Specifically, the interference is in the range of 0 to 1mm, preferably 0.1 to 0.5 mm.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the first and second seals 331 and 332 seal against the first and second steam passages 121 and 122. Specifically, the free ends of the first and second seals 331 and 332 opposite to the snap groove structure 334 in the axial direction are sealed against the end faces of the first and second steam passages 121 and 122. In the illustrated embodiment, the free ends of the first and second seals 331, 332 have a V-shaped cross-sectional shape with the outer surfaces of the free ends at an angle to the axial direction. Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the end of the insulation board 104 enclosing the through hole is disposed above or below the lowermost end of the steam channel in the axial direction, and an axial dimension B3 between the end of the insulation board 104 and the lowermost end of the steam channel is defined as: -10 < B3 < 15 mm. Further preferably, the end portion of the heat insulation board 104, which encloses the through hole, is arranged on the bottom end of the steam channel along the axial direction, and correspondingly, the axial dimension B3 is 0-5 mm. It will be appreciated that the axial dimension B3 is related to the angle of inclination of the outer surface of the free end of the sealing member and the distance separating the insulation board from the steam channel, and can be set by one skilled in the art according to the actual circumstances.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking appliance, characterized in that the cooking appliance (10) comprises:
a pot body (110) in which an inner pot (201) is arranged;
the cover body (100) is arranged on the cooker body (110) in an openable and closable manner and comprises a detachable cover (101), when the cover body (100) covers the cooker body (110), a cooking space is formed between the detachable cover and the inner pot, and a steam channel communicated with the cooking space is arranged in the cover body (100);
a steam generating device (150) for generating steam for assisting cooking, the steam generating device being provided in the cover body (100), the steam passage including a first steam passage (121) through which the steam generating device can communicate with the cooking space to guide the steam into the cooking space; and
a sealing member comprising a first seal (331), the first seal (331) being disposed between the first steam channel (121) and the removable cover (101) and connected to the removable cover (101) to form a seal between the first steam channel (121) and the removable cover.
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cover (100) further comprises a top cover (103) and an inner liner (102) disposed between the top cover (103) and the removable cover (101), the inner liner (102) having a heat insulation plate (104) disposed thereon.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first seal (331) is connected to the removable lid (101) at one end and sealed against the first steam channel (121) at the other end.
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the end of the first sealing member (331) connected to the removable cover (101) is provided with a catch structure (334) for catching on the removable cover (101).
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the first seal (331) is interference fitted with the removable cover (101) in a radial direction thereof.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the insulation board (104) is provided with a through hole through which the first seal (331) or the first steam channel (121) extends, an axial dimension B3 between an end of the insulation board (104) enclosing the through hole and a lowermost end of the first steam channel (121) satisfying: -10 < B3 < 15 mm.
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the cooking appliance (10) further comprises a steam valve (120), the steam channel further comprising a second steam channel (122) provided therein, the cooking space being communicable with the outside through the second steam channel.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein the sealing member comprises a second seal (132) disposed between the second steam channel (122) and the removable cover (101) to form a seal therebetween.
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein the second seal is connected to one of the insulation board (104), the second steam channel (122) and the removable cover (101).
10. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the steam generating device comprises:
a steam generating chamber (111) for containing water to be heated for generating steam, said steam generating chamber being communicable with said cooking space through said first steam channel (121); and
a steam cover plate (112) connected to the cover body (100) and openable and closable with respect to the steam generating chamber to open or close the steam generating chamber.
