Referring to fig. 6, in other embodiments, a restoring member 135 configured as a coil spring may also be disposed at an end of the movable shaft 134 near the latch 131. In this arrangement, when the detent 131 is moved by the movable shaft 134 to the unlocked position, the spring is stretched, rather than compressed. The spring indirectly applies a resilient force to the click pin 131 by being stretched by itself to bias it toward the locked position.
Referring to fig. 7, in other embodiments, the electric actuator may be further configured to include a drive motor 233 and a cam 234. The cam 234 is connected to the driving motor 233, and can be rotated by the driving motor 233. The cam 234 has a cam track including a low point M and a high point N. The click pin 231 abuts the cam 234 and is movable relative to the cam 234 along the cam locus with the rotation of the cam 234. Wherein the detent 231 is in the latched position when it abuts the low point M. And when detent 231 abuts high point N, it is in the unlocked position.
Preferably, the distance L between the low point M and the high point N of the cam track (i.e., the travel by which the detent 231 moves from the latched position to the unlatched position) is 1-15 mm. Further preferably, L may be 2-6 mm. For example, L may take the value of 1mm, 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 10mm, 13mm, 15mm or any value within the above range depending on the size of the lid.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the return element 235, which is embodied as a coil spring, acts directly on the detent 231. This is because cam 234 exerts a force on detent 231 during movement of detent 231 along the cam track from low point M to high point N, while cam 234 exerts no force on detent 231 during movement of detent 231 along the cam track from high point N to low point M. Thus, the reset 235 acts directly on the detent 231.
In the daily use, there is also a case where the lid body 10 is opened by the erroneous operation of the lid-opening button 61 while the steam cover 25 is still in the open position, and there is also a risk that water in the steam accommodating chamber 23 will spill. Therefore, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cooking appliance according to the present invention further includes a second detecting device 70 and a second locking device 60.
Wherein, the second detecting device 70 is used for detecting the opening and closing state of the steam cover plate 25. When the second detecting means 70 detects that the steam cover 25 is in the opened state, the second locking means 60 always maintains the lid body 10 in the closed state with respect to the pot body 40 in response to the detection result of the second detecting means 70 regardless of the user operation or signal. When the second detecting means 70 detects that the steam cover 25 is in the closed state, the second locking means 60 can unlock the lid 10 so that it can be opened with respect to the pot body 40.
The second sensing device 70 may have a similar configuration as the first sensing device 50 and will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 3, generally, the lid body 10 may be maintained in a covering state with respect to the pot body 40 in a hooking manner by a hook (not shown), and may be released from the hooking state by pressing the lid opening button 61 and automatically opened by the action of a lid opening assisting means (e.g., a torsion spring) attached to a pivot shaft of the lid body 10. The second locking device 60 can be configured in the form of a stop. When the second detecting means 70 detects that the steam cover 25 is opened, the stopper is located on the moving path of the lid-opening button 61, so that the steam cover cannot be pressed, i.e., the lid cannot be opened. When the second detecting means 70 detects that the steam cover 25 is closed, the stopper is moved away from the moving path of the lid-opening button 61, and the lid-opening button 61 can be pressed to open the lid body 10.
The limit stop can be embodied in particular in the form of a movable shaft of an electromagnet. The electromagnet is electrified to work in response to the second detection device 70 detecting that the steam cover 25 is opened, so that the movable shaft moves to the moving path of the cover opening button 61; and to remove the movable shaft from the moving path of the door-opening button 61 in response to the second sensing means 70 sensing the closing of the steam cover 25 and thus the power-off inoperative.
Of course, the second locking device 60 can also have a similar construction to the first locking device 30. And will not be described in detail herein.
According to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil can control locking and unblock of first locking device to the steam cover based on whether detection and the judgement that first detection device closed to the lid to the accident of the water in the steam generation chamber that unblock steam cover plate leads to is emptyd when avoiding the lid to open, has good security. The locking and unlocking of the cover body by the second locking device can be controlled based on the detection and judgment of whether the steam cover plate is covered by the second detection device, so that the accidental dumping of water in the steam generation cavity caused by opening the cover body by forgetting to cover the steam cover plate is avoided, and the safety is further improved. Furthermore, by configuring the first locking means to include an electric actuator, the linkage with other electric devices is facilitated, thereby facilitating automatic control of the cooking appliance.

