Preferably, the height and width of the spoiler rib 71 are less than 10mm. The turbulence ribs 71 may be configured in a straight line shape, an arc shape, an S shape, or the like, and one or more turbulence ribs 71 may be provided.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the stirring body is provided with a plurality of water passing ports 19a (described later) arranged in a circumferential direction thereof.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the wash bin cover 17 comprises a cover plate 53, an additional cover plate 54 and a sealing portion 47 provided between the cover plate 53 and the additional cover plate 54. The cover plate 53 is connected to the stirring body 19 below the stirring body 19, and the outer periphery of the sealing portion 47 is sealed against the inner periphery of the side wall portion 6.
In a preferred embodiment, the sealing portion 47 is configured as a sheet and is clamped between the cover plate 53 and the additional cover plate 54. In the clamped state, a part of the outer periphery of the sealing portion 47 is exposed from the cover plate 53 and the additional cover plate 54, thereby forming a seal with the side wall portion 6. The seal 47 can be made of soft glue, such as rubber, silicone or the like, and the cover plate 53 and the additional cover plate 54 are preferably made of hard glue, so that the deformation of the entire washing silo cover 17 due to the use of soft glue alone is avoided. Illustratively, the cover plate 53, the sealing portion 47 and the additional cover plate 54 may be fixed together by means of screw fastening. In this embodiment, the wash hopper cover 17 does not rotate with the stirring body 19, so that the seal portion 47 can be prevented from being worn.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the stirring assembly 18 further includes a limiting portion 56, and the cross section of the limiting portion 56 is circular. The stopper portion 56 includes a protruding portion 57 and a peripheral portion 58 provided around the protruding portion 57, the peripheral portion 58 being spaced from the protruding portion 57 in the radial direction of the stopper portion 56. The cross-section of the projection 57 is non-circular in shape, for example, in the illustrated embodiment, the cross-section of the projection 57 is square.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the stirring body 19 is provided with a connection port 55, and the connection port 55 penetrates the stirring body 19 in the height direction of the stirring body 19. The stirring body 19 has a hollow sleeve portion 59 extending downward, and the hollow portion of the sleeve portion 59 forms a part of the connection port 55. The stirring body 19 is also provided with a recess 60 which opens downwardly, the sleeve portion 59 extending into the recess 60. The stopper 56 is connected to the connection port 55 below the connection port 55. Specifically, the projection 57 of the stopper portion 56 is inserted into the connection port 55, and the peripheral edge portion 58 is fitted around the outer periphery of the sleeve portion 59. Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the connection port 55 matches the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 57, being a non-circular shape, so that the stirring body 19 can rotate together with the stopper portion 56. In the illustrated embodiment, the connection port 55 has a square cross-section.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cover plate 53 is provided with a coupling head 61 projecting outward in the axial direction thereof, the coupling head 61 projecting toward the recessed portion 60, the coupling head 61 extending into the recessed portion 60 and being capable of abutting the peripheral edge portion 58 of the stopper portion 56. In a preferred embodiment, the coupling head 61 includes an axially extending portion 62 axially extending from the cover plate 53 and a radially extending portion 63 extending inwardly in a radial direction of the cover plate 53 from an end of the axially extending portion 62. The axial extension 62 is circular in cross-section and extends into the recess 60. In the assembled state, as shown in fig. 3, the radially extending portion 63 extends between the bottom of the recessed portion 60 and the peripheral edge portion 58 of the stopper portion 56, and the upper surface of the radially extending portion 63 abuts the bottom of the recessed portion 60 and the lower surface abuts above the peripheral edge portion 58. This arrangement enables the stirring body 19, the stopper portion 56, and the cover plate 53 to move up and down together. As shown in fig. 3, 9 and 10, the connection head 61 is provided with a plurality of through holes 61a uniformly along the circumferential direction thereof, and the plurality of through holes 61a communicate with the plurality of drain holes 19a of the stirring main body 19. A plurality of through holes 61a are provided at regular intervals on the axially extending portion 62 of the coupling head 61.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, preferably, the washing bin assembly 5 further comprises a top cover 20, the top cover 20 can cover the side wall portion 6, and the feeding port 7 is disposed on the top cover 20. Preferably, the top cover 20 is removably attached to the side wall portion 6 to facilitate the unpicking and washing operation of the wash bin assembly 5.
