背景技术
膨润土是以蒙脱石为主要矿物成分的非金属矿产,蒙脱石结构是由两个硅氧四面体夹一层铝氧八面体组成的2:1型晶体结构,由于蒙脱石晶胞形成的层状结构存在某些阳离子,如Cu、Mg、Na、K等,且这些阳离子与蒙脱石晶胞的作用很不稳定,易被其它阳离子交换,故具有较好的离子交换性。国外已在工农业生产24个领域100多个部门中应用,有300多个产品,因而人们称之为“万能土”。
膨润土生产工艺一般有湿法和干法两种,无论是湿法生产工艺还是干法生产工艺都要经过粉碎的作业工序,但是目前的膨润土粉碎并未增加筛选的机构,粉碎之后无法确定所有的膨润土都符合粉碎后的标准。

进一步的,所述出料机构包括所述导向板向下设置的支架,所述支架的下端设置漏斗形的接料箱,所述接料箱的中间设置出料口。
进一步的,所述粉碎箱底部为锥形结构,所述粉碎箱底部中心设置所述下料口,所述粉碎箱中部通过第一轴承设置两个相配合的粉碎杆,两个粉碎杆上交错设置粉碎轮,两个粉碎杆的一端分别伸出粉碎箱与设置在粉碎箱上的第二电机传动连接。
进一步的,所述破碎箱为圆柱形,所述破碎箱的顶端设置第二轴承,所述第二轴承上竖向设置穿过所述破碎箱顶端的破碎轴,所述破碎轴位于破碎箱内的区域设置破碎齿,所述破碎轴的上端与设置在破碎箱顶部的第三电机传动连接,所述破碎箱下端开口并与粉碎箱的内部连通,所述破碎箱下端的开口位于两个粉碎杆之间的上方。
进一步的,所述进料机构包括所述破碎箱侧面设置的进料口,所述进料口的下沿外侧倾斜向上设置进料导板。
本实用新型提供的膨润土粉碎装置,包括粉碎箱、设置在粉碎箱上端的破碎箱、设置在破碎箱侧面的进料机构、设置在破碎箱内的破碎机构、设置在粉碎箱内的粉碎机构、设置在粉碎箱下方的筛选机构以及设置在筛选机构下方的出料机构;破碎箱内主要对进入的膨润土进行初步的破碎,将大块都击碎成小块的膨润土,然后进入到粉碎箱内,被粉碎机构碾压粉碎,加工后的膨润土粉末进入到筛选机构,符合大小的从筛选机构掉落到下方的出料机构,而不符合大小的膨润土颗粒则从筛选机构向一侧滑落,被收集起来再次加工。
筛选机构主要利用振动筛的原理实现,机架对粉碎箱进行支撑,同时机架的立柱向内通过横臂设置导向板,导向板上的滑槽用来固定滑条以及对滑条的移动进行导向,而矩形框架设置在两个滑条上用来安装网筛,网筛的规格根据需要加工的膨润土目数来确定。这样矩形框在随着滑条的平移可以带动网筛往复运动,实现振动筛选,保证筛选的速度且不会堵塞网孔。滑条的往复运动依靠导向板顶端即水平高度高的一端设置的第一电机实现,第一电机输出轴上设置偏心轮,而滑条对应端设置连接轴,连杆将两者传动连接后,在第一电机转动时因为偏心轮的轴不在中心位置,连杆会被拖动从而带动滑条在滑槽上往复运动,最终实现振动筛选的目的。在本申请中网筛较低的一侧是不符合规定的膨润土出料的位置,因此在下方设置废料箱进行收集,当然这里还可以设置其它的东西,如螺旋升料器,将不合规定的废料直接送至进料机构再次加工等。
出料机构是对网筛上掉落的符合规定的膨润土粉末进行收集,通过漏斗形的接料箱将膨润土收集在中心位置,并通过出料口掉落,在出料口的下方可以设置一个传送带,直接实现搬运的目的。
粉碎箱内主要是对膨润土进行挤压粉碎的,在其侧壁上通过第一轴承设置两个粉碎杆,粉碎杆上交错设置了粉碎轮,粉碎轮的表面最好为不光滑面,膨润土掉落至粉碎箱后,落在两个粉碎杆之间,而粉碎杆通过第二电机带动旋转,其最侧的顺时针转动,右侧的逆时针转动,使得膨润土从粉碎杆的中间下落,在这个过程中被粉碎轮挤压粉碎,实现膨润土粉碎的目的。第二电机设置在粉碎箱外侧,主要是避免内部的粉尘对电机造成影响。
