技术领域
本公开涉及一种行为控制气囊设备,更具体地,涉及一种在侧面碰撞的情况下可迅速且容易地使乘客向舷内侧倾斜的行为控制气囊设备。
背景技术
通常,车辆具有安装在不同位置的气囊。侧气囊安装在车辆的座椅中。在座椅的侧表面与侧气囊之间安装有行为控制气囊设备。行为控制气囊设备在侧气囊之前展开。行为控制气囊设备展开以挤压乘客的肩部,使得乘客的上身向舷内侧(朝向车身的宽度中心)倾斜。
然而,在相关技术中,由于行为控制气囊设备推动乘客的上身,使得乘客向舷内侧倾斜,所以胸部下方的身体部分(例如,腰部、骨盆、大腿等)几乎不向舷内侧移动。因此,在车辆的侧面碰撞的情况下,胸部下方的身体部分可能不能得到有效保护。
由于行为控制气囊设备在乘客的身体抵靠座椅的乘坐部和靠背部的情况下将乘客的肩部压向舷内侧,所以乘客的行为速度可能降低,并且乘客可能较少地向舷内侧倾斜。当乘客向舷内侧的行为被延迟或者乘客较少地向舷内侧倾斜时,可能难以安全地保护乘客的侧部。
因此,需要一种能够解决该问题的装置。
发明内容
各种实施例涉及一种在侧面碰撞的情况下可迅速且容易地使乘客向舷内侧倾斜的行为控制气囊设备。
在一个实施例中,行为控制气囊设备可包括:浮动垫,该浮动垫设置在座椅的乘坐部中,并且被构造为在通过由充气机注入的气体展开时向上推动乘坐部上的乘客;以及行为垫,该行为垫偏心地设置在浮动垫的舷外侧,并且被构造为根据气体的注入而向上推动乘客的舷外侧,使得乘客向舷内侧倾斜。
行为控制气囊设备还可包括隔膜,该隔膜被构造为分隔浮动垫和行为垫。
隔膜可具有一个或多个连通孔,浮动垫和行为垫通过连通孔彼此连通,并且连通孔可偏心地设置在舷外侧。
行为垫在舷外侧的高度可大于行为垫在舷内侧的高度。

根据本公开的实施例,当浮动垫展开时,乘客的背部可与座椅的靠背部稍微间隔开,并且乘客的骨盆可从座椅的乘坐部浮动。因此,当行为垫展开时,乘客可通过行为垫的膨胀力迅速且容易地向车身的舷内侧倾斜。
此外,由于乘客的身体在乘客的骨盆浮动的情况下移动到舷内侧,所以乘客的骨盆可被定位为更远离车辆的侧表面。因此,可更安全地保护乘客的下身。

参考图1至图5,根据本公开的实施例的行为控制气囊设备包括浮动垫31和行为垫33。
浮动垫31和行为垫33构成行为控制气囊设备的气囊垫30。由于行为控制气囊设备的气囊垫30具有比侧气囊(未示出)小得多的尺寸,所以在行为控制气囊设备的气囊垫30完全展开之后,侧气囊展开。
行为控制气囊设备可安装在各种座椅10中,诸如车辆的驾驶员座椅、乘客座椅和后排座椅。侧气囊设备安装在座椅10的舷外侧。激光传感器安装在车身1的侧表面上(见图7和图8),并且用于预先感测车辆的侧面碰撞。行为控制气囊设备设置在座椅10的座套(未示出)内。当乘客H(见图7)坐在座椅10的乘坐部12中时,行为控制气囊设备设置在乘客H的骨盆的底部。
舷外侧表示车身1在宽度方向上的两侧,而舷内侧表示车身1在宽度方向上的中心。
浮动垫31设置在座椅10的乘坐部12中,并且当通过由充气机20注入的气体展开时向上推动乘客H以使其在乘坐部12上浮动。座椅10的乘坐部12是座椅的一部分,乘客H坐在该部分上。浮动垫31设置在乘坐部12中,以与车身1的宽度方向平行。当浮动垫31展开时,乘客H的身体与乘坐部12和靠背部14分离。因此,可减小乘客H与座椅10之间的接触面积。