As shown in fig. 2-3 and 8, the stirring assembly 18 further includes a drive shaft 33 and a connecting shaft 27 connected to the drive shaft 33. The connecting shaft 27 is a hollow structure, and the inner surface thereof is provided with a tooth-like structure extending in the height direction thereof. The drive shaft 33 has a first end 38 and a second end 39, the first end 38 being connected to the inside of the connecting shaft 27, and the first end 38 being provided with a toothing cooperating with the toothing of the connecting shaft 27, so that the connecting shaft 27 can bring the drive shaft 33 into rotation together, and the drive shaft 33 can move up and down in the connecting shaft 27 relative to the connecting shaft 27. The second end 39 is inserted into the connecting opening 55 of the stirring body 19 and extends down into the connecting head 61 of the cover plate. Preferably, the second end 39 has a shape matching the shape of the connection port 55, and in the illustrated embodiment, the second end 39 has a square cross-section so that the driving shaft 33 can rotate and move the stirring body 19 up and down together. Preferably, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the outer circumference of the driving shaft 33 and the inner circumference of the protruding portion 57 are provided with a screw structure, an internal thread 66 and an external thread 67, respectively, which are engaged with each other.
With further reference to fig. 3, the top cover 20 is provided with a downwardly extending recess 35, and the connecting shaft 27 is disposed in the recess 35. The bottom of the recess 35 and the bottom of the connecting shaft 27 are provided with corresponding first and second through holes, respectively, through which the driving shaft 33 extends to be connected inside the connecting shaft 27 through the first and second through holes 36 and 37.
Preferably, the washtub assembly 5 further comprises an elastic member (not shown), which may be configured as a spring. The resilient member is fitted over the drive shaft 33 inside the connecting shaft 27, and the first end 38 of the drive shaft 33 has a flange portion 41 extending radially outward of the drive shaft 33 to restrain the resilient member in position. The elastic member may restore the driving shaft 33 and the agitating body 19 connected to the driving shaft 33 upward.
Drive assembly
In one embodiment, the cooking appliance 1 further comprises a drive assembly capable of driving at least a portion of the stirring assembly 18 to rotate to complete the process of washing and throwing rice; and is capable of driving at least a portion of the agitator assembly 18 together with the wash bin cover 17 between an open position and a closed position to complete a rice feeding operation or the like. In addition, the drive assembly is also capable of driving the feed magazine 16 to move between the first and second positions.
The drive assembly is disposed in the magazine or at least a portion of the drive assembly is disposed in the feed mechanism 15. In one embodiment, the drive assembly is located at least partially within the storage bin 13, or the drive assembly is located at least partially outside the storage bin 13 but within the space enclosed by the storage bin 13. In the illustrated embodiment, a portion of the drive assembly is disposed in the feed mechanism 15. In particular, the drive assembly is not provided on the lid 4. Because the driving assembly is usually driven by electricity, the scheme can facilitate the cleaning operation of the pot cover 4 and the washing bin assembly 5 by arranging the driving assembly at a position outside the pot cover 4, ensure the safety, and can simplify the manufacturing process without considering the water resistance in the manufacturing stage of the pot cover 4.
The drive assembly includes a drive shaft 26, the drive shaft 26 being engageable with the connecting shaft 27 and capable of driving the connecting shaft 27 to rotate, and the drive shaft 26 being engageable with a drive shaft 33 and capable of driving the drive shaft 33 to move downward. The structure of the driving assembly will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 2, the driving assembly includes a first driving device 21 and a first transmission device connected to the first driving device 21. The first driving device 21 is disposed in the storage bin 13, and the first driving device 21 may be a motor, for example. The feeding mechanism 15 is connected to a first transmission, via which a first drive 21 drives the feeding mechanism 15 between the first and the second position.
