The stirrer 19 is movable together with the washing-bin cover 17 between an open position and a closed position, and the stirrer 19 is rotatable relative to the washing-bin cover 17, i.e. the washing-bin cover 17 does not rotate when the stirrer 19 rotates. The stirring element 19 can be rotated during the washing and throwing operations.
The pot lid 4 includes a pot lid main body 42 and a detachable lid 43, and the detachable lid 43 is located at the lower side of the pot lid main body 42 and can be detachably attached to the pot lid main body 42, whereby the detachable lid 43 can be directly detached when a user intends to clean it, which is simple and convenient. The periphery of the detachable cover 43 is provided with a sealing ring 106, and the sealing ring 106 can be detached together with the detachable cover 43 to clean both.
The removable cover 43 may be provided at the bottom of the wash hopper body 6 of the wash hopper assembly 5. In the present embodiment, the washing bin assembly 5 is connected with the detachable cover 43, in particular, the washing bin main body 6 is connected with the detachable cover 43. As shown in fig. 3, the cartridge assembly 5 can be detachably coupled to the lid main body 42 together with the detachable lid 43. The washing compartment assembly 5 can be formed as a removable unit with the removable lid 43, which unit can be removed from the lid 4 as a unit. When it is intended to clean the wash chamber and the removable lid 43, the removable lid 43 may be removed along with the wash bin assembly 5 to clean both the removable lid 43 and the wash chamber. The steps of disassembling and assembling parts are reduced, the disassembling and washing process is simplified, the disassembling and washing operation is easier to carry out, and the user experience is improved.
The wash bin body 6 may be connected to a removable lid 43. As shown in fig. 8, the washing bin main body 6 and the detachable cover 43 are two independent components, and a through hole is formed in the middle of the detachable cover 43, so that the detachable cover 43 can be sleeved on the washing bin main body 6.
Part or all of the waste pipe 10 may be connected to the removable cover 43 and/or the wash hopper body 6. A portion or all of the trapway 10 can be removed with the removable cover 43 to simultaneously clean the removable cover 43, the wash chamber, and a portion or all of the trapway 10. At least a portion of the trapway 10 is removably or non-removably disposed on a removable cover 43. By detachably disposing a portion of the trapway 10 on the removable cover 43, further disassembly of the trapway 10 for cleaning is achieved, allowing for more thorough cleaning.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, the sewage pipes 10 may include upper and lower portions. Specifically, the sewage drain pipe 10 includes a bearing portion 44 provided on the detachable cover 43 and a covering portion 45 provided on the pot cover main body 42. The position of the supporting portion 44 corresponds to the position of the covering portion 45, and when the detachable lid 43 is attached to the lid body 42, the covering portion 45 can be just covered on the supporting portion 44 so that the sewage drain pipe 10 can be formed. When the detachable cover 43 is detached from the pot cover body 42, the upper and lower parts of the sewage pipeline 10 can be detached, so that the sewage pipeline 10 can be cleaned more thoroughly, and sanitary dead angles are avoided.
As shown in fig. 8, a part or the whole of the sewage drain pipe 10 may be integrally formed with the wash hopper body 6. In the illustrated embodiment, a portion of the sewage conduit 10 is integrally formed with the wash bin body 6, and in particular, the support portion 44 may be integrally formed with the wash bin body 6. In other embodiments, not shown, the supporting portion 44 can be connected with the washing cartridge body 6, for example, the supporting portion 44 is a separate member connected to the washing cartridge body 6 through fastening structures such as screws arranged at intervals. The support 44 may be connected to the removable cover 43, the support 44 being a separate member connected to the removable cover 43 by spaced apart fastening structures such as screws. Of course, the stand-off 44 may be integrally formed with the removable cover 43 if needed and/or desired.
