The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance 1 according to the present invention may include a pot body 40 and a lid body 10. The pot body 40 may be substantially configured in a rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape, and an inner pot 41 is provided inside thereof. The inner pot 41 may be configured to be removably disposed in the pot body 40. For example, in one embodiment, the pot body 40 may be provided with a cylindrical inner pot receiving portion, and the inner pot 41 may be freely put into or taken out of the inner pot receiving portion. The removable arrangement allows the user to easily remove the inner pot 41 for cleaning. Of course, in other embodiments, the inner pot 41 may be fixedly provided in the pot body 40 in a non-removable manner. The pot body 40 is also usually provided therein with a heating means for heating the inner pot 41.
As shown in fig. 1, the lid body 10 is provided to the pot body 40 in a manner openable and closable. Therefore, the lid body 10 generally has a shape conforming to the shape of the pot body 40, so that the pot body 40 can be easily covered. When the lid body 10 is opened with respect to the pot body 40, the opening of the inner pot 41 in the pot body 40 is exposed, and the user can add food materials to the inner pot 41 or take cooked food out of the inner pot 41. When the lid body 10 is closed on the pot body 40, it covers the inner pot 41 and forms a cooking space with the inner pot 41. A sealing member is further provided between the cover body 10 and the inner pot 41 to maintain a good sealing property of the cooking space.
According to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil 1 still is provided with steam generator. As shown in fig. 2, a steam generating device 20 for generating steam for assisting cooking is provided in the cover 10. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 4, a first steam passage 11 is provided on the cover 10. In a state where the lid body 10 covers the pot body 40, the steam generating device 20 can communicate with the cooking space through the first steam passage 11 so as to introduce steam into the cooking space for assisting cooking. Taking an electric cooker as an example, the specific operation of the auxiliary cooking may be to introduce the steam generated by the steam generating device 20 into the cooking space during the cooking process, and heat the rice from above, so that the rice can be uniformly heated, and the heating efficiency is improved; alternatively, after the rice is cooked, the steam generated by the steam generator 20 may be introduced into the cooking space to keep the rice warm and fresh, thereby maintaining a good taste.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the present embodiment, the steam generating device 20 includes two parts, namely, a steam generating component 21 and a steam sealing component 22.
The steam generating assembly 21 is provided with a steam generating chamber 23 for containing water to be heated for generating steam. Preferably, the steam generating chamber 23 may be positioned to form a concave receiving portion (not shown), and a water container is provided in the receiving portion. The receiving space of the water container constitutes the steam generating chamber 23. Thereby, the steam generating chamber 23 can be conveniently provided. Further, the water container may be configured to be disposed in the accommodating part in a manually detachable manner. The user can conveniently take out the water container for cleaning or replacement. Of course, the steam generating chamber 23 may also be configured in other forms, such as a recess integrally formed with the cover 10.
Furthermore, the steam generating assembly 21 comprises heating means for heating the water inside the steam generating chamber 23 to generate steam. Therefore, the heating means may preferably be provided below or at the side of the steam generating chamber 23. As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the heating device 24 is configured to include a heating pan 241 and an electric heating tube 242. Wherein the heating pan 241 includes a bottom wall and a side wall extending upward from an edge of the bottom wall. Thereby, the bottom wall and the side wall constitute a space for accommodating the water container and surround the water container from below and from the sides. The electric heating tube 242 is disposed in the heating plate 241. In the illustrated embodiment, the electric heating tube 242 is disposed inside a sidewall of the heating pan 241. However, the electric heating tube 242 may be provided in the bottom wall of the heating pan 241, or the electric heating tube 242 may be provided in both the side wall and the bottom wall. Of course, the heating device can also be configured in other forms, such as an electromagnetic heating device or the like.
The steam sealing member 22 is connected to the cover 10 and can be opened and closed with respect to the steam generating chamber 23. Fig. 3 and 4 show the steam seal 22 in a closed state, in which the steam seal 22 closes the steam generating chamber 23. The steam containment assembly 22 is shown in an open state in fig. 2. The user can observe the water level and the degree of cleanliness (whether scale is present, etc.) in the steam generation chamber 23 by opening the steam sealing member 22, and then decide whether to perform operations such as adding water or cleaning the steam generation chamber 23.
In one embodiment, the steam enclosure assembly 22 may be configured in the form of a steam cover plate 25, and the steam cover plate 25 is provided with a seal 26 at a location corresponding to the steam generating chamber 23 on a side facing the steam generating chamber 23. When the steam-tight assembly 22 is in the closed state, the sealing member 26 is interposed between the steam cover plate 25 and the edge of the steam generating chamber 23 to perform a sealing function and prevent steam from leaking.