In a preferred embodiment, the first transmission means comprises a screw member 22 and a nut member 23 screw-coupled to the screw member 22. The screw member 22 is connected to an output shaft of the first driving device 21, and the first driving device 21 can drive the screw member 22 to rotate in the forward direction and in the reverse direction. When the first driving means 21 drives the screw member 22 to rotate in the forward direction and in the reverse direction, the nut member 23 can move up and down correspondingly. The nut member 23 is attached to the outer wall of the feed bin 16, whereby the nut member 23 can move the entire feed bin 16 up and down between the first position and the second position.
It will be appreciated that the feed magazine 16 can only move within the limits of the screw member 22, preferably the feed magazine 16 moves up and down within the range of 0-200 mm. The position of the feeding hopper 16 can be controlled by providing a first position detecting device (not shown) in the feeding mechanism 15.
The first position detecting device can detect the position of the feeding bin 16 in the machine body 11. When the first position detecting device detects that the feeding bin 16 is at the first position or the second position, a signal can be sent to the first driving device 21, so that the first driving device 21 stops driving the feeding bin 16 to move.
In one embodiment, the first position detecting device comprises a first optical coupler plate, a second optical coupler plate and a third optical coupler plate which are arranged at intervals up and down, and the second optical coupler plate and the third optical coupler plate can detect on-off information of a signal. The feeding bin 16 may be provided with an extending rib. When the feeding bin 16 moves up and down to the extending rib to pass through the first optical coupling plate, the first position detection device judges that the feeding bin 16 reaches the first position. When the feeding bin 16 moves up and down to the extending rib to pass through the second optical coupling plate, the first position detection device judges that the feeding bin 16 reaches the second position. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments not shown, other suitable first position detection means may be selected, such as a microswitch or the like.
Preferably, the drive assembly further comprises a second drive (not shown) and a second transmission connected to the second drive, the second drive and the second transmission being arranged in the feed magazine 16 such that both the second drive and the second transmission can move up and down with the feed magazine 16.
The second drive means may be a motor. A second transmission is engageable with the stirring assembly 18, the second drive being configured to drive the stirring assembly 18 in rotation via the second transmission. Therefore, the second drive means may also be referred to as a rotational drive means.
In a preferred embodiment, the second driving device may further comprise a gearbox, and an output shaft of the gearbox is directly connected with the second transmission device to drive the second transmission device to rotate. In another embodiment, when the motor as the second driving device is continuously variable-speed-controlled, the transmission may not be provided. The second transmission device comprises a sliding shaft 25 connected with an output shaft of the second driving device and a transmission shaft 26 connected with the sliding shaft 25, the second driving device can drive the sliding shaft 25 to rotate, and the sliding shaft 25 can drive the transmission shaft 26 to rotate. As shown in fig. 11-14, one end of the transmission shaft 26 has a profile shape that fits the sliding shaft 25 so that the sliding shaft 25 can rotate the transmission shaft 26, and in the illustrated embodiment, the cross-section of the end of the transmission shaft 26 has a hexagonal shape. In order to further enhance the degree of fit between the sliding shaft and the transmission shaft, the end of the transmission shaft 26 provided with the special shape is further provided with a thread structure to prevent the sliding shaft and the transmission shaft from being disengaged from each other. The other end of the drive shaft 26 has a toothed configuration. When in the washing state, the transmission shaft 26 can engage with the connecting shaft 27 and rotate the connecting shaft 27, and the connecting shaft 27 rotates the driving shaft 33 and the stirring body 19.
Preferably, the drive assembly further comprises a third drive and a third transmission connected to the third drive, the third drive and the third transmission being arranged in the magazine 16 such that both the third drive and the third transmission can move up and down with the magazine 16.