Preferably, the trapway 10 also includes a seal 49 and a crimp 101. A seal 49 is provided between the bearing portion 44 and the covering portion 45. In the illustrated embodiment, the sealing member 49 is attached to the supporting portion 44, and the covering portion 45 can be pressed against the sealing member 49 to form a seal when the detachable lid 43 is attached to the lid body 42. The crimp 101 is provided above the seal 49. The packing 49 is crimped between the receiver 44 and the crimp 101. The shape of the crimp 101 is adapted to the shape of the seal 49. Specifically, the outer periphery of the seal member 49 is provided with a ring of fixing portions 107 projecting outward. The inner periphery of the crimp member 101 is provided with a crimp portion 108 protruding inward. The press-contact portion 108 can be fastened to the fixing portion 107. Alternatively, the crimp 108 may be provided with one turn. The crimp 101 is connected to the removable cover 43, for example by fastening structures such as screws, spaced apart from the removable cover 43.
In an embodiment not shown, the waste pipe 10 comprises one integral part. In particular, the trapway 10 includes a main body of the plumbing running inside the main body of the plumbing, which is closed in cross section. The duct body may be integrally formed with the washing bin body 6.
In order to improve the drainage efficiency, preferably, the washing silo main body 6 is provided with a plurality of drain outlets 9, and the plurality of drain outlets 9 are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the washing silo main body 6. The trapway 10 includes a first conduit 50 and a second conduit 51 in communication with the first conduit 50. The second pipe 51 is arranged in a ring shape around the washing hopper main body 6 and communicates with the plurality of soil discharge openings 9, and the first pipe 50 extends from the second pipe 51 to the outer circumference of the pot cover 4 in the radial direction of the pot cover 4. In this embodiment, the sealing member 49 includes an annular sealing portion for sealing the second pipe 51 and a strip-shaped sealing portion for sealing the first pipe 50, and both ends of the strip-shaped sealing portion are respectively connected to both ends of the annular sealing portion. The crimping member 101 includes an annular crimping portion corresponding to the annular seal portion and a bar-shaped crimping portion corresponding to the annular seal portion, both ends of the bar-shaped crimping portion being respectively connected to both ends of the annular seal portion.
In an embodiment not shown, the washing hopper body 6 comprises only one blow-off outlet 9 provided on the washing hopper body 6. In this embodiment, a sewage drain pipe 10 extends in the lid 4 from the sewage drain 9 to the outer periphery of the lid 4 in the radial direction of the lid 4. That is, in this embodiment, the waste pipe 10 does not include an annular second pipe.
Referring to fig. 4 to 9, the inside of the lid 4 may be further provided with a steam passage 110. An inlet of the steam passage 110 faces the cooking chamber, particularly, faces downward, and communicates to the cooking chamber, and an outlet of the steam passage 110 communicates with the drain pipe 10. Thus, the waste pipe 10 can be used for both waste and steam exhaust, and when the waste pipe 10 is used for steam exhaust, steam can enter the steam channel 110 from the inlet of the steam channel 110, flow into the waste pipe 10 via the outlet of the steam channel 110, and then be exhausted from the outlet of the waste pipe 10.
The outlet of the steam channel 110 can be hidden in the cooker cover 4, and the steam is prevented from being discharged from the upper side of the cooker cover 4, so that the damage of a cupboard above the cooking appliance 1 due to the adsorption of steam condensate is avoided, the risk of scalding due to the contact of high-temperature steam by a user is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved; the outlet of the steam passage 110 is not directly exposed, so that the outer structure of the pot cover 4 is simple and beautiful.
A steam channel 110 may be provided in the sewerage conduit 10. The total area of the outlets of the steam passages 110 is 10mm or more 2 The total area may be, for example, 10mm 2 、15mm 2 、20mm 2 、25mm 2 、30mm 2 、35mm 2 、40mm 2 、45mm 2 、50mm 2 And the like. In order to smoothly drain the sewage drain pipe 10, as shown in fig. 9, the steam passage 110 and the sidewall of the sewage drain pipe 10 can have a gap therebetween, through which the sewage flowing out of the sewage drain outlet 9 flows toward the outlet. There is a gap between both sides of the steam channel 110 and the corresponding side walls of the trapway 10.
As shown in fig. 9, the outlet of the steam channel 110 is disposed at the top thereof. The top of the steam channel 110 protrudes upward from the inner top wall surface of the drain pipe 10. Therefore, the outlet of the steam channel 110 can be higher than the highest liquid level when sewage is discharged, so as to prevent sewage from entering the steam channel 110 and falling into the pot body 2 from the steam channel 110. In particular, the steam channel 110 extends between the support 44 and the cover 45. When it is intended to clean the steam passage 110, the steam passage 110 can be cleaned only by detaching the detachable cover 43 from the lid main body 42, so that the cleaning of the steam passage 110 is more convenient and thorough.