In order to guide the steam generated in the steam generation chamber 23 into the cooking space in a state where it is sealed by the sealing member 26, a second steam passage 251 is provided on the steam cover plate 25. The second steam passage 251 has a second steam inlet 252 and a second steam outlet 253. It will be appreciated that the second steam inlet 252 is located within the sealing area of the seal 26 and the second steam outlet 253 is located outside the sealing area of the seal 26. When the steam enclosure assembly 22 is in the closed state, the second steam outlet 253 interfaces with the first steam inlet 111 of the first steam channel 11. As shown in fig. 4, the steam generated in the steam generating chamber 23 can flow into the second steam passage 251 through the second steam inlet 252, continue to flow, and enter the first steam passage 11 through the second steam outlet 253 and the first steam inlet 111, which are coupled. And finally flows out of the first steam outlet 112 of the first steam channel 11 into the cooking space under the cover 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the cover 10 is provided with a coupling post 12 at a position corresponding to the second steam outlet 253. The first steam channel 11 penetrates the connection column 12 in the axial direction of the connection column 12, and forms a first steam inlet 111 at the top end of the connection column 12. The provision of the connecting column 12 advantageously enables the second steam outlet 253 to be docked with the first steam inlet 111.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the cover 10 is further provided with a steam valve 30. A third steam passage 31 is provided through the steam valve 30. When the lid body 10 covers the pot body 40, the cooking space may communicate with the outside, for example, the outside atmosphere, through the third steam passage 31 of the steam valve 30. Wherein the third steam passage 31 may be configured in a labyrinth shape. The steam valve 30 enables the cooking space to be kept slightly pressurized with respect to the outside while also functioning as an anti-overflow.
Preferably, the steam valve 30 may be disposed adjacent to the steam generating device 20. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the steam valve 30 is disposed adjacent to the steam generation chamber 23. When the steam containment assembly 22 is in the closed state, it at least partially covers the steam valve 30. Thus, the steam sealing member 22 covers the steam generating chamber 23 and at least partially covers the cavity of the cover 10 for the steam valve 30. So that the cover body 10 can have a smooth upper surface for easy cleaning. Further preferably, the steam cover plate 25 is provided with a steam outlet 254. The third steam passage 31 of the steam valve 30 communicates with the outside through the steam outlet 254. By disposing the steam valve 30 close to the steam generating device 20, the cover 10 can be made compact as a whole. Further, since the steam outlet 254 is provided in the steam cover 25, the steam cover 25 can be manufactured more easily because of its small volume, and the trouble of providing the steam outlet 254 in the large-sized lid 10 is eliminated.
Since the second steam passage 251 and the steam outlet 254 are integrally provided on the steam cover plate 25, in order to ensure a sufficient size thereof, the side length of the steam cover plate 25 may be set to be greater than or equal to 100mm and less than or equal to 400 mm. In various embodiments, the side length of the steam cover plate 25 may be set to 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, or the like, respectively.
Generally, the lid body 10 is connected to the pot body 40 by a pivot shaft, and pivots about the pivot shaft to open and close with respect to the pot body 40. As shown in fig. 2, a pivot axis (not shown) defines a pivot axis AX1 of the lid 10. Generally, the cooking appliance 1 is placed and used in such a manner that the side provided with the pivot axis faces away from the user. Thus, the side of the cooking appliance 1 on which the pivot axis is provided (i.e. the side facing away from the user when in use) is defined as the rear side and the opposite side (i.e. the side facing towards the user when in use) is defined as the front side.
The cover 10 has a large weight after the steam generating device 20 and the steam valve 30 are provided. This causes an additional burden to the opening and closing of the cover body 10. Therefore, it is preferable that the components such as the steam generator 20 and the steam valve 30 be provided in the rear half of the lid body 10 as close as possible to the pivot axis AX1 of the lid body 10. The center of gravity of the lid body 10 can thereby be brought close to the pivot axis AX1, facilitating pivotal opening and closing thereof.
Preferably, on the lid body 10, along the front-rear direction D1 perpendicular to the pivot axis AX1, the position of the steam generating device 20 on the lid body 10 may be set such that the maximum distance from the pivot axis AX1 is less than or equal to 2/3, which is the maximum dimension of the lid body 10 itself in the front-rear direction D1, in order to be as close as possible to the pivot axis AX 1.