The third driving means may be a motor. A third actuator can be engaged with the stirring assembly 18, and a third driving device can drive a part of the third actuator to move up and down, and the third actuator drives the stirring main body 19 to move down.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the third transmission means includes a first gear 29 connected to an output shaft of the third driving means, a second gear 30 engaged with the first gear 29, and a drive screw 31. The third driving means is capable of driving the first gear 29 in forward and reverse rotation, whereby the second gear 30 can also be rotated in both directions, respectively. The second gear 30 has an inner bore through which the second gear 30 is fitted outside the drive screw 31, the inner bore having an internal thread which is fitted with the external thread of the drive screw 31. Thus, when the second gear 30 rotates in both directions, respectively, the drive screw 31 can move upward or downward in accordance with the normal rotation or reverse rotation of the second gear 30.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 15, the driving screw 31 is provided with a limiting rib 75 and a positioning rib 76, and the feeding bin 16 is provided with a limiting groove matched with the limiting rib 75 and a hole matched with the positioning rib 76. This arrangement can restrict the drive screw 31 from moving only up and down and not rotating. Preferably, the range of up and down movement of the driving screw 31 is 0 to 500mm, and the position of the driving screw 31 can be controlled by providing a second position detecting means in the feeding mechanism 15. The structure and operation principle of the second position detecting device are similar to those of the first position detecting device, and are not described herein again for brevity. In one embodiment, the positioning rib 76 extends from the hole to engage with the optical coupler plate of the second position sensing device.
The drive screw 31 is sleeved outside the drive shaft 26. Preferably, the bottom of the transmission shaft 26 is provided with a step portion 34 extending outwards along the radial direction of the transmission shaft 26, and the transmission screw 31 is limited between the step portion 34 and the sliding shaft 25 above, so that the relative displacement of the transmission screw 31 can be avoided, and the precision of the movement can be further ensured.
Water inlet and outlet assembly
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a first waterway 33a is further provided in the washing hopper body 52, and the first waterway 33a extends to the lower side of the stirring body 19 and extends into the connecting head 61 of the cover plate. The first water path 33a is communicated with the material washing cavity through a through hole 61a on the connecting head 61 and a water passing opening 19a on the stirring main body 19.
In a preferred embodiment, the first waterway 33a is configured as a water inlet line. Through setting up first water route 33a into water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe of can being convenient for extends to washing material chamber bottom department, can realize intaking washing material chamber bottom department to can be convenient for moist and wash the material and then wash the material more fully.
In another preferred embodiment, the first waterway 33a is configured as a drain line. Through setting up first water route 33a into water drainage pipeline, can be convenient for water drainage pipeline extends to washing material chamber bottom department, can realize washing material chamber bottom and drawing water in the bottom of material to can be convenient for wash the sewage extraction of material chamber bottom and material department cleaner.
In the illustrated preferred embodiment, the first water path 33a is configured as a common water inlet and outlet channel, that is, a common water inlet and outlet channel in the cavity, that is, the first water path 33a can be used for feeding water into the washing material cavity and discharging water from the washing material cavity, so that the space in the washing material cavity can be saved, and the structure of the washing material bin assembly can be simplified.
In other embodiments not shown, a separate water inlet channel and a separate water outlet channel may be disposed in the washing chamber, the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel are separately disposed, the water inlet channel may be used for feeding water into the washing chamber, and the water outlet channel may be used for discharging water from the washing chamber.
Preferably, the driving shaft 33 is constructed in a hollow structure, and the first water passage 33a is provided inside the driving shaft 33. The scheme can further simplify the structure inside the washing bin, so that the structure of the washing bin is more compact, and the occupied space of parts inside the washing bin is reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, 11 and 12, the drive shaft 26 is preferably configured as a hollow structure, and a second water passage 26a (as an example of a common passage for water to enter and exit the body) is provided in the drive shaft 26. The second waterway 26a may also be configured as a common water supply and drain line, similar to the first waterway 33 a. That is, the second waterway is configured as both the water inlet line and the water discharge line. The second water path 26a can communicate with the first water path 33a in the drive shaft 33 via the drive of the drive assembly together with the drive shaft 26. That is to say, water can circulate through the second water route 26a in the organism and the first water route 33a in the washing material intracavity, and this scheme makes the pot cover need not to set up other water route except washing the material chamber, consequently makes the part of pot cover except that washing the feed bin subassembly can need not to consider waterproofly when manufacturing, and then has simplified the structure of pot cover, has increased the convenience of manufacturing.