破碎箱是对膨润土进行初步破碎,将大块膨润土破碎成小块,便于后续的粉碎。第三电机通过齿轮传动带动破碎轴转动,位于破碎箱内部的破碎轴会带动破碎齿转动,从而对进入的膨润土进行破碎,然后膨润土直接从破碎箱下端内的开口掉落至粉碎箱内。该开口位置要位于粉碎杆之间的上方,避免膨润土从粉碎盘的两侧掉落,打不到粉碎的目的。还可以在粉碎盘上方与粉碎箱侧壁之间设置一个斜向的挡板,来达到这一目的。粉碎齿要位于进料机构的下部,避免因为粉碎齿的阻挡导致大块的膨润土难以进入到破碎箱内。
进料机构与输送带配合,输送带将膨润土带至进料导板的上方,然后膨润土掉至进料导板上,从而滑落至破碎箱内。
第一电机、第二电机、第三电机的开关可以综合设置在一起,每个电机的开关按键包括启动以及停止即可,其中第二电机为两个,因此最少需要八个按键即四个打开和四个关闭。
本实用新型可以对粉碎后的膨润土进行筛选,将不符合加工要求的膨润土筛选出来以便再次粉碎,同时在粉碎之前有一道破碎工序,将膨润土从大块变成小块,利于后续的粉碎加工,本装置最终能确保粉碎后的膨润土满足粉碎大小的要求,加工精度很高。

实施例一,本实用新型提供了一种膨润土粉碎装置,包括粉碎箱9、设置在粉碎箱9上端的破碎箱29、设置在破碎箱29侧面的进料机构、设置在破碎箱29内的破碎机构、设置在粉碎箱9内的粉碎机构、设置在粉碎箱9下方的筛选机构以及设置在筛选机构下方的出料机构;
所述粉碎箱9通过机架设置在地面上,所述粉碎箱9下端设置下料口12,所述机架包括四根立柱19,一侧的两个立柱19的上部向内设置横臂18,两个所述横臂18的端部设置斜向的导向板16,两个所述导向板16相对设置,所述导向板16上沿其长轴线方向设置滑槽17,所述滑槽17内设置截面为工型的滑条15,两个所述滑条15之间设置安装框架27,所述安装框架27上设置网筛28,所述网筛28上部位于所述下料口12的正下方,所述导向板16的上端设置第一电机21,所述第一电机21的输出轴上设置偏心轮22,所述滑条15的上端外侧设置连接轴14,所述偏心轮22与连接轴14通过连杆13传动连接,所述连杆13的两端分别与所述偏心轮22和连接轴14旋转连接,所述网筛28下端的下方设置废料箱20。
所述出料机构包括所述导向板16向下设置的支架23,所述支架23的下端设置漏斗形的接料箱30,所述接料箱30的中间设置出料口24。
所述粉碎箱9底部为锥形结构,所述粉碎箱9底部中心设置所述下料口12,所述粉碎箱9中部通过第一轴承26设置两个相配合的粉碎杆11,两个粉碎杆11上交错设置粉碎轮10,两个粉碎杆11的一端分别伸出粉碎箱9与设置在粉碎箱9上的第二电机25传动连接。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:
所述破碎箱29的顶端设置第二轴承3,所述第二轴承3上竖向设置穿过所述破碎箱29顶端的破碎轴1,所述破碎轴1位于破碎箱29内的区域设置破碎齿7,所述破碎轴1的上端与设置在破碎箱29顶部的第三电机2传动连接,所述破碎箱29下端开口并与粉碎箱9的内部连通,所述破碎箱29下端的开口位于两个粉碎杆11之间的上方。
所述进料机构包括所述破碎箱29侧面设置的进料口4,所述进料口4的下沿外侧倾斜向上设置进料导板5。
本实用新型的使用方法如下所示:
