。
综观前论,本实用新型提供一种汽车轮胎99气嘴9与空气压缩机软管接头相结合的防喷构造,其具有防止使用者在不正确的操作步骤下所导致化学胶液发生暴冲射出的缺失。
Claims (5)
1.一种汽车轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管接头相结合的防喷构造,整组空气压缩机装置包含有:一盒体,于盒体上设有一按压式的开关及凹陷状的嵌接口,其内部装设有一空气压缩机;一补胶罐,其为具有开口端的罐体,该罐体可容置做为修补汽车轮胎的化学胶液,该开口端包含有一出胶端管,补胶罐以开口端向下且底壁朝上的型态被置设于盒体的嵌接口上;一串接软管,其一端具有一第一端头,另一端则为第二端头,该第一端头连结于前述补胶罐的出胶端管,第二端头则可被接至汽车轮胎的气嘴,其特征在于:第二端头连结有一防喷接头,该防喷接头具有一套盖,该套盖一端为具有阴螺纹的螺合孔,而套盖另端则有一透孔,于邻近透孔的内部形成有一口径略大于透孔口径的凸环垣,该螺合孔与透孔为相连通;一圆筒形基座,该基座具有一圆筒室,而相背于圆筒室的基座的另侧延伸出一阶梯状的连结端,于连结端内亦形成有一与圆筒室相连通的通道,该圆筒室的内口径大于通道的内口径,二者之间乃形成一阶梯状的平台;一弹簧一端可置入于基座的圆筒室并抵于平台上;一阀栓,该阀栓为一柱体,于一端设有一外扩端头,而柱体上形成有多个相间隔的流通凹槽;一阻塞环套设于前述阀栓上;前述结合有阻塞环的阀栓由外扩端头端置入基座的圆筒室并抵触于前述弹簧的另一端;一顶柱锁头,该顶柱锁头内具有一中空室,而顶柱锁头的外周壁上设有一六角形凸垣,于顶柱锁头一端具有一斜锥壁;借由前述弹簧的弹性张力,可使前述阀栓结合的阻塞环抵触于顶柱锁头的斜锥壁;前述阀栓的流通凹槽可穿伸于顶柱锁头的中空室并位于螺合孔中,为一具有止逆效果而可防止使用者在不正确操作下而导致化学胶液发生暴冲射出的现象。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管接头相结合的防喷构造,其特征在于,该套盖内具有一内室,前述螺合孔、内室、透孔为相连通;于基座的圆筒室靠近外侧段具有阴螺纹,而相邻于连结端的基座外侧面上设有一凹陷状的凹环段,使基座的外径大于凹环段的外径,二者之间形成有一抵触阶;前述基座的连结端由套盖的螺合孔置于内室并穿过凸环垣的透孔,该凸环垣可抵触于基座的抵触阶。
3.如权利要求2所述的汽车轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管接头相结合的防喷构造,其特征在于,该阀栓的外扩端头外周边设有多个凹陷状的流通槽,而柱体及外扩端头之间设有一颈段;一阻塞环套设于前述阀栓的颈段处,于斜锥壁端的顶柱锁头外周边具有阳螺纹;一密封环可由顶柱锁头的阳螺纹端套设于顶柱锁头并抵于前述六角形凸垣上;将结合有密封环的顶柱锁头锁固于该设置有阻塞环的阀栓、弹簧的基座上,即顶柱锁头的阳螺纹与基座的阴螺纹相螺合固定,一顶触垫,其具有一完全穿透的流通口,该顶触垫可由套盖的螺合孔端置入,且顶触垫套置于顶柱锁头并抵触于六角形凸垣上。
4.如权利要求2所述的汽车轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管接头相结合的防喷构造,其特征在于,前述基座在外露出套盖的连结端上可套结串接软管的第二端头,并可借由一固定环将串接软管与防喷接头完全固定结合。
5.如权利要求1所述的汽车轮胎气嘴与空气压缩机软管接头相结合的防喷构造,其特征在于,该轮胎的气嘴内设有一气芯组件,该气芯组件包含有一前接座,其一端设有因具有圆形开口所形成一弧形的卡制垣,且前接座内存有一流通孔;一中空套筒,其一端设有一外卡垣,而另一端则设有一气门座;一气芯中心针,该气芯中心针为一柱体,于柱体上形成有多个相间隔的凸翼;一气芯弹簧可套进气芯中心针柱体,其一端抵于气芯中心针的凸翼上;该套有气芯弹簧的气芯中心针可由外卡垣端置入中空套筒内,使气芯弹簧的另一端抵触于气门座,且气芯弹簧外围可被中空套筒所框围住;一气门阻塞环,其套设固定于前述气芯中心针柱体的一端上;将结合有气芯弹簧、气芯中心针、气门阻塞环的中空套筒与前接座相结合,即前接座利用卡制垣卡扣于中空套筒的外卡垣,而气芯中心针另一端穿伸出前接座的流通孔,在无施予其他外力之下,其可利用气芯弹簧的弹性张力使套设于气芯中心针的气门阻塞环紧密地关闭中空套筒的气门座。
