A cooking appliance, an upper cover thereof, and a smoldering control method of the cooking appliance according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, a smoldering control method for controlling a cooking appliance according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described. The cooking appliance is provided with a heating piece for heating a cooking object, the upper cover of the cooking appliance is provided with a steam channel and a switching device, and the switching device can control the opening and closing of the steam channel.
As shown in fig. 1, the smoldering control method comprises the following steps:
s1: detecting environmental parameters in the cooking appliance, wherein the environmental parameters comprise temperature and/or humidity;
s2: judging whether the environmental parameters reach preset values or not;
if the value of the environmental parameter does not reach the preset value, entering step S3;
if the value of the environmental parameter reaches the preset value, the step S4 is entered;
s3: the switching device opens the steam channel;
s4: the switching device closes the steam channel.
According to the smoldering control method for the cooking utensil, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the opening and closing of the steam channel are controlled through the environmental parameters in the cooking utensil. When the value of the environmental parameter does not reach the preset value, the steam channel is opened by the switching device, so that the cooked food in the pot can be completely boiled, and the overflow of the pot is avoided. When the value of the environmental parameter reaches a preset value, the switch device closes the steam channel, the cooking object is in a smoldering stage, steam cannot be dispersed outwards, water can be locked, and nutrition loss in food cooking is effectively reduced. And the steam cannot be dissipated outwards, so that heat loss can be avoided, the cooking power consumption of the cooking utensil can be effectively reduced, and energy-saving cooking is realized.
In some embodiments, the environmental parameter is an environmental temperature, and the preset value is a preset temperature T. That is, the cooking appliance uses the ambient temperature as a detection standard to determine whether to enter the smoldering stage.
Specifically, when the ambient temperature in the cooking appliance is greater than or equal to a preset temperature T, the switching device closes the steam channel; when the ambient temperature in the cooking appliance is lower than the preset temperature T, the switching device opens the steam channel.
Alternatively, the preset temperature T ranges from 80℃to 110 ℃.
In some embodiments, the heating member reduces the heating power or stops heating when the ambient temperature within the cooking appliance is equal to or greater than the preset temperature T. That is, when the ambient temperature in the cooking appliance is greater than or equal to the preset temperature T, the switching device closes the steam channel, so that the cooking object is in the smoldering stage, and at this time, the heating element reduces the heating power or stops heating.
Because the cooking material is sealed and stewed in the pot in the stewing stage, the heat in the pot is not easy to be lost, and the cooking material can be continuously stewed under the action of the residual heat in the pot. Therefore, the heating piece reduces the heating power or stops heating, the cooking degree and the thoroughly cooking of the cooking object are not affected, and the energy consumption of the cooking appliance is greatly reduced.
In some embodiments, the heating element reduces the heating power or stops heating after the switching means closes the steam channel for a first predetermined time t 1. That is, after the switching device closes the steam channel to enter the smoldering stage, the heating element is still heated according to the original power. After the steam channel is closed for a first preset time t1, the heating element reduces the heating power again or stops heating.
Here, the control method of the heating member may be set according to the type of the cooking object, and is not particularly limited herein. For example, when the cooking appliance cooks vegetables, the heating member can stop heating immediately after the steam passage is closed by the switching device, when the cooking appliance cooks rice or medicinal materials, the heating power can be reduced by the heating member after the steam passage is closed by the switching device, and when the cooking appliance cooks meat or medicinal materials, the heating member is firstly heated for a first preset time t1 according to the original power after the steam passage is closed by the switching device, and then the heating is reduced or stopped.
In addition, after the switching device closes the steam channel for a second predetermined time t2, the switching device opens the steam channel and the smoldering phase ends. Here, as described above, the length of the second predetermined time t2 may be specifically set according to the type of the cooking object.
An upper cover 20 of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
The upper cover 20 of the cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, includes: the upper cover body 2, the switching device 30 and the detecting element.
The upper cover body 2 is provided with a steam channel P1, the switch device 30 is arranged on the upper cover body 2, and the switch device 30 can control the opening and closing of the steam channel P1. The detection element may detect an environmental parameter within the cooking appliance 100, the environmental parameter including a temperature or humidity of steam within the cooking appliance 100, or a temperature of a cooking item within the cooking appliance 100.
