The steam heating assembly 150 includes a heating pan 151 and an insulating base 152 that spaces the heating pan 151 from the face cover 130. The heating pan 151 has a receiving cavity 163, at least a bottom of the heating container 140 is disposed in the receiving cavity 163, and the heating pan 151 is used to heat the heating container 140. As shown in fig. 4, the heating container 140 is seated in the receiving cavity 163, and the heating plate 151 can cover approximately half of the height of the side wall of the heating container 140. The heat insulating base 152 is provided on the upper side of the heating pan 151 in the circumferential direction of the heating pan 151 and outside the heating container 140. The heat insulation seat 152 is made of a high temperature resistant plastic material, such as PET, PBT, PPS, PA66, etc. The heat insulation base 152 may be connected to the face cover 130 by a fastener, and the heating pan 151 may be mounted to the heat insulation base 152.
In the present embodiment, in order to seal the gap between the heating pan 151 and the cover 130, the steam heating assembly 150 further includes a sealing ring 154. The sealing ring 154 may be made of a high temperature resistant silicone material. The sealing ring 154 is fitted to the heat insulating base 152 in the circumferential direction of the heat insulating base 152, and the sealing ring 154 is held between the heating pan 151 and the lid 130 in the circumferential direction. Specifically, the bottom of the seal ring 154 is circumferentially sandwiched between the heat insulating base 152 and the heating pan 151, and the top of the seal ring 154 is circumferentially sandwiched between the heat insulating base 152 and the lid 130. Accordingly, the seal ring 154 can seal the gap between the top edge of the heating plate 151 and the surface cover 130, and the possibility that liquid enters the component provided on the heating plate 151 through the gap can be reduced, thereby improving the service life of the component.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the heating pan 151 includes a bottom wall 161 and a side wall 162 connected to the bottom wall 161 and extending in the circumferential direction, the bottom wall 161 and the side wall 162 surrounding a receiving cavity 163 formed. The insulating seat 152 and the sealing ring 154 are disposed on the top of the sidewall 162 along the circumference of the sidewall 162. The insulator base 152 includes a circumferentially extending inner sidewall 164, the inner sidewall 164 being located inside the top of the insulator base 152. The inner sidewall 164 surrounds an opening 165 formed to allow the heating container 140 to pass through, the shape and position of the opening 165 correspond to the shape and position of the opening of the receiving cavity 163, respectively, and the sealing ring 154 is fitted to the inner sidewall 164 along the circumference of the inner sidewall 164.
As shown in fig. 6, the seal ring 154 includes a circumferentially extending vertical wall 166, a bottom extending wall 167 extending outwardly from a bottom edge of the vertical wall 166, and a top extending wall 168 extending outwardly from a top edge of the vertical wall 166. Bottom extension wall 167 and vertical wall 166 surround to form bottom recess 169, and top extension wall 168 and vertical wall 166 surround to form top recess 171. The bottom groove 169 is disposed opposite to the top groove 171, and the opening of the bottom groove 169 is open upward and the opening of the top groove 171 is open downward. The bottom of the inner side wall 164 is circumferentially disposed in the bottom groove 169, the top of the inner side wall 164 is circumferentially disposed in the top groove 171, and the inner circumferential surface of the inner side wall 164 abuts against the vertical wall. In the present embodiment, the top extension wall 168 and the bottom extension wall 167 are each configured in an L-shape, and the top groove 171 and the bottom groove 169 are each configured in a U-shape.
The steam heating assembly 150 further comprises an insulating porcelain ring 155, the insulating seat 152 further comprises a circumferentially extending mounting groove 172, the insulating porcelain ring 155 is disposed in the mounting groove 172, and a bottom of the insulating porcelain ring 155 circumferentially abuts against a top of the side wall 162. The mounting groove 172 is provided at an outer side of the inner sidewall 164, and the bottom extension wall 167 is partially provided in the mounting groove 172. The outer peripheral surface of the porcelain insulator ring 155 can abut against the bottom extension wall 167, thereby making the installation of the sealing ring 154 more secure. The porcelain insulator ring 155 may be made of a high temperature resistant ceramic material.
The steam heating assembly 150 further includes a heat shield 153, the heat shield 153 being disposed outside the bottom of the heating pan 151 and connected to a heat insulating base 152, the heat insulating base 152 being connected to the face cover 130, whereby the heating pan 151 can be restrained between the heat shield 153 and the heat insulating base 152. The heat shield 153 may be made of a hardware plate, such as a galvanized plate, an aluminum plate, or a stainless steel plate.