In order to ensure the sealing between the first waterway 33a and the second waterway 26a, a sealing ring 68 is preferably disposed between the driving shaft 26 and the driving shaft 33, and the sealing ring 68 is preferably formed at the first end 38 of the driving shaft 33. Illustratively, the sealing ring 68 may be formed on the driving shaft 33 by injection molding.
In a preferred embodiment, the cooking appliance 1 further comprises a water inlet assembly comprising a clean water tank 81 and a water inlet pipe 91. The clear water tank 81 is detachably provided on the body 11 so that a user can conveniently perform a water adding operation. The clean water tank 81 is arranged close to the material storage mechanism, and the clean water tank 81 can be butted with the material washing cavity through a water inlet pipeline 91. Preferably, the water inlet line 91 is at least partially disposed in the body 11, and the first waterway 33a is configured as a portion of the water inlet line 91. The first end of inlet channel 91 can with wash the material chamber intercommunication. In the present embodiment, the first end of the water inlet pipe 91 is the first end of the first water passage 33 a. A second end of the water inlet line 91 communicates with the clean water tank 81. It will be appreciated that the second end of the water inlet line 91 may also be in communication with the outside in the case where a clean water tank is not provided.
In a preferred embodiment, the cooking appliance 1 further comprises a drain assembly comprising the sump 48 and the drain line 93. The sewage tank 48 is detachably provided to the body 11 so that a user can wash the sewage tank 48 or dump sewage in the sewage tank 48. The sewage tank 48 is arranged below the clean water tank 81, and the clean water tank 81 and the sewage tank 48 are arranged on the opposite side of the machine body from the storage bin. The sump 48 may be interfaced with the wash chamber via a drain line 93. Preferably, the drain line 93 is at least partially provided in the body, and the above-mentioned first waterway 33a is configured as a part of the drain line 93. A first end of the drain line 93 can communicate with the wash chamber. In the present embodiment, the first end of the drain line 93 is also the first end of the first water passage 33 a. A second end of the drain line 93 communicates with the sewage tank 48. It will be appreciated that the second end of the drain line 93 may also communicate with the outside in the case where the sump 48 is not provided. The body 11 further includes an accommodating seat 83 provided adjacent to the base 12, and the sewage tank 48 is removably provided in the accommodating seat 83.
As shown in fig. 2, the water inlet line 91 and the water discharge line 93 have at least a portion of a common line 94. The common line 94 may be used as a water inlet line as desired or as a water discharge line as desired. Preferably, the common conduit 94 is disposed proximate to the wash hopper body 52. The first water passage 33a and the second water passage 26a are part of the common pipe 94. As shown in fig. 2, the common pipeline 94 includes, in addition to the first waterway 33a disposed in the washing chamber and the second waterway 26a disposed in the driving shaft 26, an additional common pipeline section disposed outside the driving shaft 26, which extends through the sliding shaft 25 to be connected to the water pump 92 (see below). As can be seen from fig. 2, the rest of the common pipeline except for the first water channel 33a in the washing material cavity is arranged in the machine body. The scheme ensures that the part of the pot cover except the washing bin component can be waterproof without consideration during manufacturing, thereby simplifying the structure of the pot cover and increasing the manufacturing convenience.
