An installation groove 548 is formed in the upper cover plate 54 around the outside of the steam channel, a steam channel sealing gasket 544 is arranged in the installation groove 548, and after the steam cover plate 42 is assembled, the upper surface of the steam channel sealing gasket 544 abuts against the fixing frame 53 to form a seal between the fixing frame 53 and the third steam channel 543, so that steam generated by the steam generating device 40 is prevented from entering the steam cover plate 42.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 3, a steam valve 60 is further disposed on the cover 30, and a second steam passage 61 is disposed in the steam valve 60. When the lid body 30 covers the pot body 10, the cooking space may be communicated with the outside, for example, the outside atmosphere, through the second steam passage 61 of the steam valve 60. Preferably, the second steam passage 61 may be constructed in a labyrinth shape to maintain a slight pressure of the cooking space with respect to the outside, thereby improving the taste of the food using the pressure to enhance the cooking effect, and simultaneously, to perform an anti-overflow function.
Preferably, the steam valve 60 may be disposed adjacent to the steam generating device 40. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the steam valve 60 is disposed adjacent to the steam generation chamber 41 to make the structure of the cover 30 compact. When the steam cover plate 42 is in the closed state, it at least partially covers the steam valve 60. Thus, the steam cover plate 42 covers the steam generating chamber 41 and at least partially covers the cavity of the cover 30 for disposing the steam valve 60, so that the cover 30 can have a smooth upper surface and can be easily cleaned.
Further preferably, the upper cover plate 54 of the steam cover plate 42 is provided with steam outlet ribs 542 communicated with the second steam channel 61, and the steam outlet ribs 542 enclose a steam outlet 542a communicated with the outside. The steam outlet rib position sealing member 545 is sleeved on the steam outlet rib position 542, and in the state that the steam cover plate 42 is assembled, the upper surface of the steam outlet rib position sealing member 545 abuts against the decorative sheet 421 so as to form sealing between the decorative sheet 421 and the steam outlet rib position 542.
Preferably, the seal assembly 43 further includes a third seal 433. Referring again to fig. 1, 4 and 6, the third sealing member 433 is positioned on the steam cover plate 42 to correspond to the third steam passage 543 and is substantially configured in a rounded rectangular ring shape to seal the third steam passage 543 in a closed state. Referring specifically to fig. 3, the third sealing member 433 seals to the cavity at the outlet of the second steam channel 61, thereby increasing the sealing contact surface area of the third sealing member 433 and further improving the sealing effect.
Similar to the arrangement of the first and second seals 431 and 432, a third rib 554 protruding toward the upper cover plate 54 is provided at a position of the lower cover plate 55 corresponding to the second steam passage 61, and the shape of the third rib 554 corresponds to the shape of the third seal 433. A third groove 433a which is recessed inward in the radial direction of the third seal 433 is formed in the circumferential direction of the third seal 433, and the third groove 433a can be matched with the third rib 554 to position the third seal 433 in the radial direction, so that the third seal 433 can be detachably mounted to the lower cover plate 55. The third seal 433 and the third bead 554 may achieve an interference fit in a radial direction thereof to reliably mount the third seal 433 to the lower cover plate 55. After the upper cover plate 54 is assembled to the lower cover plate 55, the upper surface of the third seal 433 abuts against the upper cover plate 54 to achieve positioning of the third seal 433 in the axial direction after the steam cover plate 42 is assembled.
Preferably, the third seal 433 is disposed at a rear side of the central axis of the steam cover plate 42 in the front-rear direction of the cooking appliance 1, and a distance D3 between the central line of the third seal 433 and the central axis satisfies a relationship between: D3/D is less than or equal to 0.45, so that the structure of the steam cover plate 42 is more compact.
The cover 30 has a large weight after the steam generating device 40 and the steam valve 60 are provided. This causes an additional burden to the opening and closing of the cover body 30. Therefore, it is preferable that the steam generator 40, the steam valve 60 and other components are provided in the rear half of the lid body 30, and specifically, referring to fig. 2, in a state where the steam cover plate 42 is closed, a relationship between a distance L1 between the center axis of the steam cover plate 42 and the front end of the lid body 30 and a length L of the lid body 30 satisfies: L1/L is more than or equal to 0.5, so that the gravity center of the cover body 30 is close to the pivoting end of the cover body 30, thereby facilitating the pivoting opening and closing of the cover body.
The cooking appliance 1 according to the present invention has been described above. According to the utility model discloses, steam generating device 40 can produce steam in order to assist the culinary art, sets up steam generating device 40 on lid 30, can reduce a kind of deep pot body 10's volume, and then reduces cooking utensil 1's overall dimension, makes its compact structure, is convenient for carry and places. And the sealing element arranged on the steam cover plate 42 and the steam cover plate 42 are formed into an integral component in an integral forming mode, so that a complex assembly structure can be omitted, the number and the structure of parts can be simplified, the steam cover plate is convenient to manufacture, the connection strength is reliable, and the steam cover plate is not easy to lose efficacy.
