The second steam channel 543 may be disposed on the upper cover plate 54, a gasket mounting groove 548 is disposed on the periphery of the upper cover plate 54 corresponding to the second steam channel 543, the steam channel gasket 544 is disposed in the gasket mounting groove 548, and after the steam cover plate 42 is assembled, the upper surface of the steam channel gasket 544 abuts against the fixing frame 53 to form a seal between the fixing frame 53 and the second steam channel 543, so as to prevent the steam generated by the steam generating device 40 from entering the steam cover plate 42.
During the actual cooking, the user may frequently open or close the steam cover 42 to observe the water level and detach the cover for cleaning. Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, a sealing assembly 43 is connected to the steam cover plate 42, that is, the sealing assembly 43 can be opened or closed relative to the steam generating chamber 41 integrally with the steam cover plate 42 for flexible connection and sealing.
Preferably, the seal assembly 43 includes a first seal 431 and a second seal 432. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first seal 431 is located on the steam cover plate 42 corresponding to the steam generation chamber 41 and is substantially configured in a rounded rectangular ring shape. The second seal 432 is located on the steam cover plate 42 at a position corresponding to the first steam duct 111 and is configured substantially in the form of a circular ring. Therefore, in the closed state of the steam cover plate 42, the first seal 431 seals the steam generation chamber 41, and the second seal 432 seals the first steam passage 111. That is, the covering of the steam cover plate 42 can simultaneously achieve the sealing of both the steam generating chamber 41 and the first steam passage 111, so that the sealing assembly 43 functions as a sealing for the transportation process of the generated steam from the steam generating device 40 to the cooking space.
With continued reference to FIG. 1, the steam cover plate 42 further includes a lower cover plate 55, the lower cover plate 55 being disposed below the upper cover plate 54, preferably removably coupled to the upper cover plate 54. A first catching rib 552 protruding toward the upper cover 54 is provided at a position of the lower cover 55 corresponding to the steam generation chamber 41, and the shape of the first catching rib 552 corresponds to the shape of the first packing 431. A first groove 431a recessed inward in the radial direction of the first seal 431 is provided in the circumferential direction of the first seal 431, and the first groove 431a is capable of cooperating with the first catching rib 552 to position the first seal 431 in the radial direction, and detachably mount the first seal 431 to the lower cover plate 55. The first seal 431 and the first bead 552 may achieve an interference fit in a radial direction thereof to reliably mount the first seal 431 to the lower cover plate 55.
The first sealing member 431 preferably includes a first lip 431b bent along a radial direction of the first sealing member 431, and a first sealing plane 423 is disposed at a position of the steam generating chamber 41 of the steam generating device 40, and particularly referring to fig. 1, in a state that the steam cover plate 42 is closed, the first lip 431b abuts against the first sealing plane 423, so as to effectively increase a sealing contact area between the first sealing member 431 and the steam generating device 40, and enhance a sealing effect of the first sealing member 431 on the steam generating chamber 41.
Likewise, a second catching rib 553 protruding toward the upper cover plate 54 is provided at a position of the lower cover plate 55 corresponding to the first steam passage 111, and the shape of the second catching rib 553 corresponds to the shape of the second seal 432. A second groove 432a recessed inward in the radial direction of the second seal member 432 is provided along the circumferential direction of the second seal member 432, and the second groove 432a is capable of cooperating with the second rib 553 to achieve positioning of the second seal member 432 in the radial direction, and detachably mount the second seal member 432 to the lower cover plate 55. The second seal member 432 and the second bead 553 may achieve an interference fit in a radial direction thereof to reliably mount the second seal member 432 to the lower cover plate 55.
The second sealing member 432 preferably includes a second lip 432b bent along a radial direction of the second sealing member 432, and a position of the cover body 30 corresponding to the first steam channel 111 is provided with a second sealing plane 314, and specifically referring to fig. 1, in a state that the steam cover plate 42 is covered, the second lip 432b abuts against the second sealing plane 314, so as to effectively increase a sealing contact area between the second sealing member 432 and the cover body 30, and enhance a sealing effect of the second sealing member 432 on the first steam channel 111.