As shown in fig. 2, the cooking appliance 1 further includes a water pump 92, and the water pump 92 is disposed on a common pipe 94. In the illustrated embodiment, the number of water pumps 92 is 1. The water pump 92 is provided with a switching device (not shown) which can switch between water intake and water discharge. That is, the water discharge end of the water pump 92 may be used as the water inlet end by switching the switching device, and vice versa. The structure of the conversion device may be a conventional structure known in the art and will not be described herein. Cooking utensil 1 still includes switching-over valve 95, and switching-over valve 95 is connected at the tip of keeping away from the washing feed bin main part of sharing pipeline 94, and switching-over valve 95 communicates with water inlet pipe 91 and drain line 93 respectively to switch on water inlet pipe 91 or drain line 93 as required. In a preferred embodiment, the directional valve 95 is configured as a solenoid valve.
In another embodiment, not shown, the cooking appliance comprises two water pumps, namely a first water pump which can communicate the common line 94 with the water inlet line 91 to initiate a water inlet operation, and a second water pump which can communicate the common line 94 with the water discharge line 93 to initiate a water discharge operation.
In one embodiment, the cooking appliance further comprises a control unit, which may be coupled with the first, second, third drive, water pump 92 and diverter valve 95 to control the actions of the above components.
In a preferred embodiment, the electric parts (such as the motor, the heating device, the temperature measuring device and the like) in the cooking utensil are all arranged on the machine body and the pot body, so that the pot cover has no electric parts, the pot cover can be manufactured without considering water resistance and can be cleaned more conveniently, when the pot cover is detachable from the pot body, the pot cover can be detached and cleaned independently, and the pot cover can be washed under a tap or cleaned in a basin due to the fact that the pot cover has no electric parts. Or the electrified components are all arranged on the machine body, so that the pot cover and the pot body have no electrified components. The pot cover and the pot body are both provided with no electrified part, so that the whole body does not need to consider water resistance, and even the pot cover and the pot body can be placed under a water tap for washing.
The whole working process of the cooking appliance 1 according to the preferred embodiment is described below:
when a rice-cutting operation is intended, the first drive means 21 may drive the first transmission means to move, so that the first transmission means may drive the feeding bin 16 to move downwards from the first position to the second position. When the feed bin 16 is in the second position, the feed bin 16 is in communication with both the outlet 14 of the storage bin 13 and the feed inlet 7. When the rice is in a rice-discharging state, the feeding hole can be communicated with the outlet 14 of the storage bin 13, and the discharging hole can be communicated with the feeding hole 7 of the washing bin assembly 5, so that the materials in the storage bin 13 enter the feeding bin 16 through the feeding hole and then enter the washing bin assembly 5 through the discharging hole. The amount of rice flowing into the washing chamber can be calculated by time.
After the blanking operation is completed or at the same time of the blanking operation, the control unit can control the water pump 92 to be started, and the reversing valve 95 conducts the water inlet pipeline 91, so that water in the clean water tank is introduced into the material washing bin main body through the water inlet pipeline 91 to prepare for the material washing operation.
When the feeding operation and the discharging operation are completed, the first driving device 21 drives the first transmission device to act, and preferably, the first transmission device can drive the feeding bin 16 to move upwards to the third position. Wherein the third position is between the first position and the second position. When in the third position, the feed bin 16 is not in communication with the outlet 14 of the storage bin 13 and the feed inlet 7 of the wash bin assembly 5. According to the scheme, the third position is arranged, so that the stroke of the up-and-down movement of the transmission shaft 26 can be divided into sections to the feeding bin 16, the movement stroke of the transmission shaft 26 can be reduced, and the phenomenon that the transmission shaft 26 is too long is avoided.
When a washing operation is intended, the third driving means may drive the first gear 29 to rotate, the first gear 29 drives the second gear 30 to rotate, the second gear 30 drives the transmission screw 31 to move downwards, and the transmission shaft 26 also moves downwards along with the transmission screw 31 to be engaged with the connecting shaft 27 of the washing bin assembly 5 due to the transmission screw 31 being sleeved on the outside of the transmission shaft 26. The second drive means can now be opened so that the second drive means drives the transmission shaft 26 in rotation, so that the transmission shaft 26 can drive the connection shaft 27 in rotation. When the connecting shaft 27 is rotated, the driving shaft 33 engaged with the connecting shaft 27 and the agitating body 19 may be rotated, so that the washing operation may be performed. The material washing cavity is filled with materials and water, and the materials and the water are stirred together under the driving of the stirring main body 19.
