The heat shield 153 covers the outside of the heating pan 151 and is disposed at a lower side of the heat shield seat 152, and the heat shield 153 is coupled to the heat shield seat 152, whereby the heating pan 151 can be restrained between the heat shield 153 and the heat shield seat 152. As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the heat shield 153 at least partially covers the lower surface and the side surface of the heating pan 151. The periphery of the heat shield 153 is provided with a bent portion 158, the heat insulation seat 152 is correspondingly provided with a mounting hole 159 (see fig. 3), and the bent portion 158 extends through the mounting hole 159 and abuts against the upper surface of the heat insulation seat 152, thereby mounting the heat shield 153 to the heat insulation seat 152 and limiting the heating plate 151 between the heat shield 153 and the heat insulation seat 152.
The heating pan 151 includes a bottom wall 161 and a side wall 162 connected to the bottom wall 161 and extending in the circumferential direction, and the bottom wall 161 and the side wall 162 surround to form a receiving cavity 163. The sealing ring 154 is sleeved on an inner side wall 164 of the heat insulation seat 152 along the circumferential direction of the heat insulation seat 152, and the sealing ring 154 is clamped between the heating plate 151 and the cover 130 along the circumferential direction. Specifically, the bottom of the seal ring 154 is circumferentially sandwiched between the heat insulating base 152 and the heating pan 151, and the top of the seal ring 154 is circumferentially sandwiched between the heat insulating base 152 and the lid 130. Accordingly, the seal ring 154 can seal the gap between the top edge of the heating plate 151 and the surface cover 130, and the possibility that liquid enters the component provided on the heating plate 151 through the gap can be reduced, thereby improving the service life of the component.

The steam heating assembly 150 further comprises an insulating porcelain ring 155, the insulating seat 152 further comprises a circumferentially extending mounting groove 172, the insulating porcelain ring 155 is disposed in the mounting groove 172, and a bottom of the insulating porcelain ring 155 circumferentially abuts against a top of the side wall 162. The mounting groove 172 is provided at an outer side of the inner sidewall 164, and the adiabatic porcelain ring 155 may be made of a high temperature-resistant ceramic material.
The steam heating assembly 150 further includes a temperature controller 156 and a thermal link assembly 157 electrically connected to the heating plate 151, and the temperature controller 156 and the thermal link assembly 157 may be respectively disposed at both ends of the heating plate 151 and at the outer side of the heat shield 153. The thermostat 156 is mounted to one end of the heating pan 151 by a fastener, and the other end of the heating pan 151 is provided with a receiving groove 173 opened downward. The thermal fuse assembly 157 is disposed in the receiving groove 173 and covers the opening of the receiving groove 173 by the pressing plate 174, thereby fixing the thermal fuse assembly to the heating plate 151. The pressure plate 174 may be made of a hardware plate, such as a galvanized plate, an aluminum-plated plate, or a stainless steel plate.
The heating plate 151 is connected in series with the temperature controller 156 and the thermal fuse assembly 157, and the heating plate 151 heats water in the heating container 140 after being electrified. When the temperature of the heating pan 151 rises to the maximum temperature set by the temperature controller 156, the electric circuit is broken and the heating pan 151 stops heating. When the temperature of the heating plate 151 drops to the set minimum temperature, the circuit is turned on, thereby performing the cycle operation. When the temperature controller 156 is turned on and disabled, the heating plate 151 is continuously heated to a temperature value set by the thermal fuse link assembly 157, and the fuse of the thermal fuse link assembly 157 is fused to disconnect the circuit, thereby forming circuit protection.

a heating pan (151) provided on a lower side of the face cover and provided with an accommodation chamber (163) in which at least a bottom of the heating container is disposed, the heating pan being used to heat the heating container;
an insulating base (152) provided on an upper side of the heating pan in a circumferential direction of the heating pan and spacing the heating pan from the face cover, the insulating base being provided outside the heating container; and
a heat shield (153) covering an outer side of the heating pan and disposed at a lower side of the heat insulating base, the heat shield being connected to the heat insulating base.
2. The cover of claim 1, wherein the heat shield at least partially covers the lower surface and the side surfaces of the hot plate.
3. The cover of claim 1, wherein the periphery of the heat shield is provided with a bend (158), and the heat shield seat is correspondingly provided with a mounting hole (159), and the bend extends through the mounting hole and abuts against the upper surface of the heat shield seat.

The cover of claim 1, wherein the hotplate comprises a bottom wall (161) and a circumferentially extending side wall (162) connected to the bottom wall, the bottom wall and the side wall surrounding the receiving cavity, the heat insulating base being arranged on top of the side wall in the circumferential direction of the side wall.

The cover of claim 4, wherein the steam heating assembly further comprises an insulating porcelain ring (155), the insulating seat further comprises a circumferentially extending mounting slot (172), the insulating porcelain ring is disposed in the mounting slot, and a bottom of the insulating porcelain ring circumferentially abuts the side wall.

The cover of claim 1, wherein the steam heating assembly further comprises a thermostat (156) and a thermal link assembly (157) electrically connected to the heating plate, the thermostat and the thermal link assembly being disposed at both ends of the heating plate, respectively, and outside the heat shield.
10. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body (110) having an inner pot disposed therein;
