The embodiment of the invention provides a cooking appliance 100, and the cooking appliance 100 can be an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker or other electric heating appliances. In addition, the cooking appliance 100 may have other functions such as cooking porridge and cooking soup in addition to the function of cooking rice.
The cooking appliance 100 according to the present embodiment may take various configurations, and as an example, the cooking appliance 100 according to the present embodiment generally includes a pot body 10. The cooker body is provided with a cover body 30. The shape of the lid body 30 substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot body 10. For example, the cover 30 may have a rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape. The lid body 30 is provided to the pot body 10 in an openable and closable manner, and is used to cover the entire top of the pot body 10 or at least the inner pot 20 of the pot body 10. When the lid 30 is closed over the pot body 10, a cooking space is formed between the lid 30 and the pot body 10 (specifically, the inner pot 20 of the pot body 10).
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cover 30 further includes a steam generating device 40 therein for generating steam for assisting cooking. Accordingly, a first steam channel 31 is provided on the cover 30. The steam generating device 40 can communicate with the cooking space through the first steam passage 31 so as to guide steam into the cooking space for assisting in cooking. Taking an electric cooker as an example, the specific operation of the auxiliary cooking may be that, in the cooking process, the steam generated by the steam generating device 40 is introduced into the cooking space and heated from above the rice, so that the rice can be uniformly heated, and the heating efficiency is improved; alternatively, after the rice is cooked, the steam generated by the steam generator 40 may be introduced into the cooking space to keep the rice warm and fresh, thereby maintaining a good taste.
The steam generating device 40 generally comprises two parts, a steam generating assembly 41 and a steam cover 42. The steam generating assembly 41 is provided with a steam generating chamber 43 for containing water to be heated for generating steam. Furthermore, the steam generating assembly 41 comprises heating means 44 for heating the water in the steam generating chamber 43 to generate steam. Therefore, the heating device 44 may be preferably disposed below or at a side portion of the steam generating chamber 43. The heating device 44 may be configured to include a heating plate 441 and an electrothermal tube 442.
A second steam passage 421 is generally provided on the steam cover 42. When the steam cover 42 is in the closed state, the second steam passage 421 is butted against the first steam passage 31. Therefore, the steam generated in the steam generating chamber 43 can flow into the second steam passage 421, continue to flow, enter the first steam passage 31, and enter the cooking space under the cover 30.
The cover 30 may also be provided with a steam valve 32. A third steam passage 33 is provided through the steam valve 32. When the lid body 30 covers the pot body 10, the cooking space may communicate with the outside, for example, the outside atmosphere, through the third steam passage 33 of the steam valve 32.
A control device 60 (which may be understood as a conventional controller, such as an MCU) is also provided in the cooking appliance 100. The control means 60 may be provided in the lid 30 or in the pot body 10. The control device 60 implements various functions by controlling various modules in the cooking appliance 100. As shown in fig. 6, the cooking utensil 100 includes a heating module 50, a lid open/close detection device 51, a steam lid open/close detection device 52, a presentation device 53, a lid locking device 54, a steam lid locking device 55, and a control device 60.
The heating module 50 is used for heating food materials in the cooking space of the cooking appliance 100. A heating module 50 may be provided in the pot body 10, which may heat the inner pot 20 at the bottom and/or the side of the inner pot 20. The heating module 50 may be an electric heating tube or an induction heating device such as a solenoid coil. In the structure in which the cooking appliance 100 includes a detachable base, the heating module 50 may also be provided in the base of the cooking appliance 100.
The steam cover open/close detecting device 52 is used for detecting whether the steam cover 42 is in the closed position. In one embodiment, the steam cover opening and closing detection device 52 may be a displacement sensor disposed on the steam cover 42, and a bump is disposed on the displacement sensor (when the steam cover 42 is closed, the bump of the displacement sensor is pressed down). Therefore, when the displacement amount generated by the salient point is larger than the preset displacement amount, it is determined that the steam cover 42 is in the closed position, and when the displacement amount generated by the salient point is smaller than or equal to the preset displacement amount, it is determined that the steam cover 42 is in the non-closed position. The steam cover open/close detecting device 52 may also be a photoelectric switch or a microswitch.
The cover opening/closing detection device 51 is used to detect whether the cover 30 is in the closed position. The cover opening and closing detection device 51 may be a magnetic reed switch and a magnetic field generation device, or a photoelectric switch, or a micro switch or other displacement sensor. The specific example of the cover open/close detection device 51 given herein is similar to the specific structure and principle of the steam cover open/close detection device 52, and will not be described in detail herein for brevity.
The cover locking device 54 is used for switching the locking and unlocking of the cover 30 according to the instruction of the control device 60. When the cooking utensil 100 is powered off, the lid lock device 54 is in the locked state. In the locked state, the user cannot open the cover 30, i.e., the cover 30 is locked in the closed position. If the lid locking means 54 is in the unlocked state, the user is free to open the lid 30 to add or remove food to the inner pot 20. The cover locking device 54 may include an electromagnet and a push rod, the cover locking device 54 being electronically connected to the control device 60, the electromagnet actuating the push rod based on the control device to lock the cover 30 in the closed position or unlock the cover 30 so that the cover 30 may be opened.