When the washing operation is completed with the intention of draining, the control unit may control the water pump 92 to be turned on, and the direction change valve 95 opens the drain line 93, thereby introducing the sewage in the washing chamber into the sewage tank 48 via the drain line 93.
When the draining is completed and the rice is going to be discharged, the third driving device is controlled to be opened to drive the transmission screw 31 to continue moving downwards, and the transmission screw 31 pushes the driving shaft 33 downwards, so that the stirring body 19 can be moved downwards to leave the washing cavity. When the stirring main body 19 moves downwards to leave the washing cavity, the third driving device is controlled to stop acting, and the second driving device is controlled to be opened, so that the stirring main body 19 can be driven to rotate, and the washed rice is thrown into the inner pot 3.
After throwing the rice into the inner pot, or while throwing the rice into the inner pot, the control unit can control the water pump 92 to be opened, and the reversing valve 95 conducts the water inlet pipeline 91, so that the water in the clean water tank is introduced into the material washing cavity through the water inlet pipeline 91 and flows into the inner pot through the material washing cavity to prepare for cooking.

According to the cooking utensil 1 of the embodiment, the inner pot 3, the pot cover 4, the washing bin assembly 5, the clean water tank 81 and the sewage tank 48 can be easily detached for washing, and the cleaning process of the whole cooking utensil 1 is simplified.

Claims (26)

1. A cooking appliance, characterized in that the cooking appliance (1) comprises:
a body (11);
the cooker assembly comprises a cooker cover and a cooker body;
the washing bin assembly (5) is arranged in the pot cover and comprises a discharge hole and a washing bin cover, the washing bin cover is movable and is provided with an opening position for opening the discharge hole and a closing position for covering the discharge hole, the washing bin assembly comprises a washing bin main body (52) which is surrounded into a washing cavity, and the washing cavity is communicated with the pot body through the discharge hole;
a water intake assembly including a water intake conduit (91) at least partially disposed in the housing, a first end of the water intake conduit being communicable with the wash chamber;
a drain assembly including a drain line (93) at least partially disposed in the housing, a first end of the drain line being communicable with the wash chamber,
wherein the water inlet line and the water discharge line have at least a partially common line (94).
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein a second end of the water inlet line is in communication with the outside or the water inlet assembly comprises a clean water tank, the second end being in communication with the clean water tank;
the second end of the drainage pipeline is communicated with the outside, or the water inlet assembly comprises a sewage tank, and the second end of the drainage pipeline is communicated with the sewage tank.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the common conduit (94) is disposed proximate to the wash bin body (52).
4. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein an intracavity water inlet channel and an intracavity water outlet channel are provided in the washing chamber, the intracavity water inlet channel and the intracavity water outlet channel being capable of communicating with the common line, respectively.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein the common conduit further comprises a common intra-cavity water inlet and outlet channel located in the washing cavity, the common intra-cavity water inlet and outlet channel comprising an intra-cavity water inlet channel and an intra-cavity water outlet channel, and the common intra-cavity water inlet channel and the common intra-cavity water outlet channel are the same channel.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 1, further comprising a water pump (92) disposed on the common conduit.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance includes a first water pump and a second water pump, the first water pump communicating the common line and the water inlet line, the second water pump communicating the common line and the water drain line.