The steam generator 20 is disposed on the cover 10, which inevitably increases the size of the cover 10. In order to avoid the size of the cover 10 from being excessively increased to fail to achieve the volume reduction effect, it is preferable that the size of the cover 10 in the thickness direction D2 (fig. 3) be set to 40 to 100 mm. For example, in various embodiments, the thickness of the cover 10 may be set to 45mm, 55mm, 60mm, 65mm, 75mm, 80mm, 90mm, or the like. Further preferably, the size may be set to 50-70 mm.
Accordingly, the volume of the steam generator 20 itself should not be too large in consideration of the size limit of the cover 10. Among them, the steam generating chamber 23 occupies the largest volume in the steam generating device 20. Preferably, the volume of the steam generating chamber 23 may be set to 50-300 mL. For example, in various embodiments, the volume of the steam generating chamber 23 may be set to 60mm, 80mL, 100mL, 150mL, 200mL, 250mL, or the like. Further preferably, the volume of the steam generating chamber 23 may be set to 70-120 mL. Thus, the volume of the steam generating chamber 23 can be adapted to the size limit of the lid body 10, and the excessive size of the lid body 10 can be avoided.
The cooking appliance according to the present invention has been introduced above. According to the utility model discloses, steam generator can produce steam in order to assist the culinary art, sets up steam generator on the lid, can reduce a kind of deep pot body's volume, and then reduces cooking utensil's overall dimension, makes its compact structure, is convenient for carry and places.
As can be seen from the above, the steam cover plate 25 integrates the second steam passage 251 and the steam outlet 254 communicating with the third steam passage 31 of the steam valve 30. Therefore, the above-mentioned position on the steam cover plate 25 is easily contaminated with oil, rice dirt, dust, etc. during daily use. Because the position is hidden, the size is small, accumulated dirt is not easy to clean, bacteria are easy to breed, and the like, and the hidden health trouble exists.
As shown in fig. 5, according to the present invention, the steam cover plate 25 is configured to be detachably connected to the cover body 10. Therefore, when the steam cover plate 25 needs to be cleaned, a user can detach the steam cover plate, and therefore cleaning is convenient. Specifically, the side of the steam cover plate 25 is provided with a pivot shaft 255 extending outward substantially in the horizontal direction, and accordingly, the cover body 10 is provided with a receiving groove 13 at a position corresponding to the pivot shaft 255. The pivot shaft 255 can be removably disposed in the receiving groove 13. For example, a notch 131 may be provided on the receiving groove 13, and the pivot shaft 255 can enter or move out of the receiving groove 13 through the notch 131. Thus, when the pivot shaft 255 is located within the accommodation groove 13, the steam cover 25 can pivot about the pivot shaft 255 to open and close with respect to the steam generation chamber 23. When the pivot shaft 255 is removed from the receiving groove 13, the steam cover 25 is removed with respect to the cover 10, and is convenient for a user to clean or replace. Of course, in other embodiments, the pivot shaft 255 may be configured to be removable from the receiving groove 13 in other manners, for example, the pivot shaft 255 may be configured to be retractable in its own axial direction.
For example, the steam cover plate 25 may be configured such that the pivot shaft 255 can pass through the notch 131 of the receiving groove 13 only when the plane of the steam cover plate 25 is at the predetermined angle α with respect to the upper surface of the cover body 10, and such that the pivot shaft 255 cannot pass through the notch 131 when the plane of the steam cover plate 25 is at an angle other than the predetermined angle α with respect to the upper surface of the cover body 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the notch 131 of the accommodation groove 13 has a minimum dimension d as viewed in the axial direction of the pivot shaft 255. The dimension D defines a first direction D3. In other words, the notch 131 has a minimum dimension D along the first direction D3. Accordingly, the pivot shaft 255 is configured as a profiled shaft having a non-uniform radial dimension throughout its axial cross-section. For example, the axial cross section of the pivot axis 255 may be configured as an ellipse, or the circumferential edge of the axial cross section may be only partially arc-shaped and circle-like.
As shown in fig. 6, the steam cover plate 25 is configured such that the maximum dimension D1 of the pivot axis 255 in the first direction D3 is smaller than or equal to the minimum dimension D of the notch 131 only when the angle between the plane of the steam cover plate 25 and the upper surface of the cover body 10 is the predetermined angle α, whereby the pivot axis 255 can smoothly pass through the notch 131.