The cover 45 may be provided with a receiving groove 111 (fig. 10) opened downward, and the top of the steam channel 110 has an outlet and extends into the receiving groove 111. The shape of the accommodating groove 111 is adapted to the shape of the steam channel 110. The top surface of the steam channel 110 is opened to form an outlet, but of course, the outlet of the steam channel 110 may be provided to the sidewall of the steam channel 110. The steam channel 110 has a gap with the top and side surfaces of the receiving groove 111. The steam may be introduced into the drain pipe 10 via a gap between the steam channel 110 and the top surface and/or the side surface of the receiving groove 111 so as to smoothly discharge the steam. The steam channel 110 may be connected to the susceptor 44. In the illustrated embodiment, the steam channel 110 is integrally formed with the retainer 44. The size of the sewage drain pipe 10 in the vertical direction can be reduced by providing the accommodating groove 111, and further, the covering part 45 is disposed closer to the bearing part 44, so that the size of the pot cover 4 in the vertical direction can be reduced.
In other embodiments not shown, the covering portion 45 may not be provided with the accommodation groove 111. In this aspect, the steam passage 110 is below the inner top wall surface of the sewage pipe 10 with a gap therebetween. In particular the steam channel 110, and the inner surface of the cover 45. The steam channel 110 may have a size of 3mm, for example, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, etc. higher than the inner bottom wall surface of the drain pipe 10. By reasonably setting the height of the steam channel 110, the outlet of the steam channel 110 is higher than the highest liquid level when sewage is discharged.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the steam channel 110 is provided in the first duct 50. Accordingly, the sewage pipe 10 can be easily installed using a large sewage space with the shape and specification of the first pipe 50. Both the steam passage 110 and the first duct 50 extend in a radial direction of the lid 4 so that the steam passage 110 has a large sectional area. In the illustrated embodiment, the steam channel 110 is provided with one elongated shape extending in the radial direction of the lid 4, and the inlet of the steam channel 110 is also elongated (fig. 5) and the outlet thereof is also elongated. Correspondingly, the receiving groove 111 is also elongated extending along the radial direction of the lid 4. Of course, at least two steam passages 110 may be provided at intervals along the extension direction of the sewage drain pipe 10, for example, two, three or more steam passages 110.
In the present embodiment, the detachable cover 43 is provided with an opening at a position corresponding to the steam channel 110, and the opening may be a part of the steam channel 110, in other words, the opening may be regarded as an inlet of the steam channel 110.
As shown in fig. 2, the other end of the waste pipe 10 where the outlet is located can extend from the outer circumference of the detachable cover 43. The sewage discharging structure at the outlet of the sewage discharging pipe 10 is spaced apart from the periphery of the detachable cover 43, so that the sewage is conveniently discharged outside the pot cover 4, and the detachable cover 43 is conveniently detached. The pan body 2 is provided with an inlet joint 102, the inlet of the inlet joint 102 being capable of docking with the outlet of the sewerage pipe 10. Sewage can flow from the sewage pipe 10 of the lid 4 into the inlet connection 102 of the pot 2, be connected with the sewage tank 48 through the inlet connection 102 to be discharged to the sewage tank 48, or be connected with a sewage pipe to be discharged into an external sink. The pollution discharge structure can be completely hidden in the pot body 2 and the pot cover 4, so that the external structure of the pot cover 4 is simple and beautiful.
As shown in fig. 7, the waste pipe 10 includes a docking pipe 90 at the end. The docking conduit 90 extends downwardly from the end of the first conduit 50, the inlet fitting 102 is located below the docking conduit 90, and the inlet of the inlet fitting 102 is capable of docking with the outlet of the docking conduit 90. Depending on the position of the inlet fitting 102, the docking conduit 90 may extend vertically downward relative to the first conduit 50 or may extend obliquely relative to the first conduit 50. In the illustrated embodiment, the docking conduit 90 extends obliquely with respect to the first conduit 50, and in the present embodiment, the docking conduit 90 is a unitary piece.