在加工之前先将第一电机、第二电机和第三电机都打开并持续运行,然后将膨润土从输送带送至进料导板上,因为倾斜的角度使得膨润土滑落并从进料口进入到破碎箱内,膨润土向下掉落与破碎齿接触,并被破碎齿击打成小块膨润土,然后掉落至粉碎箱内的两个粉碎杆以及粉碎盘上,粉碎盘在第二电机的带动下进行旋转,粉碎盘的转动是从外侧向上并向内旋转,即左侧的顺时针右侧的逆时针,使得小块膨润土从粉碎盘的间隙进入,被粉碎盘挤压粉碎,之后掉落至筛选机构上。
粉碎后的膨润土掉落在网筛上,第一电机通过偏心轮的作用带动滑条在导向板的滑槽上往复运动,进而带动网筛往复运动,膨润土掉在网筛上后,因为网筛的往复震动以及网筛具有倾斜角度,膨润土会从网筛的上部向下部滑落,在这个过程中符合精度的从网筛上滑落,进入到出料机构内,而不符合规定的则从网筛水平高度低的一侧滑出,掉落到废料箱内。出料机构通过漏斗形的设计将膨润土从中间的出料口排出,这是可以依靠输送带进行转运。而废料箱内可以设置一个螺旋升料器,将不符合精度要求的膨润土提升至进料导板上再次参与粉碎加工。

1.一种膨润土粉碎装置,其特征在于:包括粉碎箱、设置在粉碎箱上端的破碎箱、设置在破碎箱侧面的进料机构、设置在破碎箱内的破碎机构、设置在粉碎箱内的粉碎机构、设置在粉碎箱下方的筛选机构以及设置在筛选机构下方的出料机构;
所述粉碎箱通过机架设置在地面上,所述粉碎箱下端设置下料口,所述机架包括四根立柱,一侧的两个立柱的上部向内设置横臂,两个所述横臂的端部设置斜向的导向板,两个所述导向板相对设置,所述导向板上沿其长轴线方向设置滑槽,所述滑槽内设置截面为工型的滑条,两个所述滑条之间设置安装框架,所述安装框架上设置网筛,所述网筛上部位于所述下料口的正下方,所述导向板的上端设置第一电机,所述第一电机的输出轴上设置偏心轮,所述滑条的上端外侧设置连接轴,所述偏心轮与连接轴通过连杆传动连接,所述连杆的两端分别与所述偏心轮和连接轴旋转连接,所述网筛下端的下方设置废料箱。
2.如权利要求1所述的膨润土粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述出料机构包括所述导向板向下设置的支架,所述支架的下端设置漏斗形的接料箱,所述接料箱的中间设置出料口。
3.如权利要求1所述的膨润土粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎箱底部为锥形结构,所述粉碎箱底部中心设置所述下料口,所述粉碎箱中部通过第一轴承设置两个相配合的粉碎杆,两个粉碎杆上交错设置粉碎轮,两个粉碎杆的一端分别伸出粉碎箱与设置在粉碎箱上的第二电机传动连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的膨润土粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述破碎箱为圆柱形,所述破碎箱的顶端设置第二轴承,所述第二轴承上竖向设置穿过所述破碎箱顶端的破碎轴,所述破碎轴位于破碎箱内的区域设置破碎齿,所述破碎轴的上端与设置在破碎箱顶部的第三电机传动连接,所述破碎箱下端开口并与粉碎箱的内部连通,所述破碎箱下端的开口位于两个粉碎杆之间的上方。
5.如权利要求4所述的膨润土粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述进料机构包括所述破碎箱侧面设置的进料口,所述进料口的下沿外侧倾斜向上设置进料导板。