As shown in fig. 7, when the included angle between the plane of the steam cover 25 and the upper surface of the cover 10 is not the predetermined angle α, the maximum dimension D2 of the pivot axis 255 along the first direction D3 is greater than the minimum dimension D of the notch 131. therefore, the pivot axis 255 cannot pass through the notch 131, and the pivot axis 255 is prevented from being removed from the accommodating groove 13.
Fig. 7 schematically illustrates the plane of the steam cover plate 25 being flush with the upper surface of the lid body 10, however, it is understood that the steam cover plate 25 may be disposed at other angles to the upper surface of the lid body 10, as long as the angles are other than the predetermined angle α, wherein, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the state shown in fig. 7 may also be referred to as the covering state of the steam cover plate 25, and the plane of the steam cover plate 25 disposed in the covering state is flush with the upper surface of the lid body 10, so that the upper surface of the lid body 10 is smooth, easy to clean, and has a good appearance.
Fig. 6 schematically illustrates the plane in which the steam cover panel 25 lies at an angle of 90 ° to the upper surface of the lid 10, however, preferably the predetermined angle α need not be 90 °, preferably α may be set at 80 ° -110 °, for example α may be set at 85 °, 95 °, 100 °, 105 °, etc. it will be appreciated that, in use, the steam cover panel 25 does not pivot about pivot axis 255 within a 360 ° circle, but rather pivots within the interval formed by the closed position and the maximum open position, and therefore the predetermined angle α may be relative to the steam cover panel 25 lying in a plane flush with the upper surface of the lid 10 when in the closed position, i.e. may be considered the angle through which the steam cover panel 25 pivots from the closed position to the removable position.
Preferably, the steam cover plate 25 may have a maximum opening position with respect to the cover body 10 on the premise of ensuring a sufficient operation space, so as to prevent the steam cover plate 25 from excessively freely moving when opened to interfere with operations on other parts and components and also from being damaged by collision. As shown in fig. 2, the cover 10 is provided with a position-limiting portion 14, which may be configured in the form of a position-limiting rib. During the opening of the steam cover panel 25 by pivoting about the pivot axis 255, the steam cover panel 25 cannot continue to pivot in the opening direction when it abuts against the stopper portion 14. The steam cover 25 is now in the maximum open position. The angle of the plane of the steam cover plate 25 with the upper surface of the cover body 10 may be referred to as a maximum opening angle.
It is further preferable that the maximum opening angle is equal to a predetermined angle α at which the steam cover 25 can be detached, and thus, both the function of limiting and the function of prompting detachment can be simultaneously performed by the limiting portion 14, and when the steam cover 25 is in the maximum opening position, it is also in a detachable state at the same time, so that the angle of the detachable state can be accurately positioned, facilitating the user's operation.
Fig. 8 and 9 show a cover of a cooking appliance according to another embodiment of the present invention. Wherein the steam cover plate 322 and the cover body 310 are detachably connected by another means. As shown in fig. 8, the rear end of the steam cover plate 322 is provided with an elastic part 323, the elastic part 323 extending rearward with respect to the steam cover plate 322 and being elastically deformable. Correspondingly, the cover 310 is provided with a slot 311. The steam cover plate 322 may be detachably coupled to the cover body 310 by inserting the elastic part 323 into the insertion groove 311.
Although shown as an exploded view in fig. 9, it can be understood that the elastic part 323 is elastically deformed when the steam cover 322 is in a closed state, and has a tendency to open the steam cover 322. The elastic part 323 may be a plastic member or a spring having good elasticity. Preferably, a locking means may be further provided such that the steam cover plate 322 and the cover body 310 are coupled by the locking means to lock the steam cover plate 322 in a closed state against the elastic deformation of the elastic part 323. For example, a snap 324 may be provided on the steam cover 322 and a snap (not shown) may be provided on the cover 310. The locking is achieved by the snap connection of the snap 324 and the snap location. Of course, the catch 324 may be provided on the cover 310 and the catch on the steam cover, or the locking device may be configured in other forms than a catch and catch.
When it is necessary to open the steam cover 322, the locking operation of the locking means is released, and the steam cover 322 is automatically opened by the elastic force of the elastic part 323 to the state shown in fig. 8. When the steam cover 322 needs to be removed, the elastic part 323 can be directly pulled out from the slot 311. It is understood that the elastic part 323 is not necessarily provided at the rear side of the steam cover 322, and the steam cover 322 is not necessarily opened and closed in the front and rear directions, and the elastic part 323 may be provided at other side parts of the steam cover 322 to open and close the steam cover 322 in other directions.