Referring back to fig. 2, the lid 4 and the pan body 2 may each be configured to be substantially square, such that the pan body assembly is substantially square. In the illustrated embodiment, the lid 4 and the body 2 both form a substantially rectangular body, and the body assembly is a substantially rectangular body. The inner pot 3 is a cylindrical member and the removable cover 43 is a corresponding circular member. The outlet of the waste pipe 10 may be located at a corner of the lid 4 and the corresponding inlet fitting 102 at a corner of the pan body 2. The space at the corner of the pot cover 4 and the pot body 2 can be utilized to arrange a sewage draining structure, so that the sizes of the pot cover 4 and the pot body 2 can be reduced, and the miniaturization of products is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 10, the lid body 42 is provided with a magnetic member 103, and at least a part of the detachable lid 43 is a magnetic portion. The detachable cover 43 has a magnetic attraction force with the lid main body 42 when attached to the lid main body 42. The detachable cover 43 is mounted on the pot cover main body 42 through magnetic attraction, so that the detachable cover 43 can be conveniently detached. Specifically, only need overcome the external force of magnetic attraction, just can dismantle removable lid 43 from pot cover main part 42 to align the back with removable lid 43 and pot cover main part 42 and just can assemble removable lid 43 with the help of magnetic attraction, need not be with the help of appurtenance, and the dismouting process of removable lid 43 is simple, and is convenient, has improved work efficiency greatly.
In one embodiment, the magnetic member 103 may be a magnet or an electromagnet, and the magnetic portion is a magnet or an electromagnet, which may generate a large and stable magnetic attraction force between the removable cover 43 and the lid body 42. Another embodiment is that the magnetic member 103 is a magnet or an electromagnet, and the magnetic portion is one of iron, nickel, cobalt, ferritic steel, martensitic steel, and austenitic-ferritic dual-phase steel; the detachable cover 43 of the scheme is preferably a magnetic part, and the detachable cover 43 is simple in structure and convenient to produce and manufacture. Yet another embodiment is that the magnetic member 103 is one of iron, nickel, cobalt, ferritic steel, martensitic steel, austenitic-ferritic dual phase steel, and the magnetic portion is a magnet or electromagnet; in the scheme, a part of the detachable cover 43 is preferably a magnetic part, and the detachable cover 43 has lower cost.
The illustrated embodiment shows the magnetic members 103 as magnets, the magnetic members 103 being spaced around the wash hopper body 6, four spaced apart magnetic members 103 being shown. The magnetic member 103 may be a magnet. The magnetic member 103 may be connected to the lid body 42 by fastening structures such as screws disposed at intervals. The detachable cover 43 is entirely made of one of iron, nickel, cobalt, ferritic steel, martensitic steel, and austenitic-ferritic dual-phase steel, so that the detachable cover 43 has magnetism as a whole.
The lid main body 42 is provided with a mounting groove 105 recessed downward from the lower surface of the lid main body 42, and the detachable cover 43 is located in the mounting groove 105. The shape of the mounting recess 105 is adapted to the shape of the detachable cover 43. The removable cover 43 may be positioned within the mounting groove 105 to prevent the removable cover 43 from being displaced and to allow the lower surface of the removable cover 43 to be substantially flush with the lower surface of the lid body 42. The magnetic member 103 can be disposed within the mounting groove 105.
The lower surface of the detachable cover 43 may be provided with a grip portion 104 protruding downward. The grips 104 may be spaced apart, for example around the wash hopper body 6. Two gripping portions 104 are schematically shown and are located on opposite sides of the wash hopper body 6. When the user intends to clean the removable cover 43, the washing chamber, the drain pipe 10 and the steam channel 110, the user can remove the removable cover 43 and the washing bin assembly 5 connected thereto by grasping the grasping portion 104 with his/her hand, which is convenient for operation.
Fig. 11 to 13 show the specific structure and arrangement of the stirring assembly 18 and the washing bin cover 17, and the stirring member 19 is provided with a tapered guide surface which is inclined outward from top to bottom in the radial direction of the stirring member 19. This scheme makes stirring piece 19 rotate the in-process, and the material on it except having the effect of centrifugal force, the inclined surface can also make the material throw away more easily to the inclined surface still is convenient for the material and slides downwards, can reduce the residual material of washing the material intracavity.
