As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the trim cover 130 includes a first vertical wall 131 extending in the circumferential direction and a transverse wall 132 extending inward from the first vertical wall 131, and a second vertical wall 133 extending downward from the transverse wall 132, and the first end 134 is a free end (i.e., a bottom end) of the first vertical wall 131 and the second end 135 is a free end (i.e., a bottom end) of the second vertical wall 133. The length of the first vertical wall 131 is greater than the length of the second vertical wall 133, and the first end 134 of the first vertical wall 131 is lower than the second end 135. The first catch 136 is configured to protrude outwardly from an outer surface of the first vertical wall 131, and the second catch 137 is configured to protrude outwardly from an inner surface of the second vertical wall 133. The shape of the first mounting hole 115 and the second mounting hole 116 is adapted to the shape of the first catch 136 and the second catch 137.
In the present embodiment, the trim cover 130 includes a plurality of first snaps 136 and a plurality of second snaps 137, and the number and positions of the first and second mounting holes 115 and 116 correspond to the positions of the first and second snaps 136 and 137, respectively. Preferably, the first fasteners 136 are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the first vertical wall 131, and the second fasteners 137 are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the second vertical wall 133, so that the stress on the first sealing ring 140 and the second sealing ring 150 is uniform.
It is further preferable that the bottom portions of the first and second catches 136 and 137 are provided with guide surfaces 138, and the guide surfaces 138 are configured as planes inclined with respect to the horizontal direction so as to facilitate the installation of the first and second catches 136 and 137 into the first and second mounting holes 115 and 116, respectively.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the steam valve upper cover 110 includes a side wall 112 extending in a circumferential direction, a first extension wall 113 extending upward from a bottom end of the side wall 112, and a second extension wall 114 extending upward from a top end of the side wall 112, the bottom end of the first extension wall 113 being lower than the bottom end of the second extension wall 114. The first mounting hole 115 is disposed on the first extension wall 113, and the second mounting hole 116 is disposed on the second extension wall 114. The sidewall 112 may be configured as a frustum-shaped structure, and the first extension wall 113 is disposed radially outward of the second extension wall 114.
One end (i.e., the tip end) of the side wall 112, which is connected to the second extension wall 114, is provided with an abutting surface 117, and the abutting surface 117 is configured as an annular flat surface extending in the horizontal direction. One end (i.e., the bottom end) of the side wall 112, which is connected to the first extension wall 113, is provided with a mounting groove 118, and the mounting groove 118 is configured as an annular groove and is disposed radially outward of the abutting surface 117. The second sealing ring 150 is sleeved outside the second extending wall 114, the bottom of the second sealing ring 150 abuts against the abutting surface 117, and the first sealing ring 140 is disposed in the mounting groove 118.
Referring back to fig. 1 and 2, the steam valve lower cover 120 may be provided with a turnbuckle 121, the first extension wall 113 is correspondingly provided with a mounting hole 119, the mounting hole 119 has an opening provided on a lower surface of the first extension wall 113, and by rotating the steam valve lower cover 120 with respect to the steam valve upper cover 110, the turnbuckle 121 enters the mounting hole 119 through the opening, thereby mounting the steam valve lower cover 120 to the steam valve upper cover 110.

Claims (10)
1. A steam valve assembly, comprising:
the steam valve comprises a steam valve upper cover (110), wherein the top of the steam valve upper cover is provided with a steam outlet (111);
a first seal ring (140);
the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring are respectively arranged on the upper cover of the steam valve and are arranged outside the steam outlet around the steam outlet; and
a trim cover (130) disposed on the steam valve upper cover, the trim cover including a first end (134) and a second end (135) for abutting against the first seal ring and the second seal ring, respectively,
the decoration cover further comprises a first buckle (136) and a second buckle (137) which are arranged at the first end and the second end respectively, the upper cover of the steam valve is correspondingly provided with a first mounting hole (115) and a second mounting hole (116), and the first buckle and the second buckle are buckled to the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole respectively.
2. The steam valve assembly of claim 1, wherein the trim cover includes a first vertical wall (131) extending circumferentially and a transverse wall (132) extending inwardly from the first vertical wall and a second vertical wall (133) extending downwardly from the transverse wall, the first end being a free end of the first vertical wall and the second end being a free end of the second vertical wall.
3. The steam valve assembly of claim 2, wherein the first catch is configured to project outwardly from an outer surface of the first vertical wall and the second catch is configured to project outwardly from an inner surface of the second vertical wall.
4. The steam valve assembly of claim 3, wherein said trim cover includes a plurality of said first snaps and a plurality of said second snaps, said plurality of first snaps being equally spaced along a circumferential extent of said first vertical wall, said plurality of second snaps being equally spaced along a circumferential extent of said second vertical wall.
5. The steam valve assembly of claim 3, wherein a bottom of the first and second catches is provided with a guide surface (138) configured as a plane inclined with respect to a horizontal direction.

The steam valve assembly of any of claims 1-5, wherein the steam valve upper cover includes a circumferentially extending sidewall (112), a first extension wall (113) and a second extension wall (114) extending upwardly from both ends of the sidewall, the first mounting hole being provided in the first extension wall, the second mounting hole being provided in the second extension wall.
7. The steam valve assembly of claim 6, wherein the sidewall is configured as a frustoconical structure and the first extension wall is disposed radially outward of the second extension wall.
8. The steam valve assembly of claim 6, wherein the end of the side wall connected to the second extending wall is provided with an abutting surface (117), the end of the side wall connected to the first extending wall is provided with a mounting groove (118), the second sealing ring is sleeved on the outer side of the second extending wall, the bottom of the second sealing ring abuts against the abutting surface, and the first sealing ring is arranged in the mounting groove.
9. The steam valve assembly of claim 6, further comprising a steam valve lower cover (120) disposed on an underside of the steam valve upper cover, the steam valve lower cover being provided with a turnbuckle (121), the first extension wall correspondingly being provided with a mounting hole (119) having an opening disposed on a lower surface of the first extension wall, the turnbuckle entering the mounting hole via the opening.
10. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body;
the cover body is arranged on the cooker body in an openable and closable manner, and when the cover body covers the cooker body, a cooking space is formed between the cooker body and the cover body; and
the steam valve assembly of any one of claims 1 to 9, which communicates the cooking space with the outside atmosphere.