After the upper cover plate 54 is assembled to the lower cover plate 55, the upper surfaces of the first and second seals 431 and 432 abut against the upper cover plate 54, respectively, to achieve positioning of the first and second seals 431 and 432 in the axial direction after the steam cover plate 42 is assembled.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a steam valve 60 is further disposed on the cover 30, and a third steam passage 61 is disposed in the steam valve 60. The steam cover plate 42 is provided with a steam outlet 542a communicated with the third steam passage 61, and when the cover 30 covers the pot body 10, the cooking space can be communicated with the outside, for example, the outside atmosphere, through the third steam passage 61 and the steam outlet 542 a. Preferably, the third steam passage 61 may be constructed in a labyrinth shape to enable the cooking space to maintain a slight pressure with respect to the outside, thereby improving the taste of the food using the pressure to enhance the cooking effect, while also functioning as an anti-overflow.
Preferably, the steam valve 60 may be disposed adjacent to the steam generating device 40. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the steam valve 60 is disposed adjacent to the steam generation chamber 41 to make the structure of the cover 30 compact. When the steam cover plate 42 is in the closed state, it at least partially covers the steam valve 60. Thus, the steam cover plate 42 covers the steam generating chamber 41 and at least partially covers the cavity of the cover 30 for disposing the steam valve 60, so that the cover 30 can have a smooth upper surface and can be easily cleaned.
Further preferably, the upper cover plate 54 of the steam cover plate 42 is provided with a steam outlet rib position 542 extending upwards and communicating with the second steam channel 543, and particularly referring to fig. 1, the steam outlet rib position 542 encloses the steam outlet 542 a. The fixing frame 53 and the panel 421 are respectively provided with a first rib position hole and a second rib position hole at positions corresponding to the rib position 542 of the steam outlet. In the assembled state of the steam cover plate 42, the steam outlet rib 542 can extend through the first rib position hole and the second rib position hole.
In order to avoid steam flowing out of the cooking appliance 1 from the steam outlet 542a from flowing back to the inside of the steam cover plate 42, the steam cover plate 42 preferably further comprises a steam outlet rib seal 545, see fig. 1 in particular. The steam outlet rib position sealing member 545 is sleeved on the steam outlet rib position 542, and the upper surface of the steam outlet rib position sealing member 545 abuts against the panel 421 in the state that the steam cover plate 42 is assembled, so that sealing is formed between the panel 421 and the steam outlet rib position 542.
Preferably, the seal assembly 43 further includes a third seal 433. Referring again to fig. 1 and 2, the third seal 433 is located on the steam cover plate 42 corresponding to the third steam passage 61 and is generally configured in a rounded rectangular ring shape to seal the third steam passage 61 in a closed state. Referring specifically to fig. 2, the third sealing member 433 seals to the cavity at the outlet of the third steam channel 61, thereby increasing the sealing contact surface area of the third sealing member 433 and further improving the sealing effect.
Similarly to the arrangement of the first and second seals 431 and 432, a third rib 554 protruding toward the upper cover plate 54 is provided at a position of the lower cover plate 55 corresponding to the third steam passage 61, and the shape of the third rib 554 corresponds to the shape of the third seal 433. A third groove 433a which is recessed inward in the radial direction of the third seal 433 is formed in the circumferential direction of the third seal 433, and the third groove 433a can be matched with the third rib 554 to position the third seal 433 in the radial direction, so that the third seal 433 can be detachably mounted to the lower cover plate 55. The third seal 433 and the third bead 554 may achieve an interference fit in a radial direction thereof to reliably mount the third seal 433 to the lower cover plate 55. After the upper cover plate 54 is assembled to the lower cover plate 55, the upper surface of the third seal 433 abuts against the upper cover plate 54 to achieve positioning of the third seal 433 in the axial direction after the steam cover plate 42 is assembled.