Preferably, the upper surface of the stirring part 19 is further provided with a turbulence rib 71 (fig. 13) and a turbulence column 72, and the turbulence rib 71 and the turbulence column 72 are combined for use, so that the materials and water in the material washing cavity can realize turbulence in the rotating process, and the materials can be cleaned more cleanly. It is understood that those skilled in the art may also provide only the spoiler ribs 71 or only the spoiler columns 72 as necessary. In the illustrated embodiment, the turbulence posts 72 are configured as cylinders and are arranged vertically. In other embodiments, which are not shown, the turbulence column 72 may also be arranged obliquely, it may be inclined with respect to the stirring element 19, it may also be perpendicular with respect to the stirring element 19, or the cross-sectional shape of the turbulence column 72 may also be configured as a square, a diamond, an ellipse, a polygon, etc. The turbulence column 72 may be formed integrally with the stirring member 19 or may be formed as a separate member from the stirring member 19.
Preferably, the turbulence column 72 and the stirring member 19 are made of different materials to achieve the best stirring effect and thus reduce the residual material. One skilled in the art can set the number of the turbulence columns 72 according to actual needs, for example, one or more of the turbulence columns may be set. Preferably, two turbulence columns 72 are provided on the stirring member 19, and the two turbulence columns 72 are connected to the stirring member 19 at the same position and extend in different directions. Preferably, the height and width of the spoiler rib 71 are less than 10mm. The turbulence ribs 71 may be configured in a straight line shape, an arc shape, an S shape, or the like, and one or more turbulence ribs 71 may be provided.
In a preferred embodiment, the wash bin cover 17 comprises a cover plate 53, an additional cover plate 54 and a seal 47 arranged between the cover plate 53 and the additional cover plate 54. The cover plate 53 is connected to the stirring piece 19 below the stirring piece 19, and the outer periphery of the seal portion 47 is sealed against the inner periphery of the washing hopper main body 6.
In a preferred embodiment, the sealing portion 47 is configured as a sheet and is clamped between the cover plate 53 and the additional cover plate 54. In the clamped state, a part of the outer periphery of the sealing portion 47 is exposed from the cover plate 53 and the additional cover plate 54, thereby forming a seal with the wash hopper body 6. The seal 47 can be made of soft glue, such as rubber, silicone or the like, and the cover plate 53 and the additional cover plate 54 are preferably made of hard glue, so that the deformation of the entire washing silo cover 17 due to the use of soft glue alone is avoided. Illustratively, the cover plate 53, the sealing portion 47 and the additional cover plate 54 may be fixed together by means of screw fastening. In this embodiment, the wash bowl cover 17 does not rotate with the agitator 19, so that the seal 47 is prevented from being worn.
The stirring assembly 18 further includes a limiting portion 56, and the cross section of the limiting portion 56 is circular. The stopper 56 is provided with a projection 57. The cross-section of the protrusion 57 is non-circular in shape, for example, in the illustrated embodiment, the cross-section of the protrusion 57 is square.
The stirrer 19 is provided with a connection port 55, and the connection port 55 penetrates the stirrer 19 in the height direction of the stirrer 19. The stirring member 19 has a hollow sleeve portion 59 extending downward, and the hollow portion of the sleeve portion 59 forms a part of the connection port 55. The stirring member 19 is further provided with a recess 60 which opens downwardly, and the sleeve portion 59 extends into the recess 60. The stopper 56 is connected to the connection port 55 below the connection port 55. Specifically, the protruding portion 57 of the stopper portion 56 is inserted into the connection port 55. Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the connection port 55 matches the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 57, being a non-circular shape, so that the stirring piece 19 can rotate together with the stopper portion 56. In the illustrated embodiment, the connection port 55 has a square cross-section.
The cover plate 53 is shaped to conform to the shape of the recessed portion 60, and the cover plate 53 is provided with a connecting portion 61 protruding inward in the radial direction thereof, the connecting portion 61 being located on the upper side of the stopper portion 56. This arrangement enables the stirring member 19, the stopper portion 56, and the cover plate 53 to move up and down together.