因此,由于乘客H的头部、上身和下身进一步移动到车身1的内侧,所以在车辆的侧面碰撞的情况下,可更有效地保护乘客H。此外,由于在乘客的骨盆浮动的情况下乘客H的身体移动到舷内侧,所以乘客H的骨盆可定位为更远离车辆的侧表面。因此,可更安全地保护乘客H的下身和骨盆(胸部以下的部位)。
由于通过浮动垫31和行为垫33使乘客H向舷内侧倾斜,所以可在座椅10的舷外侧充分地确保能够展开侧气囊的空间。因此,可能防止侧气囊在扭曲的同时展开或不展开的情况。
行为控制气囊设备还包括用于分隔浮动垫31和行为垫33的隔膜35。隔膜35具有一个或多个连通孔36,浮动垫31和行为垫33通过该连通孔彼此连通,并且连通孔36偏心地设置在舷外侧。由于连通孔36形成于隔膜35中,所以注入到浮动垫31中的气体可通过连通孔36流入到行为垫33中。由于连通孔36偏心地形成于隔膜35中的舷外侧,所以气体注入部与行为垫33之间的气体流动路径可缩短。此外,由于行为垫33在浮动垫31展开之后展开,所以乘客H可首先在座椅10上浮动,然后向舷内侧倾斜。

充气机20连接到浮动垫31的舷外侧。此时,充气机20通过连接软管22连接到浮动垫31的舷外侧。充气机20可设置在乘坐部12的舷外侧。由于充气机20连接到浮动垫31的舷外侧,并且行为垫33和连通孔36设置在浮动垫31的舷外侧,所以浮动垫31的气体注入部(未示出)与行为垫33之间的气体流动路径相对缩短。因此,由于行为垫33更迅速地展开,所以可提高在车辆的侧面碰撞的情况下的行为控制气囊设备的反作用速度。
当浮动垫31展开时,浮动垫31展开为矩形板形状。由于浮动垫31展开为矩形板形状,所以乘客H的整个骨盆可浮动到相同的高度。当浮动垫31展开时,浮动垫31的外侧可展开得相对较高。
浮动垫31包括一个浮动室31a。因此,当气体注入到浮动垫31中时,浮动垫31展开,同时膨胀。
浮动垫31使乘客H浮动,并且行为垫33使乘客H倾斜。由于浮动垫31和行为垫33展开非常短的时间,所以浮动垫31和行为垫33使乘客H向舷内侧倾斜,同时使乘客H基本上浮动。

参考图7和图8,激光传感器测量与相邻车辆相距的距离,并预先感测车辆的侧面碰撞。当通过激光传感器感测到车辆的侧面碰撞时,驱动充气机20。
当由充气机20产生的气体被注入到浮动垫31中时,浮动垫31向上展开,同时以矩形板形状膨胀。当浮动垫31向上展开时,向上推动乘客H的骨盆。当乘客H向上浮动时,乘客H的背部与靠背部14稍微间隔开,并且乘客H的骨盆与座椅10的乘坐部12间隔开。
浮动垫31的气体通过连通孔36流入到行为垫33中。由于行为垫33偏心地设置在浮动垫31的舷外侧并且向舷内侧向下倾斜,所以乘客H的骨盆倾斜地浮动。因此,由于乘客H的头部、上身和下身向车身1的舷内侧倾斜,所以在车辆的侧面碰撞的情况下可更有效地保护乘客H。

Claims (10)

1.一种行为控制气囊设备,其特征在于,所述行为控制气囊设备包括:
浮动垫,所述浮动垫设置在座椅的乘坐部中,并且所述浮动垫被构造为在通过由充气机注入的气体展开时向上推动所述乘坐部上的乘客;以及
行为垫,所述行为垫偏心地设置在所述浮动垫的舷外侧,并且所述行为垫被构造为根据所述气体的注入而向上推动所述乘客的所述舷外侧,使得所述乘客向舷内侧倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行为控制气囊设备,其特征在于,所述行为控制气囊设备还包括隔膜,所述隔膜被构造为分隔所述浮动垫和所述行为垫。