The third sealing member 433 preferably includes a third lip 433b bent along a radial direction of the third sealing member 433, and a position of the steam valve 60 corresponding to the third steam channel 61 is provided with a third sealing plane 62, and particularly referring to fig. 1 to 3, in a state that the steam cover plate 42 is closed, the third lip 433b abuts against the third sealing plane 62, so as to effectively increase a sealing contact area between the third sealing member 433 and the steam valve 60 located at the lower portion of the cover body 30, and enhance a sealing effect of the third sealing member 433 on the third steam channel 61.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking appliance, characterized in that the cooking appliance (1) comprises:
a pot body (10) in which an inner pot (20) is arranged;
the cover body (30) is arranged on the cooker body in an openable and closable manner, and when the cover body covers the cooker body, a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner pot; and
a steam generating device (40) comprising:
a water container (45) removably disposed in the lid, the water container including a steam generating chamber (41) for containing water to be heated to generate steam, the steam generating chamber being communicable with the cooking space to direct the steam into the cooking space to assist in cooking;
a steam cover plate (42) detachably connected to the cover body and openable and closable with respect to the steam generation chamber; and
steam heating element (44), steam heating element sets up in the lid, steam heating element includes mount pad (442) and sets up heating portion (441) in the mount pad, the mount pad confession the water container is installed wherein, heating portion is used for the heating the water container, wherein, the mount pad with one in the lid is provided with first joint portion, and another is provided with first cooperation portion, the mount pad with the lid passes through first joint portion with the joint of first cooperation portion is realized connecting.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cover body comprises a face cover assembly (31), the mounting base is provided with a first clamping portion, the face cover assembly is provided with a first matching portion, and the mounting base is detachably connected with the face cover assembly through the clamping of the first clamping portion and the first matching portion.

The cooking utensil of claim 2 wherein the lid further comprises a liner assembly (35) disposed below the lid assembly, one of the lid assembly and the liner assembly having a second snap-fit portion and the other having a second mating portion, the lid assembly and the liner assembly being secured by the snap-fit of the second snap-fit portion and the second mating portion.

The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the first engaging portion is configured as a plurality of first engaging portions (443) distributed along a circumferential direction of the mounting base, and the first engaging portion is configured as a plurality of second engaging portions (312) provided on the lid assembly, the plurality of first engaging portions being engageable with the plurality of second engaging portions, respectively.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the second snapping portion is configured as a plurality of third snaps (351) distributed along a circumferential direction of the inner liner assembly, and the second mating portion is configured as a plurality of fourth snaps (313) provided on the lid assembly, the plurality of third snaps being capable of snapping with the plurality of fourth snaps, respectively.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 1, further comprising a locking member for locking the steam cover plate relative to the lid in a position covering the steam generating cavity, wherein the locking member is configured to lock in response to movement of the steam cover plate toward the lid and unlock in response to a next movement of the steam cover plate toward the lid.
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the steam cover plate comprises an opening and closing end (47), the locking member comprises a third clamping portion arranged at the opening and closing end and a third matching portion arranged on the cover body, and the steam cover plate is locked at a position where the cover closes the steam generating cavity through clamping of the third clamping portion and the third matching portion.
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein a first steam passage (111) communicating with the cooking space is provided in the cover, a second steam passage (543) is provided in the steam cover plate, and the steam generating chamber communicates with the cooking space through the second steam passage and the first steam passage in a state where the steam cover plate is closed.
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising a steam valve (60) disposed in the cover adjacent to the steam generating device, wherein a third steam passage (61) is disposed in the steam valve, wherein a steam outlet (542a) communicating with the third steam passage is disposed on the steam cover plate, and wherein the cooking space communicates with the outside through the third steam passage and the steam outlet.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the steam cover plate includes a pivot end (46), one of the pivot end and the cover body being provided with a mounting hole (48) and the other being provided with a mounting shaft (32), the steam cover plate being removably pivotally connected to the cover body by engagement of the mounting hole with the mounting shaft.