The steam heating assembly 150 further includes a temperature controller 156 and a thermal link assembly 157 electrically connected to the heating plate 151, and the temperature controller 156 and the thermal link assembly 157 may be respectively disposed at both ends of the heating plate 151 and at the outer side of the heat shield 153. The thermostat 156 is mounted to one end of the heating pan 151 by a fastener, and the other end of the heating pan 151 is provided with a receiving groove 173 opened downward. The thermal fuse assembly 157 is disposed in the receiving groove 173 and covers the opening of the receiving groove 173 by the pressing plate 174, thereby fixing the thermal fuse assembly to the heating plate 151. The pressure plate 174 may be made of a hardware plate, such as a galvanized plate, an aluminum-plated plate, or a stainless steel plate.
The heating plate 151 is connected in series with the temperature controller 156 and the thermal fuse assembly 157, and the heating plate 151 heats water in the heating container 140 after being electrified. When the temperature of the heating pan 151 rises to the maximum temperature set by the temperature controller 156, the electric circuit is broken and the heating pan 151 stops heating. When the temperature of the heating plate 151 drops to the set minimum temperature, the circuit is turned on, thereby performing the cycle operation. When the temperature controller 156 is turned on and disabled, the heating plate 151 is continuously heated to a temperature value set by the thermal fuse link assembly 157, and the fuse of the thermal fuse link assembly 157 is fused to disconnect the circuit, thereby forming circuit protection.
The assembly process of the steam heating module 150 of the present embodiment will be described in detail below.
The sealing ring 154 is first installed to the inner sidewall 164 of the insulator base 152, the porcelain insulator ring 155 is then installed in the installation groove 172 of the insulator base 152, and then the heating plate 151 is placed so that the top of the sidewall 162 of the heating plate 151 can abut against the porcelain insulator ring 155 and the sealing ring 154. The heat shield 153 is then fitted over the hotplate 151 such that the bent portion 158 of the heat shield 153 passes through the mounting hole 159 in the heat shield seat 152, and then the bent portion 158 is bent such that the bent portion 158 can abut against the top of the heat shield seat 152. Finally, the heat insulation base 152 is fixed on the face cover 130 by a fastener.

Claims (10)
1. A cover, characterized in that the cover (120) comprises:
a face cover (130); and
a heating container (140) provided to the face cover and for containing water to be heated to generate steam;
a steam heating assembly (150) on an underside of the face cover and comprising:
a heating plate (151) provided with a housing cavity (163) in which at least a bottom of the heating container is disposed, the heating plate being for heating the heating container;
a heat insulating base (152) provided on the upper side of the heating pan in the circumferential direction of the heating pan and outside the heating container; and
a sealing ring (154) that is fitted around the heat insulating base in the circumferential direction of the heat insulating base, and that is held between the heating pan and the surface cover in the circumferential direction.
2. The cover of claim 1, wherein the hotplate comprises a bottom wall (161) and a circumferentially extending side wall (162) connected to the bottom wall, the bottom wall and the side wall surrounding a receiving cavity (163), the insulating seat and the sealing ring being arranged on top of the side wall in the circumferential direction of the side wall.
3. The cover of claim 2, wherein the heat shield includes a circumferentially extending inner sidewall (164) surrounding an opening defining the heating vessel therethrough, the sealing ring being disposed about the inner sidewall circumferentially thereof.
4. A cover as set forth in claim 3 wherein said seal ring is provided with a bottom groove (169) and a top groove (171) disposed opposite said bottom groove, a bottom portion of said inner sidewall being circumferentially disposed in said bottom groove and a top portion of said inner sidewall being circumferentially disposed in said top groove.
5. The cover of claim 4, wherein the gasket includes a circumferentially extending vertical wall (166), a bottom extension wall (167) extending outwardly from a bottom edge of the vertical wall, the bottom extension wall and the vertical wall surrounding the bottom groove, and a top extension wall (168) extending outwardly from a top edge of the vertical wall, the top extension wall and the vertical wall surrounding the top groove.
6. The cover of claim 5 wherein said top extension wall and said bottom extension wall are each configured as an L-shape and said top groove and said bottom groove are each configured as a U-shaped groove.
7. The cover of claim 5, wherein the steam heating assembly further comprises an insulating porcelain ring (155), the insulating seat further comprises a circumferentially extending mounting slot (172), the insulating porcelain ring is disposed in the mounting slot, and a bottom of the insulating porcelain ring circumferentially abuts the side wall.
8. The cover of claim 7, wherein said mounting slot is disposed outboard of said inner side wall, said bottom extension wall being partially disposed in said mounting slot, said porcelain insulating ring abutting said bottom extension wall.
9. The cover of claim 1, wherein the steam heating assembly further comprises a heat shield (153) disposed outside the bottom of the hot plate and connected to the heat shield seat, the heat shield seat being connected to the face cover.
10. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body (110) having an inner pot disposed therein;
the cover (120) as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 9, which is openably and closably disposed over the pot body, and forms a cooking space between the cover and the inner pot when the cover is closed over the pot body.