In a preferred embodiment, the stirring assembly 18 further comprises a rotating shaft 33 and a connecting shaft 27 connected to the rotating shaft 33. The connecting shaft 27 is a hollow structure, and the inner surface thereof is provided with a tooth-like structure extending in the height direction thereof. The rotation shaft 33 has a first end 38 and a second end 39, the first end 38 is connected to the inside of the connection shaft 27, and the first end 38 is provided with a tooth structure that is engaged with the tooth structure of the connection shaft 27, so that the connection shaft 27 can rotate the rotation shaft 33 together, and the rotation shaft 33 can move up and down in the connection shaft 27 relative to the connection shaft 27. Second end 39 is inserted into connection port 55 of stirring element 19. Preferably, the second end 39 has a shape matching the shape of the connection port 55, and in the illustrated embodiment, the second end 39 has a square cross-section so that the rotation shaft 33 can rotate and move the stirring member 19 up and down together.
The top cover 20 is provided with a recess 35 extending downward, and the connecting shaft 27 is disposed in the recess 35. The bottom of the recess 35 and the bottom of the connecting shaft 27 are provided with corresponding first and second through holes 36 and 37, respectively, and the rotating shaft 33 extends through the first and second through holes 36 and 37 to be connected inside the connecting shaft 27.
Preferably, the washtub assembly 5 further comprises an elastic member 40, and the elastic member 40 may be configured as a spring. The elastic member 40 is fitted over the rotating shaft 33 inside the connecting shaft 27, and the first end 38 of the rotating shaft 33 has a flange portion 41 extending outward in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 33 to restrain the elastic member 40 in position. The elastic member 40 can restore the rotation shaft 33 and the stirring member 19 connected to the rotation shaft 33 upward, that is, from the position shown in fig. 5 to the position shown in fig. 4.
The cooking appliance 1 further comprises a drive assembly (not shown) disposed above the wash bin assembly 5 for driving the stirrer 19 to rotate and the wash bin cover 17 to move linearly. For the illustrated embodiment, the drive assembly is capable of driving at least a portion of the agitator assembly 18 to rotate to complete the washing and throwing processes; and is capable of driving at least a portion of the agitation assembly 18 to move between an open position and a closed position with the wash bin cover 17 to accomplish blanking, draining, etc. Specifically, the driving assembly includes a transmission shaft engaged with the connecting shaft 27 and capable of driving the connecting shaft 27 to rotate, and engaged with the rotating shaft 33 and capable of driving the rotating shaft 33 to move downward. The drive assembly further comprises a first drive means for driving the drive shaft to rotate and a second drive means for driving the shaft 33 to move downwards.
In one embodiment, the waste pipe 10 may also be used as a steam exhaust pipe. The silo cover 17 has at least a communication position (see fig. 14) and a closed position (see fig. 15) and is movable between the communication position and the closed position. When the wash hopper cover 17 moves between the communication position and the closed position, the wash hopper cover 17 is always inside the wash hopper main body 6 and closes the discharge opening 8, that is, the closed position of the wash hopper cover 17 includes the communication position and the closed position. When the washing bin cover 17 is in the communicating position, further when the sealing part 47 is in the communicating position, the sealing part 47 is positioned above the sewage outlet 9 in the washing bin main body 6, the sewage outlet 9 is communicated with the cooking cavity, so that steam generated in the cooking cavity can be discharged to the outside through the discharge outlet 8, the sewage outlet 9 and the sewage discharge pipeline 10. When the washing material bin cover 17 is in the closed position, when the sealing part 47 is in the closed position, the sealing part 47 is positioned below the sewage draining port 9 in the washing material bin main body 6, the sewage draining port 9 is not communicated with the cooking cavity, and at the moment, steam generated in the cooking cavity cannot be discharged through the sewage draining port 9.
In one embodiment, the wash silo cover 17, while being able to open and close the discharge opening 8, may also act as a blowdown valve and open or close the blowdown opening 9 as desired. In particular, when the seal 47 is in the communicating position, the waste outlet 9 is not in communication with the washing chamber. When the sealing portion 47 is in the closed position, the drain outlet 9 communicates with the washing chamber so that a drain operation can be performed. The scheme can omit the use of a drain valve.