Therefore, according to the upper cover 20 of the cooking appliance of the embodiment of the present invention, when the detecting element detects that the environmental parameter does not reach the preset value, the switching device 30 opens the steam channel P1, so that the cooking material in the pot can be completely boiled, and the overflow of the pot is avoided. When the detecting element detects that the environmental parameter reaches the preset value, the switching device 30 opens the steam channel P1, the cooking material in the pot is in the smoldering stage, the steam cannot be dispersed outwards, the moisture can be locked, and the nutrition loss in food cooking can be effectively reduced. And the steam cannot be dispersed outwards, so that the power consumption of cooking is effectively reduced, and energy-saving cooking is realized.
In some embodiments, the detection element is a temperature sensor 7 for detecting a steam temperature in the cooking appliance 100 or a cooking object temperature in the cooking appliance 100, and the preset value is a preset temperature T.
The temperature sensor 7 can be arranged in the steam channel P1 to detect the steam temperature, so that the temperature sensor 7 is not easy to fall off or lose efficacy and is convenient to install. Of course, the temperature sensor 7 may be provided at other locations, for example, the temperature sensor 7 may be provided in the upper cover body 2 and a temperature measuring end of the temperature sensor 7 may extend into the pot through the upper cover body 2 to detect the temperature of the cooking object.
Here, the preset temperature T may be a plurality of selectable values, and the preset temperature T may vary according to the type of the cooking object. For example, in some examples, the controller 8 of the cooking appliance 100 includes a control panel, where the control panel is disposed on the pot 1, and a plurality of keys may be disposed on the control panel, each key corresponds to a corresponding text or pattern to identify a category of a cooking object, the preset temperatures T corresponding to the different keys are different, the user may select the corresponding key according to the cooking object, and then the cooking appliance 100 performs smoldering control by pressing the preset temperature T corresponding to the key.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cooking appliance 100 provided with the upper cover 20 includes: the boiler comprises a boiler body 1, an inner boiler 3, a heating element 4 and a controller 8. The upper cover 2 is arranged on the pot body 1 to define a containing cavity V with the pot body 1, the inner pot 3 is arranged in the containing cavity V to contain cooking objects, and the heating element 4 is used for heating the cooking objects in the pot. A controller 8 is coupled to the heating element 4 to control the operation of the heating element 4.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the steam path P1 has an inlet a communicating with the accommodating chamber V in the pot, an outlet b communicating with the outside, and a vent c communicating with the inlet a and the outlet b. The switching device 30 includes: a ball 5 and a driving piece 6, wherein the ball 5 is arranged at the air vent c, the driving piece 6 is arranged in the upper cover body 2, and the driving piece 6 is matched with the ball 5 to drive the ball 5 to seal the air vent c or open the air vent c. That is, when the vent c is opened, the steam passage P1 is opened to the receiving chamber V and the outside air, and when the vent c is closed, the steam passage P1 is closed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the driving member 6 is a solenoid valve 61, the solenoid valve 61 has a valve stem 611, the valve stem 611 is movable within the upper cover body 2 under the driving of the solenoid valve 61, wherein the valve stem 611 has an open position shown in fig. 3 and a closed position shown in fig. 2, and the valve stem 611 is movable between the open position and the closed position. When the valve rod 611 is in the open position, the valve rod 611 abuts against the ball 5 to enable the ball 5 to open the air port c, and when the valve rod 611 is in the closed position, the valve rod 611 is separated from the ball 5, and the ball 5 is automatically returned to the air port c to close the air port c under the action of gravity or elastic force after being separated from the valve rod 611. The electromagnetic valve 61 drives the pressing ball 5 to act, so that the structure is simple, the occupied volume is small, and the control is convenient.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the controller 8 is connected to the temperature sensor 7 and the driving member 6, respectively, and when the detected temperature of the temperature sensor 7 is equal to or less than the preset temperature T, the controller 8 controls the driving member 6 to act so that the driving member 6 drives the ball 5 to open the inlet a, thereby opening the steam channel P1. When the detected temperature of the temperature sensor 7 is greater than the preset temperature T, the controller 8 controls the driving member 6 to act so that the ball 5 closes the inlet a, thereby closing the steam passage P1.