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein a switching device is arranged on the water pump, the switching device can realize switching between water inlet and water discharge, and the cooking appliance further comprises a reversing valve (95) which is connected to the end part of the common pipeline far away from the washing bin main body and is respectively communicated with the water inlet pipeline and the water discharge pipeline to conduct the water inlet pipeline or the water discharge pipeline.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the wash bin assembly comprises:
an agitation assembly (18) comprising an agitation body (19) rotatably disposed in the wash chamber;
a drive shaft (33) disposed within the washing bin body and capable of being driven to rotate, the drive shaft being connected to the stirring body,
the driving shaft is of a hollow structure, a first water channel (33 a) is arranged in the driving shaft, the first water channel is communicated with the material washing cavity, and the first water channel is one part of the common pipeline.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the wash bin cover is movably disposed below the stirring body.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 10, wherein the drive shaft is connected to the wash bin cover, the drive shaft being drivable to move up and down.
12. The cooking appliance according to claim 10, wherein the stirring body is provided with a water passage opening (19 a), the drive shaft extends below the stirring body and the first water path communicates with the washing chamber at least through the water passage opening.
13. Cooking appliance according to claim 12, wherein the washing bin cover comprises a cover plate (53) connected to the stirring body below the stirring body, the cover plate being provided with a connecting head (61) projecting outwards in its axial direction, the connecting head being provided with at least one through hole (61 a) in its circumferential direction, the through hole communicating with the water passage opening, the drive shaft extending into the connecting head.
14. The cooking appliance of claim 13, wherein the wash bowl cover further comprises a sealing portion (47) connected to the cover plate, the sealing portion configured to seal the discharge opening in the closed position.
15. The cooking appliance according to claim 13, wherein the stirring body is provided with a connection port (55), the driving shaft has a first end (38) which can be driven to rotate and move up and down and a second end (39) which is inserted into the connection port, the second end has a non-circular shape in cross section, and the connection port has a shape which is matched with the second end.
16. The cooking appliance of claim 15, wherein the stirring assembly further comprises a retaining portion (56) connected in the connection port, the second end of the drive shaft extending through the retaining portion, the cover plate being engageable with the retaining portion.
17. The cooking appliance according to claim 16, wherein the stopper portion has a protruding portion (57) and a peripheral portion (58) provided around the protruding portion, the peripheral portion being spaced apart from the protruding portion in a radial direction of the stopper portion, the stirring body has a sleeve portion (59) extending downward, the connection port being partially formed in the sleeve portion, the protruding portion being inserted into the connection port, the peripheral portion being fitted around an outer periphery of the sleeve portion.
18. The cooking appliance of claim 17, wherein the protrusion has a cross-sectional shape that mates with the connection port, and/or
The outer periphery of the driving shaft and the inner periphery of the protruding portion are respectively provided with thread structures which are matched with each other.
19. The cooking appliance according to claim 17, wherein the stirring body is provided with a downwardly open recess (60), the sleeve portion extends into the recess, and the connecting head extends into the recess and abuts the peripheral portion.

The cooking appliance according to claim 19, wherein the connecting head comprises an axially extending portion (62) and a radially extending portion (63) extending inwardly in a radial direction of the cover plate from an end of the axially extending portion, the axially extending portion being circular in cross section, the through hole being provided on the axially extending portion, an upper surface of the radially extending portion abutting a bottom of the recess and a lower surface abutting above the peripheral portion.
21. The cooking appliance according to claim 13, wherein the connection head is provided with a plurality of through holes along a circumferential direction thereof, and/or the stirring body is provided with a plurality of the drainage ports arranged along a circumferential direction thereof.
22. The cooking appliance according to claim 11, characterized in that it comprises a drive assembly comprising a transmission shaft (26) that can be driven to rotate and/or move up and down, said transmission shaft being able to cooperate with said drive shaft (33).
23. The cooking appliance according to claim 22, wherein the transmission shaft is a hollow structure, and a second waterway (26 a) capable of communicating with the first waterway is provided in the transmission shaft, and the second waterway is a part of the common waterway.
24. The cooking appliance according to claim 23, wherein a sealing ring (68) is provided between the drive shaft and the drive shaft, the sealing ring being formed on the drive shaft or the drive shaft.