Fig. 14 and 15 show the washing bin cover 17 in different closed positions, in particular fig. 14 shows the washing bin cover 17 in a communication position, and fig. 15 shows the washing bin cover 17 in a closed position. Taking the gravity pollution discharge mode as an example, when the material washing bin cover 17 is in the communication position and is used for washing materials, the actions of feeding materials into the material washing cavity, adding water and washing the materials can be carried out; when the washing bin cover 17 is in the communication position and is cooked, steam can be discharged out through the sewage discharge port 9 and the sewage discharge pipeline 10. When the washing bin cover 17 is in the closed position, the sewage discharge action can be performed. In the schemes, the actions of feeding, adding water and washing materials into the washing material cavity can be carried out when the washing material bin cover 17 is at a communicated position, and can also be carried out when the washing material bin cover 17 is at a closed position.
Fig. 16 shows the wash bin cover 17 in an open position. When the material washing bin cover 17 is in the open position and the material is washed, the blanking action can be performed. If needed and/or desired, steam can be discharged through the wash chamber, feed opening 7 when the wash bowl lid 17 is in the open position and cooking takes place.
Fig. 17 to 19 show a cooking appliance of another embodiment, except that the lid 4 is not provided with a drain. The sewage is discharged through a part such as a water pump and a sewage discharge pipe connected thereto. One example is when a blowdown is required, a portion of the blowdown may be placed in the wash chamber, such as by a water pump to pump water. The wash bin assembly 5 is removable with the removable cover 43 to allow simultaneous cleaning of the wash chamber and the removable cover 43. As shown in fig. 19, the removable cover 43 is connected to the wash hopper body 6, and if necessary and/or desired, the removable cover 43 may be integrally formed with the wash hopper body 6.
Fig. 20 to 21 show a further embodiment of the cooking appliance, except that the lid 4 is provided with a steam valve 112 in addition to the sewage pipe 10 and the steam passage 110. The illustrated embodiment only schematically shows a simplified structure of the steam valve 112. The steam valve 112 can be provided to the detachable cover 43 and detachably connected to the pot cover main body 42 together with the detachable cover 43. The steam valve 112 communicates with the cooking cavity and extends to the outside of the lid 4, for example, to the upper surface of the lid main body 42. The steam valve 112 can be removed with the removable cover 43 to clean the removable cover 43, the wash chamber and the steam valve 112 simultaneously. Further reducing the steps of assembling and disassembling parts and simplifying the disassembling and washing process. Alternatively, the steam valve 112 and the removable cover 43 are two separate components, and the steam valve 112 is connected to the removable cover 43 by fastening structures such as screws disposed at intervals. Alternatively, the steam valve 112 may be integrally formed with the removable cover 43.
In other embodiments, the steam valve 112 may be provided to the wash hopper body 6 and connected to the removable lid 43 together with the wash hopper body 6. Alternatively, the steam valve 112 and the washing material bin main body 6 are two independent components, and the steam valve 112 is connected to the washing material bin main body 6 through fastening structures such as screws arranged at intervals. Alternatively, the steam valve 112 may be integrally formed with the wash bin body 6.

Claims (20)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the cooker cover comprises a cooker cover main body and a detachable cover, wherein the detachable cover is positioned on the lower side of the cooker cover main body; and
wash the feed bin subassembly, wash the feed bin subassembly including forming the washing feed bin main part that washes the material chamber, it has pan feeding mouth and bin outlet to wash the material chamber, wash the feed bin subassembly set up in the pot cover and with removable cover is connected, wash the feed bin subassembly with removable cover detachably together is connected to the pot cover main part.