The present invention has been described in terms of the above embodiments, but it is to be understood that the above embodiments are for purposes of illustration and description only and are not intended to limit the invention to the described embodiments. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many more modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching and are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises:
the cooker comprises a cooker body (40), wherein an inner pot (41) is arranged in the cooker body (40);
the cover body (10), the cover body (10) can be set on the cooker body (40) in an opening and closing way, when the cover body (10) covers the cooker body (40), a cooking space is formed between the cover body (10) and the inner pot (41);
a first detecting means (50), said first detecting means (50) being for detecting an open/close state of said lid body (10) with respect to said pot body (40); and
a steam generating device (20), the steam generating device (20) being provided in the cover body (10) for generating steam for assisting cooking, comprising:
a steam generation chamber (23), the steam generation chamber (23) for containing water to be heated to generate steam and capable of introducing the generated steam into the cooking space;
a steam cover plate (25), wherein the steam cover plate (25) is movably arranged between a covering position for covering the steam generating cavity (23) and an opening position for opening the steam generating cavity (23); and
a first locking device (30), wherein the first locking device (30) can lock the steam cover plate (25) at the closing position and can unlock the steam cover plate (25);
wherein the first locking device (30) is configured to be able to release the locking of the steam cover plate (25) when the first detection device (50) detects that the cover body (10) is closed, and to maintain the locking of the steam cover plate (25) when the first detection device (50) detects that the cover body (10) is not closed.
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first locking means (30) comprises:
a detent (32), the detent (32) being disposed on one of the steam cover plate (25) and the lid body (10);
a detent (31), the detent (31) being disposed on the other of the steam cover plate (25) and the lid body (10), the detent (31) being movable between a locked position extending into the detent (32) and an unlocked position exiting from the detent (32); and
an electrical actuator (33), the electrical actuator (33) being connected to the detent (31), the electrical actuator (33) being configured to be able to bring the detent (31) from the locked position to the unlocked position when actuated.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the first detection means (50) are electrically connected to the electric actuator (33), the first detection means (50) allowing the electric actuator (33) to be actuated when detecting that the lid (10) is closed and preventing the electric actuator (33) from being actuated when detecting that the lid (10) is not closed.
4. Cooking appliance according to claim 2, characterized in that the electric actuating element (33) comprises an electromagnet, the bayonet (31) being connected to the moving shaft of the electromagnet.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the electric actuator (33) comprises a drive motor and a cam, the detent (31) being movable with a cam track of the cam from the locking position to the unlocking position upon rotation of the cam.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 5, wherein the distance between the high point and the low point of the cam track is 1-15 mm.
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein said first locking means (30) further comprises a return element which exerts a resilient force on said bayonet (31) to bias said bayonet (31) towards said locked position.
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first detecting means (50) is an angle switch provided on the cover (10) to detect an opening angle of the cover (10).
9. The cooking appliance of claim 1, further comprising:
the second detection device (70) is used for detecting the opening and closing state of the steam cover plate (25) relative to the steam generation cavity (23); and
a second locking means (60), said second locking means (60) being capable of locking said lid body (10) at a position where said pot body (40) is closed and of releasing the locking of said lid body (10);
wherein the second locking device (60) is configured to be able to release the locking of the cover (10) when the second detection device (70) detects that the steam cover (25) is in the closed position, and to maintain the locking of the cover (10) when the second detection device (70) detects that the steam cover (25) is in the open position.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, further comprising:
a lid opening button (61), the lid body (10) being openable with respect to the pot body (40) in response to a pressing operation of the lid opening button (61),
the second locking means (60) includes a stopper which is located on a moving path of the lid-opening button (61) to block the pressing operation when the second detecting means (70) detects that the steam cover (25) is located at the open position, and which is moved away from the moving path to allow the pressing operation when the second detecting means (70) detects that the steam cover (25) is located at the closed position.