The steam cover locking device 55 may be provided to be movable between a locked position and an unlocked position in response to the cover body 30 being opened and closed, and specifically, the steam cover locking device 55 is configured to lock the steam cover 42 in the closed position when in the locked position, where the steam cover 42 cannot be opened. The steam cover locking device 55 can adopt a common bolt structure, and when the cover body 30 is opened, the steam cover 42 can be locked at the closed position by using the gravity of the bolt, so that the steam cover cannot be opened; when the lid 30 is closed, the steam lid 42 can be unlocked by the latch gravity. That is, the steam cover locking device 55 is in the locked position, the steam cover 42 cannot be opened, and the steam cover locking device 55 is in the unlocked position, so that the user can freely open the steam cover 42 to add water into the steam cup. Of course, the switching between the locked and unlocked states of the steam cover 42 by the steam cover locking device 55 may also be realized based on the electric control manner of the control device 60.
The prompting device 53 is used for prompting the user of cooking information or other related information or states, such as total cooking time, remaining time, open cover during operation, operation error and the like. The prompting device 53 may be one or more of a screen display unit, an indicator light unit and a sound prompting unit. Claims (11)
1. A control method of a cooking appliance is characterized in that,
the cooking appliance includes:
a cover body;
the cover body locking device is used for locking the cover body at a covering position or unlocking the cover body to enable the cover body to be opened;
the cover body opening and closing detection device is used for detecting whether the cover body is positioned at the covering position or not;
a steam cover; the steam cover is openable relative to the cover body;
a steam cover locking device for locking the steam cover in a closed position or unlocking the steam cover so that the steam cover can be opened;
the steam cover opening and closing detection device is used for detecting whether the steam cover is positioned at the closing position or not; and
a control device electrically connected with the cover body opening and closing detection device and the cover body locking device, and electrically connected with the steam cover opening and closing detection device and the steam cover locking device,
the control method comprises the following steps:
s3: and judging whether the cover body is in the covering position or not and whether the steam cover is in the closing position or not, if so, allowing the cooking appliance to enter a cooking state, and if not, returning to the step S3.
2. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising, before the S3:
s1: judging whether the steam cover is in the closed position or not according to the signal detected by the steam cover opening and closing detection device, if so, controlling the cover body locking device to unlock the cover body so that the cover body can be opened, and turning to the step S3; otherwise, the cover locking device keeps the cover locked at the covering position, and the step returns to the step S1.
3. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising, before the S3:
s2: judging whether the cover body is in the covering position or not according to a signal detected by the cover body opening and closing detection device, if so, controlling the steam cover locking device to unlock the steam cover so that the steam cover can be opened, and turning to the step S3; otherwise, the steam cover locking device keeps the steam cover locked at the closed position, and returns to the step S2.
4. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the S3 further comprises: returning to S1 if the cover is in the closed position and the steam cover is in the closed position.
5. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the S3 further comprises: returning to S2 if the cover is in the closed position and the steam cover is in the closed position.
6. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the cooking appliance further includes a prompting device, and after determining that the steam cover is not in the closed position in the S1, the method further includes:
s11: and controlling a prompting device to send out prompting information for prompting that the steam cover is in the closed position.
7. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the step S2, after determining that the lid body is not in the closed position, further comprises:
s21: and controlling a prompting device to send out prompting information for prompting that the cover body is in the covering position.
8. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the prompting device includes at least one of a screen display unit, an indicator light unit, and an audible prompting unit.
9. A cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises:
a pot body;
the inner pot is arranged in the pot body;
the cover body can cover the cooker body, and when the cover body covers the cooker body, a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner pot;
the cover body locking device is used for locking the cover body at a covering position or unlocking the cover body to enable the cover body to be opened;
the cover body opening and closing detection device is used for detecting whether the cover body is positioned at the covering position or not;
a steam cover; the steam cover is openable relative to the cover body;
a steam cover locking device for locking the steam cover in a closed position or unlocking the steam cover so that the steam cover can be opened;
the steam cover opening and closing detection device is used for detecting whether the steam cover is positioned at the closing position or not; and
the control device is electrically connected with the cover body opening and closing detection device and the cover body locking device, and is electrically connected with the steam cover opening and closing detection device and the steam cover locking device;
wherein the cooking appliance is used for carrying out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the lid locking device comprises an electromagnet and a push rod, the lid locking device being electronically connected to the control device, the electromagnet actuating the push rod based on the control device to lock the lid in the closed position or unlock the lid so that the lid may be opened.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the steam lid locking device is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position in response to the lid being opened and closed, the steam lid locking device being configured to lock the steam lid in the closed position when in the locked position.