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising a sewage drain pipe, wherein the washing bin main body is provided with a sewage drain, one end of the sewage drain pipe is communicated with the sewage drain, the other end of the sewage drain pipe is provided with an outlet, and a part or all of the sewage drain pipe is connected with the detachable cover and/or the washing bin main body.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein a portion or all of the drain conduit is integrally formed with the wash bin body.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the lid body is provided with a cover portion, the removable lid is provided with a support portion, the cover portion covers the support portion and forms the drain pipe therebetween, and the support portion is connected with the washing bin body.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 4, further comprising a sealing member crimped between the bearing portion and the crimp member, the crimp member secured to the removable cover, the sealing member abutting the cover portion.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the holder is integrally formed with the wash bin body.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein the trapway includes a duct body and a trapway, the trapway extending inside the duct body, the duct body being integrally formed with the wash bin body.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 2,
the washing bin main body is provided with a plurality of drain outlets which are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the washing bin main body, the drain pipes comprise a first pipe and a second pipe, the second pipe is arranged in a ring shape around the washing bin main body and is communicated with the drain outlets, and the first pipe is communicated with the second pipe and extends to the periphery of the pot cover;
or one position of the material washing bin main body is provided with the sewage draining port, the sewage draining pipeline comprises a first pipeline, and the first pipeline is communicated with the sewage draining port and extends to the periphery of the pot cover.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the other end of the waste pipe extends from a periphery of the removable cover.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 2, further comprising a steam channel disposed within and in communication with the drain.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 10, wherein the steam channel has a gap with a side wall of the trapway and/or a top of the steam channel has an outlet.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 11,
the top of the steam channel protrudes upwards from the inner top wall surface of the sewage discharge pipeline,
or the steam channel is arranged below the inner top wall surface of the sewage discharge pipeline, and the size of the steam channel higher than the inner bottom wall surface of the sewage discharge pipeline is larger than 3mm.
13. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, further comprising a pot body, wherein the pot cover covers the pot body and forms a cooking cavity with the pot body, the pot cover and the pot body are configured into a square body, the outlet of the sewage pipeline is positioned at the corner of the pot cover, the pot body is provided with an inlet joint, and the inlet of the inlet joint is butted with the outlet of the sewage pipeline.
14. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the wash bin assembly further comprises a wash bin cover movably disposed within the wash chamber, the wash bin cover being movable between at least a communication position and a closed position and including a seal, the drain communicating with the cooking chamber below the lid to drain steam from the cooking chamber when the seal is in the communication position, the drain not communicating with the cooking chamber when the seal is in the closed position.
15. The cooking appliance of claim 14, wherein the wash bowl cover is movable between an open position opening the discharge opening and a closed position covering the discharge opening; and/or the washing bin assembly further comprises a stirring piece, wherein the stirring piece is positioned in the washing cavity and connected with the washing bin cover.
16. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 13,
also comprises a steam valve which is arranged on the detachable cover and is detachably connected with the main body of the pot cover together with the detachable cover,
or the steam valve is arranged in the material washing bin main body and is connected to the detachable cover together with the material washing bin main body.
17. The cooking appliance of any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the lid body is provided with a magnetic member, at least a portion of the removable lid being a magnetic portion, the removable lid when connected to the lid body having a magnetic attraction with the lid body.
18. The cooking appliance of claim 17,
the magnetic component is a magnet or an electromagnet, and the magnetic part is a magnet or an electromagnet;
or the magnetic component is a magnet or an electromagnet, and the magnetic part is one of iron, nickel, cobalt, ferritic steel, martensitic steel and austenitic-ferritic dual-phase steel;
or the magnetic component is one of iron, nickel, cobalt, ferritic steel, martensitic steel and austenite-ferrite dual-phase steel, and the magnetic part is a magnet or an electromagnet.
19. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 13,
the lower surface of the detachable cover is provided with a gripping part which protrudes downwards;
and/or the pot cover main body is provided with a mounting groove, the detachable cover is positioned in the mounting groove, and the shape of the mounting groove is matched with that of the detachable cover.
20. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 13,
the washing bin assembly further comprises a washing bin cover and a stirring piece, the stirring piece is located in the washing cavity and connected with the washing bin cover, the washing bin cover can move between an opening position for opening the discharge port and a closing position for covering the discharge port, and the driving assembly is arranged above the washing bin assembly and used for driving the stirring piece to rotate and the washing bin cover to linearly move;
the washing device comprises a feeding port, a feeding cavity, a washing cavity, a discharging cavity, a feeding port, a discharging pipe and a discharging pipe, wherein the feeding port is connected with the feeding port through a pipeline;
and/or the washing machine further comprises a storage bin and a feeding part, wherein the feeding part is used for conveying the food materials in the storage bin to the washing cavity through the feeding port.
