Specifically, the body portion 10 has a cooking cavity 101, and in some embodiments, the cooking cavity 101 may be a cavity defined by the pan body portion 11 and the upper cover portion 12 of the body portion 10.
The portion 20 that holds is located in the culinary art chamber 101 to the portion 20 that holds has first holding chamber 201 and second and holds chamber 202, holds the portion 20 and is equipped with liquid passing area 203, and liquid passing area 203 intercommunication is first holds chamber 201 and culinary art chamber 101, and the second holds chamber 202 and is constructed as the liquid 300 that can the separation messenger cook in the chamber 101 when the culinary art and enters into, and the liquid 300 in the culinary art chamber 101 can not get into the second when cooking promptly and holds chamber 202. Optionally, the lowest point of the liquid passing region 203 is higher than the bottom wall surface of the cooking cavity 101 below the liquid passing region 203.
In the cooking process, the user can control the cooking taste of the food material 200 in the first containing cavity 201 by controlling the addition amount, for example, the amount of water, of the liquid 300 in the cooking cavity 101, and can control the cooking taste of the food material 200 in the second containing cavity 202 by controlling the addition amount, for example, the amount of water, of the liquid 300 in the second containing cavity 202. For example, the lowest point of the liquid passing region 203 may be higher than the lowest level of the liquid 300 in the cooking chamber 101 during cooking, and the lowest point of the liquid passing region 203 may be lower than the highest level of the liquid 300 in the cooking chamber 101 during cooking, so that the first containing chamber 201 may drip rice. In addition, the cooking of the food materials 200 in the first containing cavity 201 and the second containing cavity 202 is not influenced, so that foods with different tastes can be cooked, and different requirements of one family can be met.
Taking the rice draining process of the rice cooker as an example, the working process of the cooking apparatus 100 may mainly include a boiling stage and a rice steaming stage. Specifically, the specific working process of the electric cooker is as follows: firstly, a proper amount of water is poured into the cooking cavity 101 (or the first containing cavity 201) and the second containing cavity 202 respectively, a proper amount of washed rice is put into the first containing cavity 201 and the second containing cavity 202 respectively, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the water level in the cooking cavity 101 is approximately flush with the amount of rice in the first containing cavity 201 (certainly, the water level in the cooking cavity 101 can be higher than the amount of rice in the first containing cavity 201 or lower than the amount of rice in the first containing cavity 201), and the water level in the second containing cavity 202 is higher than, lower than the amount of rice in the second containing cavity 202 or flush with the amount of rice in the second containing cavity 202 according to different requirements of rice steaming or cooking. At this time, the rice in the first and second containing chambers 201 and 202 is soaked in water.
The electric rice cooker begins to heat cooking chamber 101, and when cooking chamber 101 and the second water boiling that holds in chamber 202, the water in cooking chamber 101 can produce a large amount of bubbles, makes the water convection current that rolls to wash the first rice that holds in the chamber 201, makes the sugar in the rice dilute out. The water in the second containing chamber 202 generates a large amount of bubbles to cook the rice in the second containing chamber 202. Meanwhile, the rice can be heated uniformly in the boiling process of the water, and the rice can fully absorb moisture, so that the rice can be prevented from being half cooked, and the taste of the rice can be improved.