In one embodiment, the temperature sensor 7 detects temperature in real time when the cooking appliance 100 is in operation and the user selects a menu with smoldering function on the control panel.
If the detected temperature sensed by the temperature sensor 7 is not greater than the preset temperature T (T can be 80-100 ℃), the cooking stage in the pot is judged. At this time, the controller 8 controls the heating element 4 to heat according to the set power, and at the same time, the controller 8 controls the driving element 6 to act, so that the ball 5 is separated from the air vent c, i.e. the air vent c is in an open state. At this time, as shown in fig. 3, if steam is generated in the pot due to boiling, the steam may be sequentially discharged out of the cooking appliance 100 through the inlet a- > vent c- > outlet b.
If the detected temperature sensed by the temperature sensor 7 is greater than the preset temperature T, the pot is judged to be heated to boiling, and the product enters the smoldering stage. At this time, the controller 8 controls the driving member 6 to act so that the pressing ball 5 closes the vent c, and at this time, as shown in fig. 2, the accommodating chamber V is formed as a completely sealed chamber, and steam generated in the pot is blocked in the accommodating chamber V. Therefore, through the smoldering function, the heating amount in the whole cooking and heating process is greatly reduced, the electricity consumption is greatly saved, and meanwhile, the moisture of food can be locked, and the loss of nutrient substances is avoided.
In some specific examples, the controller 8 reduces the heating power of the heating member 4 when the detected temperature is greater than the preset temperature T, or the controller 8 controls the heating member 4 to stop heating and to maintain for a certain period of time. Thus, the power consumption of the cooking appliance 100 can be reduced.
Here, the cooking appliance 100 smoldering duration is a second predetermined time t2, and the length of the second predetermined time t2 may vary according to the type of the cooking object. For example, when the cooking appliance 100 cooks rice or porridge, the smoldering time may be 0.5-5 hours, and when the cooking appliance 100 cooks vegetables or meats, the smoldering time may be 5-60 minutes, etc.
Since the cooking appliance 100 heats the food in a smoldering manner after boiling, the cooking appliance 100 may be structurally modified to further reduce heat loss during smoldering.
For example, the heat-insulating layer is arranged on the lower surface of the upper cover body 2, or the heat-insulating layer is arranged on the inner pot 3, or the heat-insulating layers are arranged on the lower surface of the upper cover body 2 and the inner pot 3, so that the method is an effective means for improving smoldering effect and reducing smoldering heat loss.
Advantageously, the bottom of the upper cover body 2 is provided with a cover plate 22, the cover plate 22 is used for being buckled on the inner pot 3, and the cover plate 22 is a heat preservation piece. In this way, heat loss from above the inner pot 3 can be reduced when the cooking appliance 100 smolders.
In some examples, the heating element 4 is located at the bottom of the inner pan 3 and is in contact with the inner pan 3, and the heating element 4 may be a resistive heating element or an electromagnetic heating element. Advantageously, the inner surface of the containing cavity V is provided with a thermal insulation layer, so that a good smoldering thermal insulation effect can be achieved.
The cooking utensil according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the upper cover of the cooking utensil according to the embodiment of the invention.
Thus, the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention can be controlled by the smoldering method according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention. Thus, when the detecting element detects that the environmental parameter does not reach the preset value, the switching device 30 opens the steam channel, so that the cooking material in the pot can be completely boiled, and the overflow of the pot is avoided. When the detecting element detects that the environmental parameter reaches the preset value, the switching device 30 opens the steam channel, the cooking material in the pot is in the smoldering stage, the steam cannot be dispersed outwards, the moisture can be locked, and the nutrition loss in food cooking can be effectively reduced. And the steam cannot be dispersed outwards, so that the power consumption of cooking is effectively reduced, and energy-saving cooking is realized.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 is an electric rice cooker, that is, the upper cover of the electric rice cooker has a steam channel and a switching device 30, and the switching device 30 can control the opening and closing of the steam channel. Meanwhile, the electric cooker is also provided with a detection element, so that the electric cooker has a smoldering function, and the power consumption is greatly saved.
