The detachable cover 150 includes a detachable cover body 151, and the detachable cover body 151 is generally configured in a circular plate-shaped structure. When the pot opening seal ring 160 is mounted on the removable lid body 151, the first extension 153 is located in the groove 161. Preferably, the first extension 153 extends radially inward of the removable cover body 151 from an outer peripheral edge of the removable cover body 151, and the second extension 154 extends radially outward of the removable cover body 151 from an inner end of the first extension 153. The length of the second extension 154 in the lateral direction is greater than the length of the first extension 153 in the lateral direction, and the second extension 154 extends beyond the detachable cover main body 151.

Mounting portion 152 also includes a third extension 155 extending inwardly and downwardly from second extension 154. The third extension 155 is configured to extend radially inward of the removable cover body 151 from an outer end of the second extension 154. The shape of the third extension 155 matches the shape of the second extension 154 such that the second extension 154 and the third extension 155 together form a double-layered bent structure. Thereby, the strength of the mounting portion 152 can be increased, and the mounting and dismounting of the detachable cover 150 can be facilitated.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the upper cover assembly 130 includes a face cover 170, an inner liner 180 disposed on an underside of the face cover 170, and a push button 191. The face cover 170 is mounted to the inner liner 180 and the push button 191 is movably mounted on the inner liner 180 between a locked position contacting the removable cover 150 and a released position away from the removable cover 150. The removable cover 150 is disposed at a lower side of the inner liner 180 and is detachably mounted to the inner liner 180. Two push buttons 191 are shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the two push buttons 191 are disposed at the front of the inner liner 180 and located at both sides of the inner liner 180.

The liner 180 is provided with a stopper 181, the stopper 181 being at least partially spaced from the main portion of the liner 180. As shown in fig. 3, in a state where the push buttons 191 are in the locking position, the two push buttons 191 are respectively located at least partially on the lower sides of the two mounting parts 152 provided at the front of the detachable body 151, particularly on the lower sides of the second extending parts 154 of the mounting parts 152, and the stopper part 181 is located at least partially on the lower side of the mounting parts 152 provided at the rear of the detachable body 151, to lock the detachable cover 150 on the liner 180. When the push button 191 is moved from the locking position to the releasing position, the push button 191 is out of contact with the mounting portion 152, and the removable cover 150 can be removed from the liner 180.

With continued reference to fig. 3, the cover assembly 130 further includes a biasing member 192, one end of the biasing member 192 abutting the liner 180 and the other end of the biasing member 192 abutting the push button 191 to enable application of a force to the push button 191 toward the locked position to reset the push button 191 and maintain the push button 191 in the locked position. The biasing member 192 may be a resilient compression spring.

As shown in fig. 5, the detachable cover body 151 is provided with an air outlet 156. The air outlet 156 is a kidney-shaped through hole. The removable lid assembly 140 further includes a gas outlet seal ring 193, the gas outlet seal ring 193 being disposed around the removable lid body 151 along the circumference of the gas outlet 156, and the upper end of the gas outlet seal ring 193 abutting against the liner 180. The shape of the outlet seal 193 is adapted to the shape of the outlet 156 and may be made of silicone or a rubber material. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the shape of the air outlet 156 is not limited to the present embodiment, and the air outlet 156 may be a circular, elliptical or polygonal through hole as needed. In an embodiment of the invention, which is not shown, the gas outlet sealing ring may be provided on the inner liner, and the lower end of the inner liner abuts against the detachable lid body.

1. A cover, comprising:

an upper cover assembly (130); and

a removable cover assembly (140) disposed on an underside of the upper cover assembly, the removable cover assembly comprising:

a removable cover (150) comprising a removable cover body (151); and

the pot opening sealing ring (160) is sleeved on the peripheral edge of the detachable cover main body along the circumferential direction of the detachable cover main body;

wherein, removable lid still include with removable lid main part integrated into one piece's installation department (152), pot mouth sealing washer is located partly in the installation department, removable lid subassembly passes through the installation department with upper cover subassembly cooperation and detachably installs to the upper cover subassembly.

2. The cover according to claim 1, wherein the mounting portion is provided at a peripheral edge of the detachable cover main body and is configured in a structure in which a cross section opened toward an outside is U-shaped.

3. The cover of claim 2, wherein the mounting portion includes a first extension (153) extending inwardly from a peripheral edge of the removable cover body and a second extension (154) extending upwardly and outwardly from the first extension, the pot seal ring being partially located between the first extension and the second extension.

4. The cover of claim 3, wherein the mounting portion further includes a third extension (155) extending inwardly and downwardly from the second extension, the third extension having a shape that matches the shape of the second extension such that the second extension and the third extension together form a double-layered bend.

5. A cover as set forth in claim 3 wherein said pot sealing ring has a circumferentially extending groove (161) in which the peripheral edge of the removable cover body and the first extension are located.

6. The cover of claim 1, wherein the lid assembly includes a face cover (170) and an inner liner (180) disposed on an underside of the face cover, the removable lid being disposed on an underside of the inner liner and being removably mounted to the inner liner.

7. The cover according to claim 6, wherein the cover assembly further comprises a push button (191) movably mountable on the inner lining between a locked position contacting the removable cover and a released position away from the removable cover, the inner lining being provided with a stop portion (181), the push button and the stop portion being at least partially located on an underside of the mounting portion in a state where the push button is in the locked position to lock the removable cover on the inner lining.

8. The cover of claim 7, further comprising a biasing member (192) having one end abutting the liner and the other end abutting the push button to enable application of a force to the push button toward the locked position.

9. The cover of claim 6, wherein the removable cover body is provided with an air outlet (156), the removable cover assembly further comprises an air outlet sealing ring (193) that is fitted over the removable cover body along the circumference of the air outlet, and the upper end of the air outlet sealing ring abuts against the inner liner.

10. A cooking appliance, comprising:

a pot body (110); and

the lid (120) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is openably and closably provided above the pot body, and when the lid is closed on the pot body, a cooking space is formed between the lid and the pot body.
